Step S102, receiving a control signal triggered on a paper transfer device behind a printing device and sending a shooting command to shooting equipment; the control signal is used for indicating that printing of the current page is completed; the control signal can be a digital signal or an analog signal, and is directly transmitted to shooting equipment to start shooting, so that data transmission and calculation links are not needed, and errors are avoided;
Step S104, receiving and storing a shooting image which is shot and returned by the shooting equipment according to the shooting command;
The shooting equipment can be used for directly starting shooting pictures according to the induction signals, or starting shooting videos according to the induction information, and intercepting needed video frame pictures from the videos to serve as return images; fig. 2 shows a way of capturing and returning an image, that is, step S202, after receiving the capturing command, capturing a first image after a predetermined period of time, and capturing continuously at a preset frequency after the first image capturing, to obtain a plurality of captured images including a target document; the shooting image returned by the first shooting at least comprises a page header of a page to be archived, and the shooting image returned by the last shooting at least comprises a page header of the page to be archived. For example, shooting can be started by indicating that the printed page enters the shooting range through the control information, shooting is continued for a plurality of times, a plurality of images containing the page to be archived are obtained, and the plurality of images can be spliced into a complete page to be archived. The preset time is the time from the paper conveying equipment to the shooting range of the shooting equipment for the page to be archived.
