Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of oil stain cleaning, and discloses an oil stain cleaning with a biphase appearance and a preparation method thereof, wherein the oil stain cleaning with the biphase appearance comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 1-10% of organic alkali, 1-10% of surfactant composition, 1-10% of solvent composition, 0-3% of chelating agent, 0.01-1% of metal protecting agent, 0-0.5% of other components and the balance of deionized water. The invention adopts the combination of organic alkali and organic phosphoric acid, thereby greatly slowing down the corrosion of alkali to duralumin; the layering time of the biphasic greasy dirt cleaning can be effectively regulated and controlled through the compounding of the surfactant; through the wetting and emulsifying actions of the surfactant composition, the decomposition and expansion actions of the organic alkali and the dissolution action of the solvent composition, the powerful removal action on stubborn greasy dirt is realized, and the corrosion inhibition and protection agent has no harm to general metal materials.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil stain cleaning, in particular to an oil stain cleaning with a biphase appearance and a preparation method thereof.
Background
China is a major food country, and strong fire stir-frying has been a popular cooking mode, which also results in kitchen appliances such as: smoke ventilator, gas kitchen range, kitchen environment like: heavy oil dirt is caused on hard surfaces such as wall tiles, kitchen doors and windows and the like. These oil stains affect both kitchen cleanliness and hygiene and are not good for health (oil stains often grow large amounts of harmful bacteria). Kitchen greasy dirt, the analysis of its components mainly may be: firstly, dust and other sediments attached to the surface of the appliance through the actions of air sedimentation, physical adsorption and the like; secondly, oil fume formed by high-temperature vaporization in the cooking process, and the oil scale can be combined on the hard surface in a physical or chemical mode; thirdly, an oily polymer formed by oxidation and polymerization of unsaturated grease in the high-temperature cooking process, and a firm polymeric oil film is formed on a hard surface; and fourthly, the pollutants generated by the appliance, namely rust, falling objects and the like generated by rust, aging and the like during the storage and use of the appliance. Kitchen oil stains are a mixture of dirt generated by various reasons, and the cleaning difficulty is extremely high.
The greasy dirt cleaner generally consists of alkali, solvent and surfactant. The polymerized oil scale product obtained by oxidizing and polymerizing the edible oil volatilized at high temperature in the air has acidic groups such as peroxide, hydroxyl and the like, and the acidic groups and alkaline substances are easy to generate neutralization reaction, so that the hydrophilicity of the edible oil is greatly enhanced, and the edible oil can be removed by using a water-based cleaning agent. The solvent and the surfactant can be quickly dissolved and emulsified to form a product neutralized by alkali, so that the removal of kitchen greasy dirt is quickened.
The common greasy dirt in the market is clear liquid, and the adopted surfactant has strong hydrophilic performance. The kitchen oil stain has strong oleophilic performance, and the surfactant with better oleophilic performance has better deoiling performance. Data show that, under normal temperature conditions, the oil removal rate is tested according to GB 9985-2000 appendix B: AEO3 > AEO5 > AEO7 > AEO9.
The reason why long carbon chain short EO is rarely used for oil cleaning on the market may be: (1) The surfactant with long carbon chain and short EO has low HLB value, is insoluble in water, can be only dispersed in water, and needs to be added with a large amount of water-soluble auxiliary agent if the surfactant is to be made into transparent solution, so that the product cost is increased; (2) The long carbon chain short EO surfactant will delaminate after being dispersed in water for a long period of time, but the delamination time cannot be controlled effectively.

TABLE 4 results of final layering time experiments
2. Corrosion resistance test method.
Test examples 10 to 18 were set, 150ml of a test sample solution was measured according to 5.6 in QB/T2117-1995, two hard aluminum (LY 12) test pieces were heated in a water bath to a solution temperature of 25.+ -. 2 ℃ and a soaking time of 30 minutes, and other operations were as defined in 5.6.4 in QB/T2117-1995, and the results of the hard aluminum corrosiveness measurement in test examples 10 to 18 are shown in Table 5:
