(i)最外侧聚合物层,该最外侧聚合物层包含选自以下列表的生物可降解聚合物:聚琥珀酸丁二醇酯(PBSA)、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)、淀粉、纤维素衍生物、聚乳酸(PLA)、聚羟基烷酸酯(PHA)或它们的组合,所述最外层具有在10μm与100μm之间的厚度,并且最外第一层具有在10%与800%之间的断裂伸长率,当在150℃下在2.16kg的压力下测量10分钟时在2与4之间的熔体流动速率(MFR),并且所述最外层具有低于80℃的熔点温度,
(ii)第一接合层(8),该第一接合层包含从基础生物聚酯分子获得的生物可降解的改性或官能化的生物聚酯,官能团诸如马来酸酐接枝到该基础生物聚酯分子以提供粘合功能并且与两个相邻层相容,并且该第一接合层具有在180℃与230℃之间的熔点温度和在1μm与12μm之间的厚度,
(iii)阻隔层(9),该阻隔层包含选自以下列表的聚合物:丁烯二醇乙烯醇共聚物(BVOH)、聚乙烯醇(PVOH)或它们的组合,并且具有在180℃与230℃之间的熔点温度和在1μm与15μm之间的厚度,
(iv)第二接合层(10),该第二接合层包含生物可降解的改性或官能化的聚烯烃,具有在180℃与230℃之间的熔点温度和在1μm与10μm之间的厚度,
(v)最内侧聚合物层(11),该最内侧聚合物层包含选自以下列表的生物可降解聚合物:聚琥珀酸丁二醇酯(PBSA/bioPBS)、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)、淀粉、纤维素衍生物、聚乳酸(PLA)、聚羟基烷酸酯(PHA)或它们的组合,所述最内层具有在10μm与100μm之间的厚度,并且所述最内层具有在10%与1000%之间的断裂伸长率,当在190℃下在2.16kg的压力下测量10分钟时在4与10之间的熔体流动速率(MFR),并且所述最内层具有在110℃与180℃之间的熔点温度。
有趣的是,适用于本发明的聚合物是生物可降解的聚合物,优选家庭可堆肥的聚合物。现在,家庭可堆肥性在国家级别上得到了良好的定义,并且主要基于国际标准EN13432;因此,在本说明书中,它们不需要进一步深入地限定。符合这些标准的材料或产品可以通过说明它们的家庭可堆肥性的一致性标记来识别。国家级别的家庭可堆肥性认证的一些示例包括但不限于以下内容。认证机构AUSTRIA BELGIUM提供了此类家庭可堆肥性认证方案,并且DIN CERTCO提供了根据澳大利亚标准AS 5810的家庭可堆肥性认证。意大利具有在环境温度下堆肥的国家标准UNI 11183:2006。在2015年11月,引入了法国标准“NFT 51-800Plastics-Specifications for plastics suitable for home composting”。该标准涵盖在DIN CERTCO方案中。
根据本发明的原理,提供具有作为中间层的阻隔层(对氧气和/或湿气)的多层内衬。仔细选择最内层和最外层的物理特性:
-与浆料接触的最外层具有低熔点温度(低于80℃),这带来与浆料的高内聚力;这是由于以下事实:在将内衬热成型为浆料主体的过程中,当温度升高时,构成最外层的聚合物在主体的浆料纤维之间以低粘度快速流动,并且浸透浆料;然后,当温度在热成型步骤之后降低时,内衬的聚合物层硬化并且聚合物在浆料纤维之间完全杂乱,使得不可能将内衬从浆料主体剥离,并且此外
-与饮料配料接触的最内层具有高熔点(高于110℃)。比最外层高的熔点保证了在具有浆料的内衬的热成型期间,所述最外层由于其远低于通常的热成型温度的熔点而非常快速地熔化并且处于优选地液态,使得它流入浆料的纤维素纤维之间,并且使得当它在热成型之后冷却时,构成所述最外层的材料与浆料纤维素纤维混杂并且粘附到它们上。同时,最内层由于其较高的熔点(高于通常的热成型温度)而在热成型工艺步骤期间不熔化,使得当完成将内衬热成型为浆料并且热成型模具打开时,最内层容易与热成型塞分离。
