Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a laminated glass edging assembly, comprising: the laminated glass 1 comprises an outer sheet glass 12 and an inner sheet glass 11 which are laminated, wherein at least one edge part of the inner sheet glass 11 extends along the extending direction S of the laminated glass 1 relative to at least one edge part of the outer sheet glass 12 to form a laminated supporting part 111; the edge 2 is wrapped around the overlapping support 111 of the inner glass sheet 11 and is bonded to the edge end surface 125 of the outer glass sheet 12.
According to the laminated glass edge covering assembly, at least one edge part of the inner sheet glass 11 extends relative to at least one edge part of the outer sheet glass to form the overlapping support part 111, and the edge covering 2 is further covered on the overlapping support part 111, so that the overlapping support part 111 is used for supporting the edge covering 2, the edge covering 2 is difficult to fall off no matter the external force applied to the outer side of the laminated glass 1 or the external force applied to the inner side of the laminated glass 1 is applied, in the injection molding process of the edge covering 2, the overlapping support part 111 can provide a supporting and shaping effect, so that the flatness of the appearance of the edge covering 2 can be improved, and the problem of large shrinkage caused by the fact that the local thickness of the edge covering 2 is too thick can be avoided due to the fact that the whole wall thickness of the edge covering 2 is uniform.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the outer glass sheet 12 is a glass plate provided toward the outside of the vehicle, the inner glass sheet 11 is an inner glass sheet 11 provided toward the inside of the vehicle, the outer glass sheet 12 has inner and outer side surfaces 123 and 124 provided opposite to each other in the thickness direction H of the laminated glass 1, and an edge end surface 125 connecting the inner and outer side surfaces 123 and 124, and similarly, the inner glass sheet 11 has inner and outer side surfaces 117 and 118 provided opposite to each other in the thickness direction H of the laminated glass 1, and an edge end surface 119 connecting the inner and outer side surfaces 117 and 118. The at least one edge portion of the inner sheet glass 11 protrudes from the at least one edge portion of the outer sheet glass 12 along the extending direction S of the laminated glass 1 to form the laminated supporting portion 111, which means that the at least one edge portion of the inner sheet glass 11 extends from the at least one edge portion of the outer sheet glass 12 along the extending direction S of the laminated glass 1 in a direction away from the outer sheet glass 12 to form the laminated supporting portion 111. As in the embodiment of the present invention, the shape of the inner sheet glass 11 is the same as that of the outer sheet glass 12, and the area of the inner sheet glass 11 is larger than that of the outer sheet glass 12, so that the portion of the inner sheet glass 11 that exceeds the outer sheet glass 12 forms the stacking difference supporting portion 111; in other embodiments of the present invention, the overlapping support portion 111 may be formed by positioning a portion of the edge portion of the inner glass sheet 11 beyond a portion of the edge portion of the outer glass sheet 12. An intermediate adhesive layer 13 is provided between the inner glass 11 and the outer glass 12, and an inner surface 123 of the outer glass 12 is bonded to an outer surface 118 of the inner glass 11 via the intermediate adhesive layer 13.
Wherein the thickness of the outer sheet glass 12 is set to at least 1.6mm, such as 1.6mm, 2.1mm, 2.6mm, 3.2mm, 3.5mm, 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 5.0mm, or the like; the thickness of the inner glass sheet 11 can be selected to be 0.7 mm-2.6 mm according to the requirement; the thickness of the intermediate adhesive layer 13 is within 0.2mm to 1 mm. The middle bonding layer 13 is a film and is sandwiched between the inner glass sheet 11 and the outer glass sheet 12, and then is melted in the process of hot pressing the sheets to bond the inner glass sheet 11 and the outer glass sheet 12 together. The material of the intermediate adhesive layer 13 is preferably polyvinyl butyral (PVB, polyvinyl butyral), has excellent adhesion to a glass plate, and has excellent optical transparency. In addition, the material of the intermediate adhesive layer 13 may further include, but is not limited to, polycarbonate (PC), ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA), thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), polyacetal resin (POM), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyethylene vinyl acetate (PET), polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyvinyl fluoride (PVF), polyacrylate (PA), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), and polyurethane foam (PUR).
In the embodiment of the present invention, the edge 2 is covered on the overlapping support portion 111 of the inner glass sheet 11 by integral injection molding and is bonded to the edge end face 125 of the outer glass sheet 12. Specifically, after the laminated glass 1 is manufactured, the edge portion of the laminated glass 1 having the overlapping support portion 111 is placed in an edge covering mold to be matched with the edge covering mold to form an edge covering molding cavity, and then edge covering materials are injected into the edge covering molding cavity to be solidified to form an edge covering 2.
