Working principle: when in use, the inner protection component is placed in the packaging box 11, the PVC floor is placed above each inclined sliding plate 801, the PVC floor slides downwards along the inclined sliding plates 801, the contact sliding roller 802 plays a role of assisting in discharging, when the PVC floor falls on the horizontal material conveying plate 804, the first hydraulic cylinder 810 is regulated to drive the buffer plate 806 to push the PVC floor so as to gradually push the PVC floor into the corresponding position in the packaging box 11, the collection pump 1306 and the driving motor 1311 are started in the placing process of the PVC floor, the driving motor 1311 drives the hollow collection cylinder 1301 to rotate rapidly, so that each brush cloth 1304 is driven to clean the outer side of the PVC floor, the collection pump 1306 collects the waste dust which is cleaned and falls through each collection hole 1305, and the waste dust is guided into the corresponding waste collection frame 12 through the material discharging pipe 1307, after the PVC floor below is placed, a second hydraulic cylinder 1007 above the PVC floor drives a protruding rod 1017 to move towards the middle matching plate 1003, so that the protruding position of the pushing air bag 1001 is stretched, pulled to a position close to the middle matching plate 1003, the protruding position of the pushing air bag 1001 is matched with the supporting arc frame 1010, the PVC floor can be supported and placed, one-step operation is completed until the placement of the PVC floor is completed, an air pump 1015 is started, the air pump 1015 carries out air conveying towards the inside of the pushing air bag 1001 through an air pipe 1005, the pushing air bag 1001 is rapidly expanded, the PVC floor is positioned between the expansion positions of the pushing air bag 1001 by expansion of each protruding part of the pushing air bag 1001, and packaging of the PVC floor is rapidly completed.
