In another implementation manner, the fixing structure 200 may be detachably connected to the auxiliary tool body 100, for example, the fixing structure 200 may be connected to the auxiliary tool body 100 by means of magnetic attraction, and when the auxiliary tool for vehicle identification is not needed, the fixing structure 200 is separated from the auxiliary tool body 100, so as to improve portability of the auxiliary tool for vehicle identification. At the same time, the separate fastening structure 200 may also be used for connection and application with other workpieces.
In a further embodiment, the securing structure 200 further includes a planar positioning magnet 220, the planar positioning magnet 220 being disposed circumferentially of the dowel 210.
The positioning magnet is a workpiece which realizes part positioning and fixing by utilizing magnetic force, so as to realize accurate and stable positioning and fixing. The positioning magnet does not need complicated fixing operation, can greatly improve the positioning efficiency, realize nondestructive assembly, ensure the integrity of the part, has no limitation on the shape and the size of the part, and can meet the positioning requirements under different scenes.
The planar positioning magnetic attraction 220 is a positioning magnetic attraction arranged at the planar end of the auxiliary tool body 100 and is used for strengthening the connection between the vehicle identification pasting auxiliary tool and the frame cross beam 600 in a magnetic attraction mode. For example, the planar positioning magnet 220 may be sequentially disposed along the circumference of the positioning pin 210 to increase the fixing strength of the positioning pin 210.
It should be noted that, the shape of the planar positioning magnet 220 is not limited in this embodiment, and the planar positioning magnet 220 may be set to any shape according to application requirements and preferences. Preferably, the planar positioning magnetic attraction 220 is a circular magnetic sheet, for example, the diameter of the circular magnetic sheet may be 5mm, and the circular magnetic sheet is adhered to the inner surface of the vehicle logo adhering aid in an embedded adhesion mode.
It can be appreciated that the number of the planar positioning magnets 220 is not limited in this embodiment, and the planar positioning magnets 220 in this embodiment may be customized according to the size of the auxiliary tool for adhering the actual vehicle identifier, and preferably, the planar positioning magnets 220 include four circular magnetic sheets.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the positioning structure 300 is provided with an avoidance groove 310, and the avoidance groove 310 is used for avoiding a finger during the pasting process of the to-be-pasted mark.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the positioning structure 300 is provided with a relief groove 310, and the width of the relief groove 310 corresponds to the width of the finger and is smaller than the width of the positioning structure 300. The avoidance groove 310 is provided to enable a worker to avoid fingers when the vehicle identification pasting auxiliary tool based on the embodiment pastes the vehicle identification.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the shape of the avoidance groove 310 is not limited, and the avoidance groove 310 may be set to any shape according to the application requirement and preference. Preferably, the avoidance groove 310 is a circular arc opening, and the dimension of the avoidance groove 310 is slightly larger than the width of a finger, so that a worker can conveniently paste the vehicle mark, and the pasting efficiency of the vehicle mark is improved.
In one embodiment, the positioning structure 300 further includes a curved positioning magnet 320, where the curved positioning magnet 320 is regularly disposed at the curved end.
