According to the implementation mode, the virtual organization digital object automatically converts the voice input by the user into the text, the intention of the user for organizing the conference is identified through the technologies of semantic identification, word slot extraction and the like, the RPA flow for matching the enterprise session activity is triggered, and key elements such as the conference theme, the conference form (on-line or off-line), the conference time, the conference place, the conference participants and the like in the intention of the user are extracted, so that a conference scheme draft is formed.

Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an alternative system for organizing session activities based on digital people, i.e. the virtual meeting organization objects described above, according to an embodiment of the present invention, where, as shown in fig. 2, the system includes an intelligent dialogue module, a talent searching module, a meeting management module, and a meeting audio/video interaction module.
The intelligent dialogue module integrates technologies such as 3D digital personnel, automatic speech recognition, natural language processing and the like, is connected with the talent retrieval module and the conference management module, provides a digital personnel interaction interface, generates 3D simulation images of digital staff through technologies such as portrait modeling, portrait driving, portrait rendering and the like, and supports interaction with users on enterprise office platforms at a mobile phone end, a PAD end or a PC end. The digital person automatically converts the voice input by the user into text, recognizes the intention of the user to organize the conference through semantic recognition, word slot extraction and other technologies, triggers the RPA flow of the conference activities of the matching enterprises, and starts to extract key elements of the conference theme, the conference form (online or offline), the conference time, the conference place, the conference participants and the like in the intention of the user, so as to form a conference scheme draft and send the conference scheme draft to the conference management module. After the linkage talent searching module and the conference management module, the digital person realizes text output based on AIGC big model capacity and initiates dialogue interaction with the user by utilizing voice broadcasting capacity.
The talent searching module is in butt joint with the enterprise employee database, knowledge reasoning is completed based on the information of the to-be-invited participants exposed in the conference intention initiated by the user, and then the to-be-invited list is pushed to the user through the intelligent dialogue module, so that confirmation of the conference list is completed. Based on the pre-constructed enterprise employee knowledge graph, the talent searching module integrates multi-source information including employee names, institutions and job titles, and provides efficient searching performance through the graph searching engine, and supports quick searching of a list of meeting participants possibly intended to be invited by a user according to the names (such as Zhang three and Li four) or titles (such as X total and X length) in the user intention and possibly provided mechanism information (such as XX department sub-manager and XX office king five).
The conference management module is in butt joint with a third party interface of an online conference management system and an offline conference room reservation system of an enterprise, and conference reservation, invitation, adjustment and later closed-loop work are carried out according to collected conference information. Comprising the following steps: (1) For an off-line meeting requirement, the RPA program invokes an off-line meeting room reservation interface to lock meeting room resources available for the expected period of time that match the meeting size. If no available meeting room resource is temporarily available, triggering the meeting adjustment flow of the RPA, intelligently searching out the available time period of the meeting room, and pushing meeting adjustment suggestions to meeting sponsors through digital person dialogue. The conference audio/video interaction module is in butt joint with the conference risk plan database, and works such as user sign-in guidance, guest introduction, host string field and the like are completed in the conference by using the digital person simulation image and broadcasting capability. Based on the prompt words assembled by the conference information, generating a conference host manuscript by utilizing AIGC large model capacity, intelligently associating the prefabricated 3D digital person simulation emotion and actions, outputting audio and video of the conference host, and completing projection playing by using a projection screen of an on-line virtual conference room or an LED large screen of an off-line multimedia conference room. The digital person is controlled to respond under different risk scenes by pushing preset strategies such as meeting duration reminding, simultaneous speaking of multiple persons or time controlling and field controlling when no person participates in discussion.
The system and the method for organizing session activities based on digital person matching, which are provided by the embodiment of the invention, realize the whole-flow management of meeting matching through the RPA technology, use digital persons to replace staff to communicate with parties involved in the meeting, confirm a meeting scheme and reserve meeting resources, finish meeting hosting and closed-loop work, save labor cost through high automation, and further improve meeting matching efficiency.
The following describes in detail another embodiment.

A conference control device for virtually organizing digital objects provided in this embodiment includes a plurality of implementation units, each of which corresponds to each of the implementation steps in the above-described embodiment.
