Abstract

The present invention relates to the retail, wholesale and entertainment industries and in particular to a system and method of organizing services for random sales of goods and services based on purchasing certificates of goods and services. In particular, the present invention relates to a system and method for selling goods and services, which provides higher sales by randomly extracting certificates with the help of an automated system for selection and random extraction of goods and services, without requiring sellers to employ additional human resources to sell a large number of goods and services, which makes it possible to purchase goods and services that do not belong to basic goods and services at a far lower cost than the market price.

Technical Field

The invention relates to trade and bulk purchasing industry, in particular to a system and a method for randomly organizing sales services of goods and services according to random determination of certificates of the purchased goods and services. And more particularly, to a system and method for selling goods and services by extracting certificates, selecting and extracting goods and services providing higher sales through an automated system without attracting additional human resources to sell more goods and services to sellers, and for buyers, such a method for purchasing goods and services makes it possible to purchase goods and services not belonging to basic goods and services at a far lower cost than the market price.

From document EA 20129030 A1, 8/30 of 2013, a time-based online joint payment system for purchasing goods or services is known; wherein the system comprises a database for contacting two or more remote users via the internet; in addition, the system allows the user to pay a predetermined amount based on the specified amount for the target payment.

A disadvantage of the above-described method and system is that its participants are deprived of the opportunity to place themselves and influence the outcome of the lottery because each participant's wager is actually predetermined by the unique combination of information elements of the purchased goods and services, the outcome of the lottery being entirely dependent on the actions of the sales organizer. This shortcoming reduces the potential participants' interest in such systems.

According to document RU 2017121772A of 12/20 in 2018, there is known a method for preparing and implementing a commodity and service lottery, which comprises distributing a number card with an information data block, conducting commodity and service lottery in a random number rule within a prescribed time, forming a commodity and service delivery featuring a website and/or application program based on Android or ios or any other mobile device, in the website and/or application program, information being placed on commodities offered at a fixed price and creating an electronic database of numbers for participating in the lottery according to terms of participating commodity or service lottery, issuing N-number cards for lottery participants, placing information on requirements and rules registered on the website on the cards so as to participate in the lottery, placing sales promotion information on partner stores on the cards, the partner stores making a discount percentage agreement about purchase, creating a database of numbers for the lottery by submitting specified personal data in a registration process of the website, and displaying the number of points accumulated at the time of the lottery in the purchase of the partner stores, and purchasing the number for each specified point, issuing N-number cards for participating in the lottery participants, placing information on the number cards registered on the website on the number cards, forwarding the number cards from the number cards to the specified in the continuous number cards to the shopping list by the specified number cards, and forwarding the number cards from the number cards to the specified in the continuous number cards if the number cards are reached in the continuous number cards, the receipt of the prize is terminated, information of the number of participants and the time of the lottery is released on the website and/or in the application program, the lottery is performed on site, the winning ticket holder is notified, and the goods or services are delivered together with the file.

A disadvantage of these similar techniques is the limited functionality of the system applications and the lack of a range of technological means available to organize and improve the efficiency of trade enterprises.

According to the invention patent number 31260, g06q 30/00 (1 nd 2012) of the kazakhstan republic, a method is known according to which the method of goods and services sales comprises creating a database, registering in the database data of goods and services providers, creating a program for registering goods or services with the database and clients and connecting them to the internet, furthermore offering discounts to clients according to the prices of the purchased goods and services or services and offering customers a compensation to the clients in case of the clients attracting new clients to purchase goods or services, how much the compensation depends on the total amount paid by the clients for goods and services or services, according to which invention a recommendation system is used for sales of goods or services, wherein the clients attract other clients by distributing information on the internet, recommend that they register in the database and recommend that they buy goods or services to representatives selling these goods or services, whereas representatives of these goods or services disclose sales terms and lists of the offered goods and services, when needed, or under the price of purchased goods or services are selected and paid for the clients, offer the compensation to the clients and paid for goods or services or offered by the clients, and offer the goods or services to the customers and offer the goods or services and the sales representatives and the goods or service.

Disclosure of Invention

It is an object of the present invention to develop a system and method for selling goods or services using a mobile user device with a mobile application, wherein a potential seller will be able to sell more goods and services without requiring additional human resources.

The method and system according to the invention achieve technical results that extend the scope of technical solutions related to methods and devices for the sale and on-line sale of goods. The technical result is also an expansion of the technical capability of the online store, and increases sales of goods and services which do not belong to the basic goods and services category. Unlike standard goods and services purchases, the proposed method and system enable goods or services to be purchased at prices well below market value, equal to certificate denominations, and extraction of goods or services from any location is monitored in real time. The proposed solution also aims at realizing sales automation, improving the reliability and accuracy of user data involved in randomly selling goods or services.

The claimed technical result is achieved by providing a system for organizing sales services of goods and services by random determination between users, the system comprising:

-an access control module providing the user with access rights to the system after successful authentication of at least one personal data of the user;

-a user profile creation module connected to the access control module;

-a payment module connected to the user profile creation module;

-a catalog for selection of goods or services by a user;

-a user device having a controller connected to the access control module and the user profile creation module, wherein the user device is designed for user input of authorization, registration, navigation of a catalog for selection of goods or services by the user, selection of goods or services from the catalog by the user, information necessary for payment;
