Abstract
本发明涉及护肤产品技术领域,且公开了一种精华液组合物及其在快速抗皱和打造水光肌中的应用,包括精华液,所述精华液配方由15个部分组成。本发明通过精华液组合物中的甘油、丁二醇、1,2‑己二醇能吸收水分并锁住水分,从而保持皮肤的湿润度;积雪草花/叶/茎提取物、膜荚黄芪根提取物、白睡莲花提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、白果紫草根提取物、矢车菊花提取物的成分富含抗氧化剂,能抵御自由基的损害,减缓皮肤老化的过程;墨角藻提取物、芒果提取物的成分具有抗炎作用,有助于缓解皮肤炎症和红肿的问题;腺苷、法国腊菊提取物、小白菊提取物的成分能抑制黑色素的生成,达到美白的效果;达到了美白、抗炎、抗氧化、增强皮肤弹性和屏障的有益效果。

背景技术
面膜的历史追溯到古埃及时期,当时的埃及艳后晚上常常在脸上涂抹鸡蛋清,等待蛋清干燥后形成紧绷在脸上的一层膜,早上用清水洗掉,使肌肤保持柔滑、娇嫩,充满青春的光彩。此外,早期的古希伯来人也是最早使用面膜作为护肤品来修饰个人肌肤的人群之一。随着时代的发展,面膜的使用方式也在不断变化和创新。现代的面膜类型和配方非常丰富,包括泥状面膜、贴片面洁膜等不同形式。每种面膜都有不同的对应功效,满足不同肌肤需求。
传统的面膜配方的主要成分和有效作用是通过提供滋润、保湿和营养来改善肌肤质地和亮度。其中最常见的面膜有效成分:透明质酸:给皮肤提供保湿、润滑;墨藻胶-H:保湿补水;鼠李糖硅烷醇:美白、抗皱;腺苷硅烷醇:平滑肌肤、收缩毛孔;积雪草+黄芪硅烷醇:舒缓、退红;脱羧肌肽:清除自由基、祛黄;芒果果提取物:保湿、抗皱;三柏提取物(三白草花提取物+白睡莲花提取物+白果紫草根提取物+美丽拟伊藻提取物):美白;嫩肤素(葡萄果细胞提取物+羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸+壬二酰胺MEA+牛磺酸+甲氧基水杨酸钾+鞣酸+水解胶原蛋白锌):美白;三菊提取物(小白菊提取物+矢车菊花提取物+法国腊菊提取物+黄龙胆根提取物);Vc乙基醚:美白;麦角硫因:抗氧化、美白、抗皱;17型胶原蛋白:美白、淡斑。
为了在最短的时间内达到抗皱和打造水光肌肤的效果,传统的生活美容方法已经无法满足需求,只能选择医疗美容,然而,医疗美容的成本高、门槛高,许多生活美容店面(美容院)无法承担,一些没有资质的美容院甚至采用破皮做水光、使用滚针等没有械字号的提拉紧致或灌注仪器,这经常导致医疗事故的发生,给顾客带来伤害,更严重的情况下,还可能触犯刑法,因此,如何让美容院经营者或个体消费者能够简单、直接地使用一款产品成了一个问题。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种精华液组合物及其在快速抗皱和打造水光肌中的应用,具备绝对安全,操作简单,性价比较高等优点,解决了最短的时间内达到高效吸收高浓度的化妆品功效原料,同时不破坏皮肤屏障,达到快速抗皱和快速打造水光肌的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:包括精华液,所述精华液配方由15个部分组成,所述精华液的15个部分有效原料成分为:
组分(1):水77.77%;
组分(2):水1.618%、甘油0.2%、墨角藻提取物0.14%、丁二醇0.014%、1,2-己二醇0.014%和对羟基苯乙酮0.014%;
组分(3):硅烷三醇0.006%、鼠李糖0.042%、甲基丙二醇0.4%、柠檬酸0.006%和水1.546%;
组分(4):腺苷0.017%、硅烷三醇0.006%、1,3-丙二醇1%和水0.977%;
组分(5):硅烷三醇0.004%、积雪草花/叶/茎提取物0.024%、膜荚黄芪根提取物0.012%、1,3-丙二醇1.6%和水0.36%;
组分(6):水1.33%、甘油0.5%和芒果提取物0.17%;
组分(7):水1.68456%、丁二醇0.16%、白睡莲花提取物0.052%、美丽拟伊藻提取物0.0474%、白果紫草根提取物0.0356%、对羟基苯乙酮0.01%、1,2-己二醇0.01%和三白草花提取物0.00044%;
组分(8):牛磺酸0.589598%、羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸0.5502%、壬二酰胺MEA0.4766%、水解胶原蛋白锌0.3724%、甲氧基水杨酸钾0.011%、鞣酸0.000138%和葡萄果细胞提取物0.000064%;
组分(9):水1.649%、丁二醇0.16%、黄龙胆根提取物0.062%、法国腊菊提取物0.058%、小白菊提取物0.046%、对羟基苯乙酮0.01%、1,2-己二醇0.01%和矢车菊花提取物0.0042%;
组分(10):3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸2%;

组分(12):脱羧肌肽盐酸盐0.15%、1,3-丙二醇0.3%和水1.05%;
