生产螺旋形卷绕管的塑料绑带
本发明涉及生产螺旋形卷绕管的塑料绑带,其上有连接肋,肋的头部扩大;并且至少在局部地区有凹槽沿着该带材的边延伸,可使相邻绑带边连接起来,在两条带边处的肋和凹槽相互设计得很巧妙。
用上述那种塑料绑带生产卷绕管是大家知道的。用一层或两层型材或条带在相邻条带边处形成的连接是这种管子的薄弱部位。这个问题会成为危险因素,尤其是管子在压力下使用或深埋在地下的情况。
上述的两相邻条带边之间的快速接头适合于特殊弹性带材,因此特别适合于生产现存管线或电缆的绝缘管。在受力较大时连接区通常还包上另外的保护层或密封带。
本发明的目的是提供一种生产上述螺旋形卷绕管的塑料绑带,它用简单便宜的结构使各种各样情况下条带边中间的接头没什么接头。
根据本发明,这一目的已经被权利要求1中固有特点所描述的那种塑料带得到满足。
本发明的对象的具体实施例在附属的权利要求书中确定。
本发明的核心在于具有内肋的连接结构的设计,该内肋在快速闭合过程中可自由地弹性移动,肋可布置在条带厚度之内而不存在什么问题。这种接头还特别适合于绕制受到内外高压的管子。
下文将根据附图所示实施例对本发明作详细说明,这些附图是:
图1是按照本发明构造的塑料条带的横截面。
图2是两相邻条带边连接区(接头)的截面图。
图3是条带边缘放大图。
图1描绘了塑料条带的横截面。
图2示出管子绕制时已经连结好的两相邻的巧妙设计的条带边1、2。这两条带边1、2是一条塑料带的两个平行边,条带的边缘设计巧妙且以快速接头形式连结用于形成管子。
图3示出了一个条带边1的放大结构(第二条带边2在其左边,呈镜面对称)。
该条带结构呈中空型,即双层壁条带,它有带3和4二层,其特点是厚度为12~15mm。在条带边缘处形成内外肋5、6和内外槽7、8。前面9则从条带表面10略向里倾斜伸出(楔形表面),槽的边界8′设计也很巧妙,使条带边的前面9′与其连结时逐渐靠紧表面8′。
槽7开在肋的侧面5′和6′中间,而第二槽8则在槽侧面6"和表面8′中间。
槽8的横截面基本上符合相连的条带外肋的横截面(只有很小间隙)。
但是槽7不同,它必须容纳与之连结的条带边内肋,且宽度远远大于所容纳的肋的厚度(见图1)。
当两条带边1、2连结时,在肋6的头部嵌进槽8的过程中,内肋发生弹性弯曲,以后又能回复到正常位置。
从图中可清楚看到肋5、6的头部朝槽7、8的一侧5、6加宽,它们在接合过程中很顺从地紧密接合,就是说,肋5、6成为槽7、8的下切。
如图1所示,可以料到,在肋头5、6或与之直接相对的槽底上有合成橡胶的密封凸块11、12以形成密封连接。

Claims (6)

1.生产螺旋形卷绕管的塑料绑带,它的连接肋具有加大的头部,沿条带边界有切除下部的凹槽,该凹槽与相邻条带的肋互相配合,其特征在于每一条带边上有两平行的肋和槽,其中,内侧凹槽的横截面与条带边外肋的横截面基本相符,而各自第二个肋即内肋的厚度小于一个条带的两肋中间形成的外槽宽度,因此,当条带边连接时,位于内侧的两个肋在头部卡进凹槽时可不受阻碍地互相朝一个方向发生弹性变形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料条带,其特征在于外条带边的肋有一前面,它是从条带表面略向里侧斜切而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料条带,其特征在于成为接头的肋与槽在条带边处其长度均在该条带的厚度范围之内。
4.根据权利要求1至3所述的塑料条带,其特征在于双层壁的条带在部分地方是中空的。
5.根据权利要求1至4所述的塑料条带,其特征在于合成橡胶密封件位于肋的头部或在结合时相对位置的凹槽上。
6.根据权利要求1至5所述的塑料条带,其特征在于外槽是由两个肋的侧面形成,内槽的一个侧面是内肋的侧面,在此侧面上伸出内肋的头部。
