On the basis of the embodiment, the number of the decontamination grooves 21 is greater than or equal to two, and the number of the brush conveying and recovering components 4 and the number of the scrubbing components 5 are equal to the number of the decontamination grooves 21, and each brush conveying and recovering component 4 and each scrubbing component 5 act on the endoscope 1 in the corresponding decontamination groove 21.
As shown in fig. 3, the decontamination box assembly 2 is provided with two or three or four decontamination tanks 21 with equal number, each decontamination tank 21 is provided with a brush conveying and recycling assembly 4 and a scrubbing assembly 5 matched with the decontamination box assembly, optionally, the cleaning and disinfecting device is provided with a group of liquid distribution assemblies 3 and a perfusion assembly 6, decontamination liquid is injected into each decontamination tank 21 through the group of liquid distribution assemblies 3, and synchronous perfusion is carried out to each endoscope 1 through the group of perfusion assemblies 6, optionally, the number of groups of liquid distribution assemblies 3 and the number of groups of perfusion assemblies 6 in the cleaning and disinfecting device are the same as the number of decontamination tanks 21, decontamination liquid is injected into the corresponding decontamination tank 21 through each group of liquid distribution assemblies 3, and perfusion is carried out to the corresponding endoscope 1 through each group of perfusion assemblies 6, so that the cleaning and disinfecting device has extremely high cleaning efficiency of the endoscope 1.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the decontamination grooves 21 are arranged in parallel as shown in fig. 3, so that the cleaning and disinfecting device has reasonable layout, simple structure and convenient operation.
On the basis of the embodiment, the perfusion assembly 6 further comprises a pumping joint, a second inflow pipe and a third pump; the pump flow joint is internally provided with a first liquid channel and a second liquid channel, one end of the first liquid channel is connected with the endoscope 1 in a conducting way, the other end of the second liquid channel is open, one end of the second liquid channel is connected with the first liquid channel in a conducting way, and the other end of the second liquid channel is connected with the first inflow pipe in a conducting way, so that the decontaminating liquid is continuously conveyed into the first liquid channel under the action of the first pump; the second end of the second inflow pipe is connected with the pump flow joint in a conducting way, and the first end of the second inflow pipe is connected with the outlet of the third pump machine in a conducting way and is used for pushing the inner core of the pump flow joint to block or open the first liquid channel.
The pump flow joint can adopt a hydraulic one-way valve or other types of valves and the like, an opening at one end of a first liquid channel of the pump flow joint is connected with a liquid distribution barrel through a first inlet pipe in a conducting way, the other end of the first liquid channel is connected with an endoscope 1 in a conducting way when in use, the head end of an inner core of the pump flow joint can extend into the middle part of the first liquid channel or withdraw from the first liquid channel, and concretely, the pump flow joint is connected with a third pump through a second inlet pipe in a conducting way, and then pumps flow to the inside of the pump flow joint through the third pump so as to push the inner core of the pump flow joint to close the first liquid channel inside the pump flow joint, or pumps fluid in the pump flow joint through the third pump so as to lead the inner core of the pump flow joint to lose thrust reset, and the reset can be realized under the action of a spring or a restoring piece such as a magnetic pole matched with each other, so as to open the first liquid channel inside the pump flow joint; furthermore, the second fluid channel extends to the side wall of one end of the first fluid channel for connecting with the endoscope, so that the decontaminating fluid can be conveyed into the first fluid channel through the second fluid channel no matter whether the inner core is inserted into the first fluid channel or not. The cleaning and disinfecting equipment can be arranged in such a way that the first inflow pipe, the second pump, the second inflow pipe and the third pump are connected with the pump flow joint in advance, and after the endoscope 1 is placed in the decontamination groove 21, the operation such as perfusion or brushing of the endoscope 1 can be automatically controlled by conducting the pump flow joint with the endoscope 1.
Preferably, the brush conveying and recycling assembly 4 is also connected with the endoscope 1 through a pump flow joint provided with a first liquid channel, a second liquid channel and an inner core which are matched with each other, and when the endoscope is used, the first pump machine, the second pump machine and the like are connected through the pump flow joint, so that the brush conveying and recycling assembly 4 can not only guide a brush into the endoscope 1 to wash the same, but also meet the requirement of perfusion.
On the basis of any embodiment of the application, the cleaning and disinfecting equipment further comprises a controller 8, wherein the liquid preparation assembly 3, the brush conveying and recycling assembly 4, the scrubbing assembly 5 and the perfusion assembly 6 are in signal connection with the controller 8, and as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the controller 8 controls the start and stop of the liquid preparation assembly 3, the brush conveying and recycling assembly 4, the scrubbing assembly 5 and the perfusion assembly 6 and the operation parameters thereof, so that the automation degree of the cleaning and disinfecting equipment is effectively improved.
It should be noted that, the type of the controller 8 is not limited, such as an on-board microprocessor, and the controller 8 is connected with the liquid dispensing assembly 3, the brush conveying and recovering assembly 4, the scrubbing assembly 5, the perfusion assembly 6, etc. through signal lines, or a mobile terminal, and the controller 8 is connected with the liquid dispensing assembly 3, the brush conveying and recovering assembly 4, the scrubbing assembly 5, the perfusion assembly 6, etc. through signals such as bluetooth or wireless lines, so long as the above functions can be satisfied.
On the basis of the embodiment, the decontamination tank assembly 2 comprises a tank body 22 and a tank cover 23, the tank wall of the decontamination tank 21 is a top plate of the tank body 22, and the liquid distribution assembly 3, the brush conveying and recycling assembly 4, the scrubbing assembly 5 and the perfusion assembly 6 are all positioned in the tank body 22, and the tank cover 23 can be opened and closed and arranged at the top of the tank body 22.

the scrubbing component (5) is arranged in the decontamination liquid and is used for scrubbing the outer surface of the endoscope (1);
The perfusion assembly (6) is arranged on the decontamination box assembly (2) and comprises a first inflow pipe and a second pump, the second pump is in conductive connection with the decontamination groove (21), the first end of the first inflow pipe is in conductive connection with the second pump, and the second end of the first inflow pipe is used for being in conductive connection with a liquid inlet joint of the endoscope (1).

The pump flow joint is internally provided with a first liquid channel and a second liquid channel, one end of the first liquid channel is connected with the endoscope (1) in a conducting way, the other end of the first liquid channel is open, one end of the second liquid channel is connected with the first liquid channel in a conducting way, and the other end of the second liquid channel is connected with the first inflow pipe in a conducting way, so that decontamination liquid is continuously conveyed into the first liquid channel under the action of the first pump;
