(4) When the equipment needs to be used, the servo motor 501 is reversely started to drive the threaded rod 503 to turn over, the two protective structures 507 move back to expose the display screen, meanwhile, the worm 502 is meshed with the worm wheel 603, the rotating rod 602 is driven to turn over, the moving block 604 is further driven to move downwards until the first contact 605 is contacted with the second contact on the cooling fan 7, the cooling fan 7 is electrified to perform cooling operation on the inner cavity of the control box 1 in an operating state, flow of internal airflow is accelerated, and effective cooling is achieved.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
(1) When the control box 1 needs to be moved, the electric push rod 401 drives the supporting seat 402 to ascend, the first toothed plate 403 drives the transmission gear 405 to rotate, and the second toothed plate 203 meshed with the transmission gear 405 moves downwards through meshing force, so that the movable wheel 204 descends and the equipment is lifted and suspended, and at the moment, the control box 1 can be moved to a proper position through the movable wheel 204 without manual handling equipment, so that time and labor are saved.
(2) When the equipment is not used, the servo motor 501 can be started to drive the threaded rod 503 to rotate, under the threaded connection force, the two movable blocks 505 are relatively displaced, the pull rod 506 drives the protective structure 507 to follow the relative displacement until the two protective covers 5071 relatively move and are attached, the two protective covers 5071 shield the display screen of the control box 1, the accidental damage of the display screen caused by external impact is effectively avoided, meanwhile, the dust removing roller 5072 on the inner side of the protective cover 5071 is contacted with the display screen in the moving process of the protective cover 5071, the dust removing operation is carried out on the surface of the display screen, the effective protection of the display screen of the control box 1 is integrally realized, and the protective performance of the equipment is improved.
(3) When the equipment needs to be used, the servo motor 501 is started to reversely rotate, so that the two protective covers 5071 are separated, meanwhile, the servo motor 501 drives the worm 502 to rotate, the worm 502 is meshed with the worm wheel 603, the rotating rod 602 is driven to turn round, the connecting seat 606 limits the position of the moving block 604, the moving block 604 is in threaded connection with the outer surface of the rotating rod 602 and generates dislocation, the moving block 604 moves downwards until the first contact 605 is in contact with the second contact on the cooling fan 7, the cooling fan 7 is electrified, the inner cavity of the control box 1 in an operating state is subjected to cooling operation, the flow of internal airflow is accelerated, and effective cooling is realized.
