使用射频识别(RFID)电路实现跟踪和个性化的许多方法是已知的。RFID包括射频通信,该射频通信包括射频频谱中的所有频率类型以及不同的通信协议和不同的技术范围(例如,RFID包括近场通信或NFC)。RFID允许使用有源电路和无源电路两者。在无源电路中,电路由RFID读取器发射的波供电,允许电路在不需要电池的情况下工作。通常,RFID通信需要RFID标签(通常是无源标签,但也可以是半无源或有源标签)、RFID读取器或收发器以及数据处理系统。RFID标签可以是只读的或读写的,即,使存储在标签上的数据能够被改变。RFID标签很小,并且可以做成贴纸的形状。
然而,RFID标签尚未成功地用于使用饮料分配器的饮料分配领域,但是其优点是多种多样的。RFID标签会实现对用户的识别,且因此实现对待分配的饮料(例如提供水或注入物所处的温度)的个性化,或者实现非接触式支付等。在瓶子或瓶盖中包括RFID标签是已知的。然而,这是昂贵的,并且瓶子被用户多次重复使用的事实使得瓶子产量变小,因此在经济上没有吸引力。另一方面,RFID标签在瓶子上的事实阻止了用户自由更换瓶子或容器。此外,因为瓶子必须要清洗以及容器所暴露的温差导致贴纸容易脱落的事实,因此使用带有RFID标签的贴纸是不可行的。

套筒的使用允许用户自由地更换瓶子。此外,将标签结合到套筒中而不是瓶子中比将标签结合到瓶子中更经济可行。因此,对于制造商或服务提供商以及对于用户而言,本发明便于在饮料分配机器系统中实施识别和跟踪系统。

饮料容器优选为瓶子。更优选地,套筒是具有一个开口基部的圆柱体。
更优选地,套筒由弹性材料制成,优选地将RFID标签嵌入在套筒的壁中的一个壁中。弹性材料使套筒能够贴合容器的壁。更优选地,套筒由塑料材料制成。这有利地充分保护标签免受由饮料分配机器分配的饮料的影响,并允许清洗套筒。更优选地,套筒由硅树脂制成。
一般来说,套筒材料优选可在90℃下清洗,并提供防液体的屏障以保护RFID标签/电路。
优选地,RFID标签是无源标签。然而,标签也可以是带有小电池的有源标签。另外优选地,RFID标签是读/写标签。
套筒可以包括用于警告或服务的标识符(诸如LED)。标识符可以放置在套筒上的任何地方,例如放置在套筒上所印制的标志上。
优选地,套筒还包括外部温度指示器。
套筒还可以包括金属或磁性层状元件或箔片,以使磁性或金属物体能够附接到套筒。金属或磁性箔片元件可以放置在套筒的一个侧面中或套筒的基部中。优选地,金属或磁性箔片元件嵌入在套筒材料中。
