After entering the needle sorting channel 105, the needle reels continuously slide downwards under the influence of gravity, and fall into the separation box 202 from different needle screening openings 106 according to different widths of the needles, so as to carry out sorting collection.

In specific use, disinfectant is dripped from the disinfectant drip hole 307 in advance, cotton pad 306 is soaked, then, waste needle classifying and collecting box 2 is put into waste needle box storage bin 102, buckle 204 on sliding cover 201 is inserted into clamping hole 112, partition box 202 is pushed inwards, sliding cover 201 is limited by clamping hole 112, sliding cover 201 is opened, then shear disinfection mechanism 3 is lifted upwards, cutter 303 is pulled out from cutting groove 113, then needle of injector is inserted from inserting hole 103, needle passes through needle hole 104 and enters chuck 402 after passing through cutting groove 113, then, crimping mechanism 4 is pressed inwards, chuck 402 is inserted into clamping hole 111, chuck 402 is pressed inwards because diameter of clamping hole 111 is smaller than maximum width of chuck 402, needle is clamped, grip 302 is pressed downwards after clamping is completed, cutter 303 cuts needle, after finishing cutting, continuously extruding the curling mechanism 4 inwards and holding the handle 302 by hand, rotating the curling mechanism 4, extracting the needle from the needle hole 104 by the clamp head 402 and rotating to coil the needle, limiting the needle by the rotating rod 401 and the side wall of the needle sorting channel 105, enabling the needle to form a single-layer thickness reel, after finishing needle treatment, extracting the curling mechanism 4 outwards, adsorbing the needle reel on the side wall of the needle sorting channel 105 under the attraction of the magnet block 305, extruding the disinfectant from the disinfection digging hole 107 by the cotton pad 306 absorbing the disinfectant after being extruded by the magnet block 305, smearing the disinfectant on the needle reel, then lifting the handle 302 upwards, keeping the magnet block 305 away, enabling the needle reel to fall into the needle sorting channel 105, enabling the needle reel to stand up by the narrow setting of the needle sorting channel 105, rolling the pillow downwards under the action of gravity, according to the difference of the original diameters of the needles, the thicknesses of the needle reels after the reel winding treatment are different, the needle reels fall into the waste needle sorting collection box 2 according to the situation after rolling through the needle sieving ports 106 which are gradually widened, for example, when the needle reels pass through the first needle sieving port 106, if the width of the needle sieving port 106 is smaller than the thickness of the needle reels, the needle reels continue rolling to roll to the next wider needle sieving port 106 until the width of the needle sieving port 106 is larger than the thickness of the needle reels, the needle reels fall down and enter the waste needle sorting collection box 2, when the needles are jammed, the sealing strip 110 is opened, and after observing the situation from the overhaul port 109, the nipper type tool is used for processing the jammed needle reels; after the separation box 202 is fully collected, the separation box 202 is pulled out by pinching the handle 203, and the sliding cover 201 is slid to be closed, thereby completing the collection of the waste needles.