在本发明的一个有利的实施方案中,对最内层进行退火以降低其断裂伸长率特性,从而使其弹性较小并且甚至更容易被刀片刺穿。
“内衬”是指通过挤出-吹塑、或挤出-层压、或流延-挤出获得的单层或多层膜。
施加到浆料基材上的单层或多层内衬不同于通过涂覆浆料基材获得的单层或多层。将阻隔层涂覆到模制浆料基材上是具有挑战性的,因为模制浆料的表面粗糙且不平坦。因此,在可以涂覆阻隔层之前,必须涂覆高厚度的制剂表面涂层以使浆料表面平滑。如果表面不平滑,则存在此类风险:阻隔层可能以不均匀的方式施加,使得一些区域没有被充分地涂覆,因此损害了整个物品的阻隔性能。内衬的应用不会造成此类问题,因为所有的层都是以均匀的方式预成型的,并且使得在所述内衬被施加到模制浆料基材之前,阻隔层在该内衬的整个表面上是均匀的。因此,在所得物品的整个表面上确保了阻隔层质量,并且需要比涂层少的聚合物材料。
此外,涂层通常施加在基材材料的平片上。然而,胶囊具有三维几何形状,这使得难以(如果不是不可能的话)涂覆薄的熔融聚合物层。
在本发明的优选实施方案中,杯形主体包括周缘,封闭隔膜附接至该周缘上。
有利地,至少最外层、最内层、阻隔层和接合层是共挤出(挤出流延)层。
在提出的实施方案中,多层聚合物内衬的最外层和/或最内层的生物可降解聚合物是生物基的。
在本发明的优选实施方案中,封闭隔膜由挤出涂布纸、纤维纺丝涂布纸或包括相容聚合物材料的聚合物膜制成。这是为了确保在封闭胶囊时内衬与封闭隔膜之间的最佳密封粘附。
优选地,容纳在根据本发明的胶囊中的配料是烘焙并且研磨的咖啡。

具体实施方式
如图1的实施方案中所示,本发明涉及一种饮料制备胶囊1,该饮料制备胶囊包括杯形胶囊主体2,其内表面上覆盖有氧气阻隔内衬3。胶囊主体2还包括围绕开口的周缘4,所述开口由密封到边缘4上的隔膜5封闭。由隔膜5封闭的胶囊主体限定用于容纳在其中的烘焙并且研磨的咖啡配料的隔室6。
阻隔内衬3是多层膜,其实施方案示于图2中。在该实施方案中,内衬包括彼此附接的以下层。
首先,其包括由基于聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)的配方制成的最外侧聚合物层7。该最外层具有17μm的厚度,600%的断裂伸长率,并且用作对浆料的粘合剂。其特征还有熔体流动速率(MFR)为3(在150℃下在2.16kg的压力下测量10分钟),并且熔点温度为75℃。
根据应用,最外层的厚度可在10μm与100μm之间变化。
最外层7上附接有由用马来酸酐接枝的生物聚酯制成的第一接合层8,具有200℃的熔点温度和4μm的厚度。接合层8是将最外层7与下面将描述的阻隔层9牢固地粘合的粘合层。
位于多层内衬结构中间的芯层是由丁烯二醇乙烯醇共聚物(BVOH)制成的阻隔层9,具有200℃的熔点温度和8μm的厚度。该阻隔层提供了防止氧气和湿气在外部大气与胶囊隔室之间转移的屏障。
阻隔层9上附接有由用马来酸酐接枝的生物聚酯制成的第二接合层10,具有200℃的熔点温度和4μm的厚度。
最后,图2中描绘的该实施方案中的内衬包括由基于聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)的配方制成的最内侧聚合物层11。该最内层具有17μm的厚度和177%的断裂伸长率。其特征还有在190℃下在2.16kg的压力下测量10分钟的熔体流动速率(MFR)为6。该层具有115℃的的熔点温度。
根据应用,最内层的厚度可在10μm与100μm之间变化。
另外,根据需要,多层聚合物内衬3可以具有对称或非对称结构,这取决于不同层的厚度,特别是最外层和最内层的厚度。
