determining the type of the first wireless network according to the cell identifier;
Judging whether the target user registers a voice short message service of a second wireless network through an IP multimedia subsystem IMS according to the user identification;
Under the condition that the target user registers the voice short message service of the second wireless network through IMS, processing the MSC registration request according to the type of the first wireless network so as to only reserve MSC registration information of the target user registering the voice short message service through MSC or IMS registration information of the voice short message service through IMS;
and providing communication of voice short message service for the target user according to the wireless network corresponding to the reserved registration information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first wireless network type comprises a 2G network, a 3G network, and a 4G network, the different types of first wireless networks having different corresponding cell identities, the second wireless network comprising one of a 4G network and a 5G network.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining whether the target user is registered with the voice sms service of the second wireless network via IMS based on the user identification comprises:
searching IMS registration information stored by the user subscription management network element;
Judging whether the IMS registration information matched with the user identification exists in the stored IMS registration information;
And under the condition that the IMS registration information matched with the user identification exists, determining that the target user registers the voice short message service of the second wireless network through the IMS.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein processing the MSC registration request according to the type of the first wireless network in the case that the target user registers for voice sms service of the second wireless network through IMS, comprises:
Deleting IMS registration information stored by the user subscription management network element when the target user registers the voice short message service of the second wireless network through IMS under the condition that the first wireless network accessed by the target user is a 2G network or a 3G network;
And processing the MSC registration request according to a preset flow, and storing MSC registration information of the voice short message service of the first wireless network registered by the target user through the MSC.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein processing the MSC registration request according to the type of the first wireless network in the case that the target user registers for voice sms service of the second wireless network through IMS, comprises:
Refusing to process the MSC registration request under the condition that the first wireless network accessed by the target user is a 4G network;
And reserving IMS registration information stored by the user subscription management network element when the target user registers the voice short message service of the second wireless network through IMS.

And under the condition that the target user does not register the voice short message service of the second wireless network through the IMS, processing the MSC registration request according to a preset flow, and storing MSC registration information of the voice short message service of the first wireless network registered by the target user through the MSC.

receiving an IMS registration request triggered when the type of a wireless network accessed by a target user changes, wherein the IMS registration request carries a user identifier of the target user and IMS related information, and the IMS registration request is used for requesting to register a voice short message service of the wireless network accessed by the target user currently through IMS;
judging whether the target user registers the voice short message service of the wireless network through MSC according to the user identification;
under the condition that the target user registers the voice short message service of the wireless network through the MSC, deleting MSC registration information stored by the user subscription management network element when the target user registers the voice short message service of the corresponding wireless network through the MSC;
processing the IMS registration request according to a preset flow, and storing IMS registration information of a voice short message service of a wireless network which is currently accessed by the target user through IMS registration;
and providing communication of voice short message service for the target user according to the wireless network corresponding to the IMS registration information.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving the MSC registration request triggered when the type of wireless network to which the target user has access changes further comprises:
judging whether the MSC registration request carries a cell identifier or not; under the condition that the cell identifier is not carried, determining whether to allow processing of the MSC registration request according to a preset network configuration strategy; or alternatively
Judging whether the cell identifier carried by the MSC registration request indicates a 2G network, a 3G network or a 4G network; if not, refusing to process the MSC registration request.

A communication device for voice short message service, comprising: a memory and a processor electrically connected to the memory, the memory storing a computer program executable by the processor, the computer program implementing the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 8 when executed by the processor.