As shown in fig. 3, the wrapping edge 2 is wrapped on the differential stacking support portion 111, that is, the surface of the differential stacking support portion 111 is covered by the wrapping edge 2, so the cross section of the wrapping edge 2 is substantially U-shaped. Specifically, the wrapping 2 includes an inner side edge portion 21, an end side edge portion 22, and an outer side edge portion 23, the inner side edge portion 21 being bonded to the inner side surface 117 of the inner sheet glass 11, the outer side edge portion 23 being bonded to the outer side surface 118 of the inner sheet glass 11 and the edge end surface 125 of the outer sheet glass 12, and the end side edge portion 22 being bonded to the edge end surface 119 of the inner sheet glass 11 and being connected to the inner side edge portion 21 and the outer side edge portion 23. In order to improve the flatness of the outer appearance of the covered edge 2, the thickness of the inner side edge portion 21, the thickness of the end side edge portion 22, and the thickness of the outer side edge portion 23 are similar. Since the overlap supporting portion 111 can support the outer side edge portion 23 and the inner side edge portion 21 on both sides, even if an external force is applied for a long period of time, only the separation of the outer side edge portion 23 from the edge end surface 125 of the outer sheet glass 12 is caused to generate a gap, and the continuous cracking between the clad edge 2 and the overlap supporting portion 111 is not caused, so that the problem that the clad edge 2 falls off from the laminated glass 1 can be avoided.
In order to ensure that the differential stacking support portion 111 provides a sufficient supporting effect for the covering edge 2, and also ensure that an effective adhesive coating force is provided between the covering edge 2 and the differential stacking support portion 111, as shown in fig. 3, the length of the differential stacking support portion 111 along the extending direction S (that is, the differential stacking value T0 between the edge portion of the inner sheet glass 11 and the edge portion of the outer sheet glass 12) may be adjusted, the differential stacking value T0 is too small, and an effective adhesive coating force cannot be provided between the differential stacking support portion 111 extending from the inner sheet glass 11 and the covering edge 2; the overlapping value T0 is too large, so that the outer side edge 23 of the clad edge 2 is too long and is easy to shrink to affect the appearance, and because the requirement of the injection molding process of the clad edge 2 on the fit degree and fluctuation of the inner sheet glass 11 and the outer sheet glass 12 is high, the edge part of the laminated glass 1 is more difficult to position when the length of the edge part extending into the clad edge mold is larger, the edge part of the laminated glass 1 is easier to move in the clad edge 2 mold due to the mold clamping pressure or the injection molding pressure in the injection molding process of the clad edge 2, the moving amount is larger, and the edge part of the laminated glass 1 is easier to be extruded with the clad edge material or the clad edge mold, so that the edge part of the laminated glass 1 is broken. Thus, in an embodiment of the invention, the overlap value T0 is greater than 0.5mm and less than or equal to 8mm; among them, 1mm to 3mm is preferable, 3mm to 5mm is selected again, and 5mm to 8mm is selected again.
In order to avoid that the intermediate adhesive layer 13 affects the bonding area between the edge 2 and the lamination support portion 111 and affects the adhesive coating force between the edge 2 and the lamination support portion 111, the position of the edge portion of the intermediate adhesive layer 13 between the inner sheet glass 11 and the outer sheet glass 12 may be adjusted. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in connection with fig. 3, the edge portion of the intermediate adhesive layer 13 is disposed flush with the edge portion of the inner side surface 123 of the outer sheet glass 12. As shown in fig. 4, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the edge portion of the intermediate adhesive layer 13 protrudes in the extending direction S by a length T1 of less than 3mm with respect to the edge portion of the inner side surface 123 of the outer sheet glass 12.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, in order to further improve the bonding force between the clad edge 2 and the laminated glass 1, the clad edge 2 is bonded to the edge end face 125 of the outer sheet glass 12 and the overlap support portion 111 of the inner sheet glass 11, and the clad edge 2 is partially bonded to the inner surface 117 of the inner sheet glass 11 that overlaps the outer sheet glass 12 (i.e., the inner surface 117 of the inner sheet glass 11 that does not form an overlap with the outer sheet glass 12), so that the inner edge portion 21 has an overlap portion 211 that overlaps the edge portion of the outer sheet glass 12 in the thickness direction of the laminated glass 1. Similarly, if the length L of the overlapping portion 211 in the extending direction S is too long, the greater the length of the edge portion of the laminated glass 1 extending into the hemming die, the more likely the edge portion of the laminated glass 1 moves in the hemming die due to the mold clamping pressure or the injection pressure during the injection molding of the hemming 2, the greater the moving amount, and the more likely the edge portion of the laminated glass 1 is broken due to the extrusion with the hemming material or the hemming 2 die, and therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the length of the overlapping portion 211 in the extending direction S is greater than 0mm and less than 50mm, preferably less than 10mm, less than 20mm, and less than 30mm.
