In this embodiment, after obtaining the EPLMN list, the terminal finds that the roaming PLMN (PLMNIDB) of the visited network is equivalent to the home PLMN (PLMNIDA) of the home network, and starts to check capability information of the terminal and the visited network, so as to determine whether the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list needs to be deleted, for example, whether the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list needs to be deleted may be determined according to table 1, as shown in table 1, if the determination result is yes, it indicates that the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list needs to be deleted, and if the determination result is no, it indicates that the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list needs to be retained.

In this embodiment, on the basis of the VoNR capability and the EPS FB capability, whether the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list needs to be deleted may be further determined according to need by other capabilities, for example:
(a) The terminal supports the visit network frequency point, EPSFB and VoNR; the visiting network supports VoNR and does not support EPSFB, if the terminal with voice priority needs to delete the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list; for the terminal with data priority, the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list does not need to be deleted (the mobile phone terminal cannot perform voice service on the visiting network);
(b) The terminal does not support the visit network frequency point, supports EPSFB and VoNR; the visiting network supports VoNR and EPSFB, and the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list needs to be deleted (the terminal cannot access the visiting network because the terminal does not support the visiting network frequency point);
(c) The terminal supports the frequency point of the visiting network, supports EPSFB, supports VoNR, supports IMS emergency call, the visiting network supports VoNR, does not support EPSFB, does not support IMS emergency call, and needs to delete roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list (the terminal meets the roaming condition of the core network but needs to return to the home network for emergency call service);
(d) The visiting network supports VoNR and EPSFB, but not IMS emergency call, and the terminal supports EPSFB, voNR and IMS emergency call, and the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list does not need to be deleted.
Step S103: if yes, deleting the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list needs to be deleted according to capability information of the terminal and capability information of a pre-stored visited network, the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list is deleted, so that when the terminal cannot use voice service of the visited network, the terminal cannot roam under the visited network through reselection or redirection, and frequent network selection operations of the terminal can be reduced, and user experience is improved.
Optionally, after the deleting the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list, the method further includes:

In this embodiment, in order to more thoroughly avoid misoperation to the visited network, the terminal updates its own capability information, that is, deletes the frequency point information of the visited network from the supported frequency band information, and the home network will not require the terminal to redirect or switch to the frequency point of the visited network.
Step S104: and if not, reserving the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list does not need to be deleted according to the capability information of the terminal and the pre-stored capability information of the visited network, the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list is reserved, so that when the terminal can use the voice service of the visited network, the roaming can be ensured to be performed under the visited network through reselection or redirection.
According to the processing method of the peer-to-peer public land mobile network EPLMN list in the core network roaming scene, when the terminal receives the EPLMN list sent by the home network core network equipment, whether the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list needs to be deleted is judged according to the capability information of the terminal and the pre-stored capability information of the visiting network, if yes, the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list is deleted, so that the situation that voice service cannot be used easily by the terminal through reselection or redirection to the visiting 5G network when the terminal cannot use the voice service of the visiting network can be guaranteed, the frequent network selecting operation of the terminal can be reduced, user experience is improved, if not, the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list is reserved, and therefore the problem that the situation that the voice service cannot be used easily by the terminal through reselection or redirection to the visiting 5G network in the prior art when the terminal can use the voice service of the visiting network can be guaranteed.

as shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment provides a method for processing an EPLMN list of a peer-to-peer public land mobile network in a core network roaming scenario, which is applied to a home network core network device, and the method includes:

The processing method, the device and the medium for the EPLMN list in the core network roaming scenario provided in embodiments 2 to 6, when the terminal receives the EPLMN list sent by the home network core network device, determine whether to delete the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list according to the capability information of the terminal and the capability information of the pre-stored visited network, if yes, delete the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list, thereby ensuring that when the terminal cannot use the voice service of the visited network, the terminal cannot roam under the visited network through reselection or redirection, reducing the frequent network selecting operation of the terminal, improving the user experience, if not, reserving the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list, thereby ensuring that when the terminal can use the voice service of the visited network, the terminal can easily experience the situation that the voice service cannot be used through reselection or redirection to the visited 5G network after receiving the EPLMN list in the prior art, and severely affecting the user experience.

the determining whether the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list needs to be deleted according to the capability information of the terminal and the pre-stored capability information of the visited network specifically includes:
and judging whether the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list needs to be deleted or not according to the new air interface voice VoNR capability and/or the evolved packet network fallback EPS FB capability of the terminal and the VoNR capability and EPS FB capability of the visiting network.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to receiving the EPLMN list sent by the home network core network device, the method further comprises:
Sending an attach request/registration request to the home network core network device, wherein the attach request/registration request carries registration information of the terminal, and the registration information comprises: the position information of the terminal and/or the international mobile subscriber identity IMSI and/or the international mobile equipment identity IMEI and/or the international mobile subscriber integrated service digital network MSISDN so that the home network core network equipment judges whether the terminal meets the core network roaming condition according to the position information of the terminal and/or the IMSI and/or the IMEI and/or the MSISDN;
the receiving the EPLMN list sent by the home network core network device specifically includes:
and receiving an attach accept message/registration accept message carrying the EPLMN list sent by the home network core network equipment when judging that the terminal meets the core network roaming condition.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein before determining whether the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list needs to be deleted according to the capability information of the terminal and the capability information of the pre-stored visited network, the method further comprises:
acquiring and storing the capability information of the visiting network from a core network roaming platform; or,
Acquiring and storing the capability information of the visiting network through a palm business hall application program of the home network; or,
and receiving and storing the capability information of the visiting network, which is sent by the home network core network equipment.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list needs to be deleted according to the new air-interface voice VoNR capability and/or evolved packet circuit switched (EPS FB) capability of the terminal and the VoNR capability and EPS FB capability of the visited network specifically includes at least one of:
if the visiting network supports VoNR capability and EPS FB capability, the terminal supports at least one of VoNR capability and EPS FB capability, judging that the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list does not need to be deleted;
if the visiting network supports VoNR capability and EPS FB capability, the terminal does not support VoNR capability and EPS FB capability and is a non-voice terminal, judging that the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list does not need to be deleted;
if the visiting network supports VoNR capability but does not support EPS FB capability, the terminal supports VoNR capability, judging that the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list does not need to be deleted;
If the visiting network supports VoNR capability but does not support EPS FB capability, the terminal does not support VoNR capability but supports EPS FB capability, judging that the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list needs to be deleted;
if the visiting network supports VoNR capability but does not support EPS FB capability, the terminal does not support VoNR capability and EPS FB capability and is a non-voice terminal, judging that the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list does not need to be deleted;
if the visiting network does not support VoNR capability but supports EPS FB capability, the terminal supports EPS FB capability, judging that the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list does not need to be deleted;
if the visiting network does not support VoNR capability but EPS FB capability, the terminal supports VoNR capability but does not support EPS FB capability, judging that the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list needs to be deleted;
if the visiting network does not support VoNR capability but supports EPS FB capability, the terminal does not support VoNR capability and EPS FB capability and is a non-voice terminal, judging that the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list does not need to be deleted;
if the visiting network does not support VoNR capability or EPS FB capability, the terminal supports at least one of VoNR capability and EPS FB capability, judging that the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list needs to be deleted;
If the visiting network does not support VoNR capability and EPS FB capability, the terminal does not support VoNR capability and EPS FB capability and is a non-voice terminal, judging that the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list does not need to be deleted.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after the deleting the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list, the method further comprises:
and deleting the frequency point of the visiting network in the supported frequency band information.
6. A method for processing an EPLMN list of a peer-to-peer public land mobile network in a roaming scenario of a core network, the method being applied to a home network core network device, the method comprising:
and sending an EPLMN list to a terminal, wherein the EPLMN list carries roaming PLMNs of a visiting network equivalent to a home public land mobile network PLMN of the home network, so that the terminal judges whether the roaming PLMNs in the EPLMN list need to be deleted according to the self new air interface voice VoNR capability and/or evolved packet switched fallback EPS FB capability and the VoNR capability and EPS FB capability of the visiting network, and deletes the roaming PLMNs in the EPLMN list when the judging result is yes, and reserves the roaming PLMNs in the EPLMN list when the judging result is no.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the sending the EPLMN list to the terminal specifically includes:
judging whether the terminal meets the roaming condition of the core network or not;
if yes, the EPLMN list is sent to the terminal.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein before determining whether the terminal satisfies a core network roaming condition, the method further comprises:
receiving an attach request/registration request sent by the terminal, wherein the attach request/registration request carries registration information of the terminal, and the registration information comprises: the position information of the terminal and/or the international mobile subscriber identity IMSI and/or the international mobile equipment identity IMEI and/or the international mobile subscriber integrated services digital network MSISDN;
the judging whether the terminal meets the roaming condition of the core network specifically comprises the following steps:
judging whether the terminal meets the roaming condition of the core network according to the position information, and/or IMSI, and/or IMEI, and/or MSISDN of the terminal.
9. The method according to claim 6, wherein the sending the EPLMN list to the terminal specifically includes:
and sending an attach accept message/registration accept message carrying the EPLMN list to the terminal.

a list receiving module, configured to receive an EPLMN list sent by a home network core network device, where the EPLMN list carries a roaming PLMN of a visited network equivalent to a home public land mobile network PLMN of the home network;
the deletion judging module is connected with the list receiving module and is used for judging whether the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list needs to be deleted or not according to the capability information of the terminal and the pre-stored capability information of the visiting network;
the first processing module is connected with the deletion judging module and is used for deleting the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list when the judgment result of the deletion judging module is yes;
The second processing module is connected with the deletion judging module and is used for reserving the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list when the judgment result of the deletion judging module is negative;

the list sending module is configured to send an EPLMN list to a terminal, where the EPLMN list carries a roaming PLMN of a visited network equivalent to a home public land mobile network PLMN of the home network, so that the terminal determines whether the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list needs to be deleted according to a new air interface voice VoNR capability and/or an evolved packet circuit fallback EPS FB capability of the terminal and the VoNR capability and the EPS FB capability of the visited network, and if the determination result is yes, deletes the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list, and if the determination result is no, reserves the roaming PLMN in the EPLMN list.
13. A processing device for a peer-to-peer public land mobile network EPLMN list in a core network roaming scenario, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, the processor being arranged to run the computer program to implement a method for processing a peer-to-peer public land mobile network EPLMN list in a core network roaming scenario according to any of claims 1-5 or to implement a method for processing a peer-to-peer public land mobile network EPLMN list in a core network roaming scenario according to any of claims 6-10.

A computer readable storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored on the computer readable storage medium, and when executed by a processor, the computer program implements a method for processing a peer-to-peer public land mobile network EPLMN list in a core network roaming scenario according to any one of claims 1-5, or implements a method for processing a peer-to-peer public land mobile network EPLMN list in a core network roaming scenario according to any one of claims 6-10.
