Pyflubumide(唑螨苯胺)是由日本农药株式会社公司发现和开发的一种新型甲酰苯胺类杀螨剂,其对害螨的线粒体复合物Ⅱ具有明显的抑制活性。
嘧螨胺(Pyriminostrobin)是沈阳科创化学品有限公司研制生产的线粒体呼吸链抑制剂类杀螨剂。对果树上苹果红蜘蛛、柑橘红蜘蛛等具有较高的防效,CAS登录号1257598-43-8。
氟菌螨酯(Flufenoxystrobin)是沈阳中化农药化工研发有限公司开发的兼具高杀菌活性和杀螨活性的化合物。对朱砂叶螨具有较高的活性,对苹果红蜘蛛和柑橘红蜘蛛具有很好的防效,CAS登录号918162-02-4。
三氟杀线酯(Trifluenfuronate(P))是山东中农联合生物科技股份有限公司自主研发的新化合物,CAS登录号2074661-82-6。
植食性螨是一种最为普遍的植物害虫,其个体较小,大多密集群居于作物的叶片背面刺吸为害,使得果树、棉花、蔬菜和观赏植物等大量减产,损失严重。
植食性害螨有叶螨(Tetranychidae)、瘿螨(Eriophyoidea)、根螨(Rhizoglyphus)等,其中以叶螨和瘿螨的危害最重。化学防治是害螨综合治理的一个重要环节。合理的化学药剂复配或混配具有扩大杀虫谱,提高防治效果,延长施药适期,减少用药量,降低药害,减少残留,延缓害螨抗药性的发生等积极特点。

基于以上情况,本发明目的在于提供一种含Pyflubumide的农药组合物及其制剂,主要用于防治植食性害螨,该杀螨组合物或其制剂能够增强药效、减少用药量,同时可延长持效期和延缓抗药性发展。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:一种含Pyflubumide的农药组合物,包括活性成分A Pyflubumide,与活性成分B选自嘧螨胺、氟菌螨酯、三氟杀线酯中的任一种;
进一步地,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:40~35:1;
进一步地,所述的Pyflubumide与嘧螨胺的质量比为1:24~24:1;
进一步地,所述的Pyflubumide与嘧螨胺的质量比为1:16~24:1;

增效剂选自增效磷、增效醚;和/或
载体选自铵盐、磨碎的天然矿物、磨碎的人造矿物、硅酸盐、树脂、蜡、固体肥料、水、有机溶剂、矿物油、植物油和植物油衍生物中的一种或多种;
进一步地,所述的农药组合物可以制备成农业上允许的制剂剂型,所述的制剂剂型选自固体制剂和/或液体制剂;
所述的固体制剂包括粉剂、颗粒剂、球剂、片剂、条剂、可湿性粉剂、油分散粉剂、乳粉剂、水分散粒剂、乳粒剂、水分散片剂、可溶粉剂、可溶片剂或可溶粒剂;

本发明的有益效果:
(1)通过使用Pyflubumide与嘧螨胺、氟菌螨酯、三氟杀线酯中的任一种进行复配,在一定范围内具有明显的增效作用;
(2)降低了农药使用量,能延缓害螨抗药性产生,安全高效,对环境友好。

为使本发明的技术方案,目的以及优点更加清楚明白,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明可以以各种形式实现而不应被这里阐述的实施方式所限制。
室内毒力1
实施例参考农药室内生物测定试验准则第13部分:叶碟喷雾法NT/T 1154.13-2008;第7部分:混配的联合作用测定NT/T 1154.7-2006
试验材料准备
试验药剂:Pyflubumide原药、三氟杀线酯原药均由集团研发中心提供;
试验靶标:朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinnum Boisduval);
选择室内饲养、生理状态一致的雌成螨。温度(25±1)℃。相对湿度65%±5%,光照周期16/8h(L/D);
选取生长一致的柑橘叶片,用打孔器做成直径长为2cm的叶碟,在培养皿内放置琼脂保湿,其上放滤纸,滤纸上放叶碟,每皿3个叶碟,将室内饲养的成螨接种到叶碟上,每叶碟上10~15头。
药剂配制:选用丙酮溶解原药,再用0.1%的吐温-80水溶液稀释。分别配制单剂母液,并根据混配目的、药剂活性设计5组配比,各单剂及每组配比混剂按照等比的方法配置5个系列质量浓度。
药剂处理:将培养皿置于Potter喷雾塔底盘进行喷雾,喷液量为1ml,药液沉降1min后取出,转移至饲养条件下饲养。每处理不少于4次重复,每个剂量处理试虫数不少于120头,并设不含药剂的处理作空白对照。
数据统计与分析:处理后48h检查试虫死亡情况,分别记录总虫数和死虫数。根据调查数据,计算各处理的校正死亡率。
按以下公式计算,计算结果均保留到小数点后两位:

采用几率值分析的方法对数据进行处理。可以用IBM SPSS Statistics 20统计分析系统分析,求出毒力回归线的LC50值及其95%置信限、b值,评价供试药剂对生物试材的活性。
混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)按下式计算:

复配的共毒系数CTC≥120表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120表现为相加作用。
试验结果:
由表1可以看出:Pyflubumide单剂对朱砂叶螨表现出较高的毒力,三氟杀线酯单剂对朱砂叶螨毒力效低。Pyflubumide与三氟杀线酯在1:40~35:1范围内对朱砂叶螨未表现出拮抗作用,其中,1:27~25:1范围内其共毒系数大于120,表现为增效作用,Pyflubumide与三氟杀线酯在1:18~8:1范围内,共毒系数大于140,表现为明显的增效作用。

由表2可以看出:Pyflubumide单剂对柑橘全爪螨表现出较高的毒力,LC50值为1.763mg/L,Pyflubumide与嘧螨胺、氟菌螨酯混配对柑橘全爪螨均表现出较高的毒力;其中,Pyflubumide与嘧螨胺在1:24~24:1范围内表现出增效作用,1:4时,共毒系数为195.294,显著增效;Pyflubumide与氟菌螨酯在1:15~16:1范围内表现出增效作用,7:6时,共毒系数为160.782,显著增效。

制备例1:24%Pyflubumide·三氟杀线酯悬浮剂(1:5)
制备配方:4%Pyflubumide、20%三氟杀线酯、2%聚醚、3%脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、1.5%聚羧酸盐、3%十二烷基硫酸钠、0.8%对羟基苯甲酸钠盐、0.1%黄原胶、1%硅酸镁铝、3%丙二醇、1%甘油、0.02%有机硅、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将有效成分、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加油混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得悬浮剂产品。
制备例2:25%Pyflubumide·嘧螨胺悬浮剂(1:4)
制备配方:5%Pyflubumide、20%嘧螨胺、5.5%异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、1.5%聚羧酸盐、3%木质素磺酸钠、0.8%苯甲酸、0.1%黄原胶、1%硅酸镁铝、5%丙二醇、0.4%二甲基硅油、去离子水补足余量;

制备配方:2%Pyflubumide、3%三氟杀线酯、20%碳酸丙烯酯,5%十二烷基苯磺酸钙、4%玉米油、15%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、油酸甲酯补足余量;
制备方法:按实施例配方比例将有效成分加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,在搅拌混合釜中搅拌混合均匀即得到乳油产品。