组分(13):1,2-己二醇0.5%;
组分(14):透明质酸钠0.2%;
组分(15):麦角硫因0.03%。
优选的,所述精华液原材料麦角硫因为天然的氨基酸衍生物,化学名为2-巯基-4-甲基-3-氧代丁酸。
优选的,所述精华液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、清洗、消毒用具;
S2、使用微量移液管或滴管将水、甘油、墨角藻提取物、丁二醇、1,2-己二醇和对羟基苯乙酮按照有效配方比例加入容器中并加热到45-50℃,再搅拌5min,让所有成分充分溶解,得到组分(2);
S3、使用微量移液枪按照有效配方比例分别准确移取硅烷三醇、鼠李糖、甲基丙二醇、柠檬酸和水到容器中,搅拌均匀得到组分(3);
S4、将有效配方比例的腺苷、硅烷三醇、1,3-丙二醇和水加入容器中,再将容器放入水浴锅中,并将温度设置为60-70℃,持续搅拌混合物直至全部溶解,冷却到室温得到组分(4);
S5、将有效配方比例的硅烷三醇、积雪草花/叶/茎提取物、膜荚黄芪根提取物、1,3-丙二醇和水加入容器中,保持溶液pH值在7-8之间,将容器加热至55-65℃,同时搅拌均匀,直到所有成分完全溶解,最后得到组分(5);
S6、将有效配方比例的水、甘油和芒果提取物按顺序加入容器中,加热至45℃,搅拌6min得到组分(6);
S7、将有效配方比例的水、丁二醇、白睡莲花提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、白果紫草根提取物、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇和三白草花提取物按顺序加入容器中,加热至75℃,加入转子,设置转动时间为10分钟,冷却后静置24h,取上层清液得到组分(7);
S8、将有效配方比例的牛磺酸、羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸、壬二酰胺 MEA、水解胶原蛋白锌、甲氧基水杨酸钾和鞣酸以及葡萄果细胞提取物加入容器中,然后在超声波中处理超过15min,最终得到组分(8);
S9、将有效配方比例的水、丁二醇、黄龙胆根提取物、法国腊菊提取物、小白菊提取物、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇和矢车菊花提取物依次加入容器中,加热至85℃,然后加入转子,设置转动时间为8分钟得到混合溶液,再使用离心机将混合溶液在转速100r/min的转速下转动25分钟,取上层清液得到组分(9);
S10、将有效配方比例的3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸溶于水中并搅拌均匀得到组分(10);
S11、将有效配方比例的水、甘油、1,2-己二醇、胶原氨基酸类和可溶性胶原依次加入容器中,搅拌均匀得到组分(11);
S12、将有效配方比例的水、脱羧肌肽盐酸盐和1,3-丙二醇依次加入容器中,搅拌均匀得到组分(12);
S13、将有效配方比例的1,2-己二醇溶于水中并搅拌均匀得到组分(13);
S14、将有效配方比例的透明质酸钠溶于水中并搅拌均匀得到组分(14);
S15、将有效配方比例的麦角硫因溶于水中并搅拌均匀得到组分(15);
S16、将组分(1)和组分(2)-(15)混合得到所述快速抗皱和打造水光肌精华液。
优选的,所述快速抗皱和打造水光肌步骤S1中的容器使用紫外线杀菌灯在波长为253.7nm(纳米)的短波灭菌紫外线下消毒2h。
优选的,所述快速抗皱和打造水光肌步骤S2中甘油使用滴管,其他组分溶液均使用微量移液管,加热温度为50℃。
优选的,所述快速抗皱和打造水光肌步骤S4中,搅拌温度为65℃。

组分(1):水77.77%;
组分(2):水1.618%、甘油0.2%、墨角藻提取物0.14%、丁二醇0.014%、1,2-己二醇0.014%和对羟基苯乙酮0.014%;
组分(3):硅烷三醇0.006%、鼠李糖0.042%、甲基丙二醇0.4%、柠檬酸0.006%和水1.546%;
组分(4):腺苷0.017%、硅烷三醇0.006%、1,3-丙二醇1%和水0.977%;
组分(5):硅烷三醇0.004%、积雪草花/叶/茎提取物0.024%、膜荚黄芪根提取物0.012%、1,3-丙二醇1.6%和水0.36%;
组分(6):水1.33%、甘油0.5%和芒果提取物0.17%;
组分(7):水1.68456%、丁二醇0.16%、白睡莲花提取物0.052%、美丽拟伊藻提取物0.0474%、白果紫草根提取物0.0356%、对羟基苯乙酮0.01%、1,2-己二醇0.01%和三白草花提取物0.00044%;
组分(8):牛磺酸0.589598%、羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸0.5502%、壬二酰胺MEA0.4766%、水解胶原蛋白锌0.3724%、甲氧基水杨酸钾0.011%、鞣酸0.000138%和葡萄果细胞提取物0.000064%;

组分(15):麦角硫因0.03%。
具体的,精华液原材料麦角硫因为天然的氨基酸衍生物,化学名为2-巯基-4-甲基-3-氧代丁酸。
具体的,精华液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、清洗、消毒用具;
S2、使用微量移液管或滴管将水、甘油、墨角藻提取物、丁二醇、1,2-己二醇和对羟基苯乙酮按照有效配方比例加入容器中并加热到45-50℃,再搅拌5min,让所有成分充分溶解,得到组分(2);
S3、使用微量移液枪按照有效配方比例分别准确移取硅烷三醇、鼠李糖、甲基丙二醇、柠檬酸和水到容器中,搅拌均匀得到组分(3);
S4、将有效配方比例的腺苷、硅烷三醇、1,3-丙二醇和水加入容器中,再将容器放入水浴锅中,并将温度设置为60-70℃,持续搅拌混合物直至全部溶解,冷却到室温得到组分(4);
S5、将有效配方比例的硅烷三醇、积雪草花/叶/茎提取物、膜荚黄芪根提取物、1,3-丙二醇和水加入容器中,保持溶液pH值在7-8之间,将容器加热至55-65℃,同时搅拌均匀,直到所有成分完全溶解,最后得到组分(5);
S6、将有效配方比例的水、甘油和芒果提取物按顺序加入容器中,加热至45℃,搅拌6min得到组分(6);
S7、将有效配方比例的水、丁二醇、白睡莲花提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、白果紫草根提取物、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇和三白草花提取物按顺序加入容器中,加热至75℃,加入转子,设置转动时间为10分钟,冷却后静置24h,取上层清液得到组分(7);
S8、将有效配方比例的牛磺酸、羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸、壬二酰胺 MEA、水解胶原蛋白锌、甲氧基水杨酸钾和鞣酸以及葡萄果细胞提取物加入容器中,然后在超声波中处理超过15min,最终得到组分(8);
S9、将有效配方比例的水、丁二醇、黄龙胆根提取物、法国腊菊提取物、小白菊提取物、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇和矢车菊花提取物依次加入容器中,加热至85℃,然后加入转子,设置转动时间为8分钟得到混合溶液,再使用离心机将混合溶液在转速100r/min的转速下转动25分钟,取上层清液得到组分(9);
S10、将有效配方比例的3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸溶于水中并搅拌均匀得到组分(10);
S11、将有效配方比例的水、甘油、1,2-己二醇、胶原氨基酸类和可溶性胶原依次加入容器中,搅拌均匀得到组分(11);
S12、将有效配方比例的水、脱羧肌肽盐酸盐和1,3-丙二醇依次加入容器中,搅拌均匀得到组分(12);
S13、将有效配方比例的1,2-己二醇溶于水中并搅拌均匀得到组分(13);
S14、将有效配方比例的透明质酸钠溶于水中并搅拌均匀得到组分(14);
S15、将有效配方比例的麦角硫因溶于水中并搅拌均匀得到组分(15);
S16、将组分(1)和组分(2)-(15)混合得到快速抗皱和打造水光肌精华液。
具体的,快速抗皱和打造水光肌步骤S1中的容器使用紫外线杀菌灯在波长为253.7nm(纳米)的短波灭菌紫外线下消毒2h。
具体的,快速抗皱和打造水光肌步骤S2中甘油使用滴管,其他组分溶液均使用微量移液管,加热温度为50℃。
具体的,快速抗皱和打造水光肌步骤S4中,搅拌温度为65℃。
具体的,快速抗皱和打造水光肌步骤S5中,最终溶液pH值在7.5,加热过程中温度为60℃。

不采用实施例1精华液配方,使用背景材料精华液配方搭配使用智能面膜。
通过调查将实施例1与对比例1-2使用后效果感受表格,如下表1
注:使用一次后的体验结果。
通过表1调查得知,实施例1使用后的效果感受最好,相比之下,对比例1未通过智能面膜使用效果比实施例1差,而对比例2虽然精华液配方加上智能面膜使用,但效果也没有实施例1好,实施例1精华液配方通过智能面膜的脉冲渗透功能,在短时间内达到期望的抗皱、紧致、美白和保湿的效果,并且价格合适,使用舒适。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
1.一种精华液组合物,其特征在于,包括:
组分(1):水77.77%;
组分(2):水1.618%、甘油0.2%、墨角藻提取物0.14%、丁二醇0.014%、1,2-己二醇0.014%和对羟基苯乙酮0.014%;
组分(3):硅烷三醇0.006%、鼠李糖0.042%、甲基丙二醇0.4%、柠檬酸0.006%和水1.546%;
组分(4):腺苷0.017%、硅烷三醇0.006%、1,3-丙二醇1%和水0.977%;
