The integrated measurement while drilling tool of claim 5, wherein: the measuring module (14) comprises a pulser electronic driving module, a directional probe tube, a vibration monitoring module and a gamma control module, and the pulser electronic driving module, the directional probe tube, the vibration monitoring module and the gamma control module are respectively and electrically connected with the electronic control unit.
