The sewage treatment device according to claim 5, further comprising a discharging hopper (24), wherein the discharging hopper (24) is fixedly connected to the feeding hole of the box body (1), a spherical containing groove (25) is rotatably connected to the lower side in the discharging hopper (24) through a connecting rod, a discharging groove (26) is arranged on the lower side of the spherical containing groove (25), and a servo motor (27) fixedly connected with the connecting rod is mounted on the box body (1).