组分(5):硅烷三醇0.004%、积雪草花/叶/茎提取物0.024%、膜荚黄芪根提取物0.012%、1,3-丙二醇1.6%和水0.36%;
组分(6):水1.33%、甘油0.5%和芒果提取物0.17%;
组分(7):水1.68456%、丁二醇0.16%、白睡莲花提取物0.052%、美丽拟伊藻提取物0.0474%、白果紫草根提取物0.0356%、对羟基苯乙酮0.01%、1,2-己二醇0.01%和三白草花提取物0.00044%;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种精华液组合物,其特征在于,所述精华液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、清洗、消毒用具;
S2、使用微量移液管或滴管将水、甘油、墨角藻提取物、丁二醇、1,2-己二醇和对羟基苯乙酮按照有效配方比例加入容器中并加热到45-50℃,再搅拌5min,让所有成分充分溶解,得到组分(2);
S3、使用微量移液枪按照有效配方比例分别准确移取硅烷三醇、鼠李糖、甲基丙二醇、柠檬酸和水到容器中,搅拌均匀得到组分(3);
S4、将有效配方比例的腺苷、硅烷三醇、1,3-丙二醇和水加入容器中,再将容器放入水浴锅中,并将温度设置为60-70℃,持续搅拌混合物直至全部溶解,冷却到室温得到组分(4);
S5、将有效配方比例的硅烷三醇、积雪草花/叶/茎提取物、膜荚黄芪根提取物、1,3-丙二醇和水加入容器中,保持溶液pH值在7-8之间,将容器加热至55-65℃,同时搅拌均匀,直到所有成分完全溶解,最后得到组分(5);
S6、将有效配方比例的水、甘油和芒果提取物按顺序加入容器中,加热至45℃,搅拌6min得到组分(6);
S7、将有效配方比例的水、丁二醇、白睡莲花提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、白果紫草根提取物、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇和三白草花提取物按顺序加入容器中,加热至75℃,加入转子,设置转动时间为10分钟,冷却后静置24h,取上层清液得到组分(7);
S8、将有效配方比例的牛磺酸、羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸、壬二酰胺 MEA、水解胶原蛋白锌、甲氧基水杨酸钾和鞣酸以及葡萄果细胞提取物加入容器中,然后在超声波中处理超过15min,最终得到组分(8);
S9、将有效配方比例的水、丁二醇、黄龙胆根提取物、法国腊菊提取物、小白菊提取物、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇和矢车菊花提取物依次加入容器中,加热至85℃,然后加入转子,设置转动时间为8分钟得到混合溶液,再使用离心机将混合溶液在转速100r/min的转速下转动25分钟,取上层清液得到组分(9);
S10、将有效配方比例的3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸溶于水中并搅拌均匀得到组分(10);
S11、将有效配方比例的水、甘油、1,2-己二醇、胶原氨基酸类和可溶性胶原依次加入容器中,搅拌均匀得到组分(11);
S12、将有效配方比例的水、脱羧肌肽盐酸盐和1,3-丙二醇依次加入容器中,搅拌均匀得到组分(12);
S13、将有效配方比例的1,2-己二醇溶于水中并搅拌均匀得到组分(13);
S14、将有效配方比例的透明质酸钠溶于水中并搅拌均匀得到组分(14);
S15、将有效配方比例的麦角硫因溶于水中并搅拌均匀得到组分(15);
S16、将组分(1)和组分(2)-(15)混合得到所述快速抗皱和打造水光肌精华液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种精华液组合物,其特征在于:所述快速抗皱和打造水光肌步骤S1中的容器使用紫外线杀菌灯在波长为253.7nm(纳米)的短波灭菌紫外线下消毒2h。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种精华液组合物,其特征在于:所述快速抗皱和打造水光肌步骤S2中甘油使用滴管,其他组分溶液均使用微量移液管,加热温度为50℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种精华液组合物,其特征在于:所述快速抗皱和打造水光肌步骤S4中,搅拌温度为65℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种精华液组合物,其特征在于:所述快速抗皱和打造水光肌步骤S5中,最终溶液pH值在7.5,加热过程中温度为60℃。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种精华液组合物,其特征在于:所述快速抗皱和打造水光肌精华原料-墨角藻提取物的制备过程:
