Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily necessities, in particular to a wet tissue composition for eyes as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
People often contact dust, computer, cell-phone radiation, automobile exhaust, haze and kitchen oil smoke etc. among them harmful substance all can get into eyes, cause uncomfortable such as eyes portion dryness, when the eyes secretion is too much or have the foreign matter, people are used to the hand, water or ordinary paper handkerchief wipe eyes, easily infects the bacterium, appears the inflammation even. Many people then choose to use eye drops. However, after the eye drops are added, the eye drops remain on the skin of eyes, and the eyes are required to be rubbed by paper towels or hands, so that the eyes are polluted. Most of the wet tissues for eyes on the current market aim at daily cleaning and makeup removal demands, but few products consider the demands of relieving and anti-inflammatory, so that it is very necessary to design the wet tissues for eyes with anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and relieving functions.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a wet tissue composition for eyes and a preparation method and application thereof.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a wet wipe composition for eyes comprising 4-terpineol, sodium hyaluronate, vitamin E, witch hazel extract, nonionic surfactant, oat extract, preservative, stabilizer and water.
In the scheme, the wet tissue composition for eyes comprises 4-terpineol, sodium hyaluronate, vitamin E, witch hazel extract, nonionic surfactant, oat extract, preservative, stabilizer and water, wherein the 4-terpineol has the functions of resisting oxidation, resisting bacteria, expelling parasites and killing mites, is mainly used as an anti-inflammatory agent, an anti-parasitic agent, an anti-tumor agent and a flavoring agent, can be widely used for treating acne, acne rosacea and demodex infection, and is suitable for sensitive skin. Sodium hyaluronate has deep moisturizing effect, and can increase skin elasticity. Vitamin E has antioxidant and protecting effects, and helps to reduce free radical injury. The Hamamelis extract is extracted from bark, branches and leaves of Hamamelis shrub native to North America, has hemostatic and antiinflammatory effects, and can calm skin and reduce redness and swelling. The nonionic surfactant has cleaning effect. The oat extract is a whole plant extract of oat of Gramineae, mainly contains beta-glucan, flavonoid compounds and various antioxidant substances, has excellent anti-aging effect, can smooth fine wrinkles, improves skin texture, and further increases anti-inflammatory and relieving effects. The antiseptic can inhibit microorganism activity, prevent wet towel from spoilage, and maintain product stability. The stabilizing agent maintains the wettability of the wet wipe and helps the skin retain moisture. The wet tissue composition for eyes can achieve the effects of anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and relieving through the synergistic interaction of 4-terpineol, sodium hyaluronate, vitamin E, witch hazel extract, nonionic surfactant, oat extract, preservative, stabilizer and water, and is suitable for sensitive skin, especially skin around eyes.
In order to better achieve the anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and soothing effects, further, the wet tissue composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of 4-terpineol, 0.1-1 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1-0.3 part of vitamin E, 1-2 parts of witch hazel extract, 1-3 parts of nonionic surfactant, 0.1-1 part of oat extract, 0.1-1 part of preservative, 1-3 parts of stabilizer and 90-95 parts of water.
In order to better achieve the anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and soothing effects, further, the wet tissue composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1.5 parts of 4-terpineol, 0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.2 part of vitamin E, 1.5 parts of witch hazel extract, 2 parts of nonionic surfactant, 0.5 part of oat extract, 0.5 part of preservative, 2 parts of stabilizer and 91.3 parts of water.
Further, the nonionic surfactant is cocoa amidopropyl betaine.
In the scheme, the cocoa amidopropyl betaine serving as the nonionic surfactant has the advantages of cleaning effect, mild property and suitability for sensitive skin.
Further, the preservative is phenoxyethanol.
In the scheme, the phenoxyethanol is used as the preservative, so that the preservative effect can be achieved, and the skin is not stimulated.
Further, the stabilizer is glycerol.
In the scheme, the glycerol keeps the wettability of the wet tissues, helps the skin to keep moisture, and achieves the effect of stabilizing the skin.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a method of preparing the wet wipe composition described above, comprising the steps of: mixing 4-terpineol, sodium hyaluronate, vitamin E, hamamelis mollis extract, nonionic surfactant, herba Avenae Fatuae extract, antiseptic, stabilizer and water.
Further, the temperature of the mixing is 40-60 ℃, preferably 50 ℃.
According to a third aspect of the present invention there is also provided the use of a wet wipe composition as described above in an ophthalmic wet wipe.
Further, the wet wipe composition is applied to a biodegradable nonwoven fabric to ensure uniform wetting, resulting in a wet wipe for the eye.
There are two packaging forms of wet tissues for eyes, the first is to package wet tissues for eyes in a sealed package to maintain the wettability and the ingredient stability thereof. Secondly, the wet tissue composition and the biodegradable non-woven fabric are packaged separately, when the wet tissue composition is needed to be used, the wet tissue composition contained in the package is folded for 3 times, and the package is lightly pressed, so that the wet tissue composition is fully contacted with the biodegradable non-woven fabric; then tearing along the opening, taking out the wet tissue for eyes, winding the wet tissue on the index finger of the right hand, closing the eyes, and cleaning the skin around the eyes.
The technical scheme provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
The wet tissue composition for eyes can achieve the effects of resisting inflammation, resisting bacteria and relieving through the mutual synergistic effect of 4-terpineol, sodium hyaluronate, vitamin E, witch hazel extract, nonionic surfactant, oat extract, preservative, stabilizer and water, and is suitable for sensitive skin, especially skin around eyes.