优选地,多层聚合物内衬的最外层和/或最内层的生物可降解聚合物是生物基的。
更确切地说,根据本发明的内衬的不同层可以根据下表进行选择,该表提供了可以针对不同层中的每个层选择的各种厚度:
按顺序通过以下步骤制造根据本发明的胶囊。
如图3A中所示,首先由干或湿(优选湿)浆料混合物模制胶囊杯12。模制纤维素浆料在本领域中已经是已知的并且将不在本说明书中更详细地描述。浆料杯12具有开口13,烘焙并且研磨的咖啡配料可以填充到该开口中(未示出)。
然后,如图3B和图4A所描绘,当浆料杯12放入模具15中时,阻隔内衬膜3作为平片14提供,并放置在所述杯12的开口13之上。
然后,如图4B所示,将柱塞16施加到平片14的表面上,该平片朝向杯12的内部移动,使得将阻隔内衬片推入到杯内部附近,直到所述内衬完全附接至浆料杯表面,如图4C所示。将阻隔内衬片14附接至浆料杯12的表面上的技术主要基于热成型技术。
一旦阻隔内衬片14附接至浆料杯12的内表面上的过程终止,周缘4就被修剪(即,切割成正确的直径),使得获得如图5所示的具有阻隔特性的空浆料胶囊,该空浆料胶囊包括开口,通过该开口填充咖啡粉。然后,通过将隔膜5密封到所述胶囊的边缘4上来封闭填充的胶囊。
应当理解,对本文所述的目前优选的实施方案作出的各种变化和修改对于本领域的技术人员将为显而易见的。可在不脱离本发明的实质和范围并在不减少所伴随的优点的情况下作出这些变化和修改。因此,此类变化和修改旨在由所附权利要求书涵盖。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于饮料制备的胶囊(1),所述胶囊包括杯形主体(2)和附接至所述主体(2)的封闭隔膜(5),所述主体(2)和隔膜(5)限定封闭的配料隔室(6),所述胶囊被适配为由饮料制备机器的注水装置刺穿以用于在压力下将水注入所述隔室中,并且所述隔膜(5)被适配为在所述隔室内部的水压达到预先确定的值时刺穿到所述机器的开口装置上以分配在所述隔室内制备的饮料,至少所述胶囊主体由刚性或半刚性模制纤维素浆料制成,其特征在于,所述胶囊主体还包括附接至纤维素浆料主体(2)的内表面的多层聚合物内衬(3),所述内衬包括:
(i)最外侧聚合物层(7),所述最外侧聚合物层包含选自以下列表的生物可降解聚合物:聚琥珀酸丁二醇酯(PBSA/bioPBS)、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)、淀粉、纤维素衍生物、聚乳酸(PLA)、聚羟基烷酸酯(PHA)或它们的组合,所述最外层具有在10μm与100μm之间的厚度,并且所述最外层具有在10%与800%之间的断裂伸长率,当在150℃下在2.16kg的压力下测量10分钟时在2与4之间的熔体流动速率(MFR),并且所述最外层具有低于80℃的熔点温度,

5.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的胶囊(1),其中所述最内层(11)的所述聚合物是退火聚合物。
6.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的胶囊(1),其中所述多层聚合物内衬(3)的所述最外层(7)和所述最内层(11)具有不同的厚度。
7.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的胶囊(1),其中所述多层聚合物内衬(3)的所述最外层(7)的和/或所述最内层(11)的所述生物可降解聚合物是生物基的。
8.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的胶囊(1),其中所述配料是烘焙并且研磨的咖啡。