制备例9:22%Pyflubumide·嘧螨胺水乳剂(1:1)
制备配方:11%Pyflubumide、11%嘧螨胺、10%二甲苯、10%环己酮、4%十二烷基苯磺酸钙、8%环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物、4%乙二醇、1%甘油、0.05%有机硅消泡剂、0.1%黄原胶、0.01%卡松、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将有效成分溶解到溶剂中加入乳化剂,使溶解成均匀油相,将去离子水、防冻剂混合在一起,成均一水相;在高速剪切下,将水相加入油相,形成分散良好的水乳剂产品。
制备例10:19%Pyflubumide·氟菌螨酯水乳剂(10:9)
制备配方:10%Pyflubumide、9%氟菌螨酯、2.5%二甲苯、7.5%环己酮8%苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、5%乙二醇、0.05%有机硅消泡剂、0.1%黄原胶、0.02%苯甲酸、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同制备例9。
田间例1田间试验防治柑橘全爪螨
供试作物:柑橘树(Citrus unshiu Marc),品种:温州蜜橘;
试验对象:柑橘红蜘蛛(panonychus citri McGregor);
试验地点:福州市晋安区宦溪镇创新村,果园地势平坦,壤土,pH值为6.0,土壤肥力中等(有机值含量1g/kg),长势均匀,肥水管理水平一致。树龄8年生,砧木为枳,株行距5×4m,亩栽33株,平均株高2.0m,平均冠幅2.0m×2.5m。试验期间未施肥也未进行灌溉。
试验处理:各小区采用随机区组排列,每小区2株树,重复4次,施药器械为新加坡利农16升HD-400型背负式喷雾器喷雾,每株树喷药液量平均5.0公升(4500L/hm2)喷药力求均匀细致,果实、叶片正、背面及枝条均喷湿。
试验时间:2021年4月28日施药,整个试验过程只施药1次。
试验当天及期间天气良好,试药当天,日平均气温为18℃,最高气温为23℃,最低气温为13℃,相对湿度70%。
调查方法:每小区调查2株树,每次随机调查树冠周围不同方位的当年春梢叶片25片,用10倍昆虫放大镜在田间不摘叶直接观察并记载每张叶片正、背面的活螨数目;施药前调查螨口基数,施药后3d、14d调查活螨数。
药效计算方法:药效按下式计算:
试验期间观察各处理小区柑橘树生长良好,各处理均未见药害发生。

根据田间调查,,各处理均未出现叶片、嫩枝对药剂的不良反应,表明各处理在试验所用浓度下对柑橘生长安全。
从表3、4不同供试药剂对柑橘红蜘蛛田间试验结果可以看出,Pyflubumide与嘧螨胺、氟菌螨酯、三氟杀线酯的复配所得杀螨剂组合物对柑橘红蜘蛛的速效性很好。施药后3d,各复配药剂防效在80%以上;施药后14d,各复配组防效增加,防效均大于90%,表现出较好的持效性。
通过室内毒力测定以及在田间柑橘上进行试验,本发明所述的Pyflubumide和嘧螨胺、氟菌螨酯、三氟杀线酯任一种进行复配的杀螨组合物,对植食性害螨表现出较好的防治效果。本发明复配所得杀螨组合物或其制剂防效显著,在延缓抗药性的产生、延长持药性方面优于单剂。并且在试验中未发现复配药剂对作物产生药害,说明在所得杀螨组合物或制剂的杀螨协同增效提高的情况下,能够降低生产成本和使用成本,对作物安全。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

1.一种含Pyflubumide的农药组合物,其特征在于:包括活性成分A Pyflubumide,与活性成分B选自氟菌螨酯、三氟杀线酯中的任一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:40~35:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:24~25:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述的Pyflubumide与氟菌螨酯的质量比为1:15~16:1,所述的Pyflubumide与三氟杀线酯的质量比为1:27~25:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,以所述农药组合物的总重量为100wt%计,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B在农药组合物中的含量之和为1~95wt%;

6.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述的农药组合物除了活性成分外还包括农业上可以接受的辅助成分,所述的辅助成分选自润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、增效剂或载体中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述的农药组合物可以制备成农业上允许的制剂剂型,所述的制剂剂型选自固体制剂和/或液体制剂;
优选的,所述的液体制剂选自乳油、悬浮剂、水乳剂,所述的固体制剂选自可湿性粉剂。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的农药组合物用于防治植食性害螨中的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的植食性害螨为叶螨科、瘿螨科和/或真足螨科害螨;
优选的,所述的植食性害螨为朱砂叶螨、柑橘全爪螨。
10.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,将所述的杀螨组合物和/或其制剂以有效剂量施用于需要控制的害螨或其生长的介质上。