In order to enhance the appearance and effectively reduce wind noise, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the outer side surface 26 of the selvedge 2 is disposed flush with the outer side surface 124 of the outer sheet glass 12. Specifically, the inner side surface of the outer side portion 23 is fitted to the outer side surface of the differential stack support portion 111, and the outer side surface of the outer side portion 23 is flush with the outer side surface 124 of the outer sheet glass 12.
As shown in fig. 1,2 and 8, each of the inner sheet glass 11 and the outer sheet glass 12 may have a plurality of edge portions, for example, a plurality of side edge portions constituting the outer contour thereof, a hole edge portion formed by opening a through hole, or a groove edge portion formed by providing a groove in at least one side edge portion. Therefore, the laminated glass hemming assembly of the present invention does not limit that all edge portions of the inner sheet glass 11 extend in the extending direction S to constitute the laminated supporting portion 111, but may form the laminated supporting portion 111 with one or more edge portions of the inner sheet glass 11 as needed, thereby to clad the hemming 2.
As shown in fig. 2,3, 4 and 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the stacking support portion 111 includes at least one side stacking support portion 113, and at least one side edge portion of the inner sheet glass 11 extends toward the periphery of the laminated glass 1 along the extending direction S relative to at least one side edge portion of the outer sheet glass 12 to form at least one side stacking support portion 113. In addition, if necessary, a lip 25 for sealing contact with other members (such as a sheet metal of a vehicle body) may be provided on the wrapping 2, and the lip 25 may be provided so as to be inclined toward the inside or the outside of the laminated glass 1.
As shown in fig. 2, 6 and 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, an inner groove 116 is concavely formed on at least one side edge portion of the inner glass sheet 11, an outer groove 122 is concavely formed on at least one side edge portion of the outer glass sheet 12, and the inner groove 116 and the outer groove 122 correspondingly cooperate to form the mounting groove 15 of the laminated glass 1; the stacking fault support portion 111 includes an in-groove stacking fault support portion 114, and an in-groove edge portion of the inner groove 116 of the inner sheet glass 11 extends inward of the mounting groove 15 along the extending direction S with respect to an in-groove edge portion of the outer groove 122 of the outer sheet glass 12 to form an in-groove stacking fault support portion 114, so that the edge covering 2 at the mounting groove 15 is not caused to fall off when the laminated glass 1 is mounted with other structural members by using the mounting groove.
As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, in other embodiments of the present invention, the inner glass sheet 11 is provided with an inner through hole 115, the outer glass sheet 12 is provided with an outer through hole 121, and the inner through hole 115 and the outer through hole 121 correspondingly cooperate to form the mounting hole 14 of the laminated glass 1; the overlay support portion 111 includes an in-hole overlay support portion 112, and a hole edge portion of the inner through hole 115 of the inner sheet glass 11 extends in the extending direction S toward the center of the mounting hole 14 with respect to a hole edge portion of the outer through hole 121 of the outer sheet glass 12 to form the in-hole overlay support portion 112. Since the overlap supporting portion 111 can support the selvedge 2, the connecting portion of other accessories (such as a wiper, an antenna, a rearview mirror, a lamp decoration, etc.) can be inserted into the mounting hole 14 from the outside of the laminated glass 1, and the selvedge 2 is not caused to fall off. For example, the connection portion of the other accessory may be a connection bolt, one end of which is connected to the fastening nut after passing through the mounting hole 14 inward from the outside of the laminated glass 1.
Further, the outer side surface 26 of the covered edge 2 is provided with a supporting step surface 24 corresponding to the overlapping support portion 111, so that the supporting step surface 24 is abutted against other accessories, and the stability of installation is improved. Therefore, the invention uses the in-hole stacking difference supporting part 112 to support the edge covering 2, which can avoid the falling of the edge covering 2 caused by the installation force applied when other accessories are installed outside the laminated glass 1, and can realize the installation of other accessories without arranging other inserts in the edge covering 2. Specifically, the support step surface 24 is an annular step surface provided on the outer side edge portion 23 of the wrapping 2. In order to secure stability of the supporting step surface 24, the supporting step surface 24 is at least partially overlapped with the in-hole overlay support 112 in the thickness direction of the laminated glass 1.
The foregoing is merely a few embodiments of the present invention and those skilled in the art may make various modifications or alterations to the embodiments of the present invention in light of the disclosure herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
