Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
When the mask is taken out of the container filled with the mask sold and put on the face, there is a cutout or hollowed-out portion at the positions of both eyes, nose, mouth and outline, and the mask is put on the basis of the shape thereof, but in none of the prior art documents, the container is formed in a shape that enables the cosmetic liquid remaining in the container to be effectively utilized, and when the container with a large bottom area of a single package in the past is used, there is a case where the opening is large and the mask is easy to take out, and before the mask is put on the face by being developed, there is a problem that the cosmetic liquid contained in the mask is excessively dropped. In addition, the following problems are present: in a state where unabsorbed cosmetic liquid is dropped on the mask, it is difficult to clearly determine how to spread the mask in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction, and thus it is difficult to cope with the problem. Further, there are the following problems: the cosmetic liquid remaining in the container after the mask is attached to the face is not used effectively although it should be applied to the face as the destination part, and as a result, the cosmetic liquid is regarded as unnecessary and discarded.
Means for solving the problems
The stick container for facial mask of the present invention is characterized in that facial mask impregnated with cosmetic liquid is enclosed in a stick container having a first cutout portion at a tip portion thinner than a main body portion and a second cutout portion at a main body portion side of the first cutout portion.
In the stick container for housing a mask according to the present invention, the peripheral portion of the mask is provided with a protruding portion.
In the facial mask-incorporated stick container according to the present invention, the facial mask impregnated with the facial mask liquid is wound in a roll shape from a state of being folded in half, and is enclosed in a state that the facial mask impregnated with the facial mask liquid can be taken out when the second notch portion is opened.
In the facial mask-filled stick container of the present invention, the facial mask impregnated with the cosmetic liquid is made of soft polyurethane.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the present invention, since the container is a stick-shaped container having the first opening at the tip end thereof which is thinner than the body portion, it is possible to apply the residual cosmetic liquid which has not permeated into the mask to the face by flowing out from the first opening before taking out the mask. By first applying the cosmetic liquid, it is possible to prevent the cosmetic liquid from dripping, and it is possible to use up the cosmetic liquid without any surplus. The facial mask-loaded stick container of the present invention thus uses up the facial mask prior to removal of the facial mask. Compared with the prior container with large bottom area, the container has a slim opening, so that the cosmetic liquid can be used up simply.
Further, by providing the protruding portion at the peripheral portion of the mask, the protruding portion of the mask attached to the appropriate position of the face can function as a logo, and the mask can be attached without difficulty. When unsealing the second slit portion of the stick container, the protruding portion is first exposed from the second opening portion. When the mask is taken out, the mask can be attached more smoothly when the protruding portion is formed.
When the mask is attached to the face, the mask body is attached to the upper and lower halves of the entire mask body in a state in which the mask stored in a roll shape is rolled up and unrolled, and the remaining half is rolled down toward the chin by abutting the mask body against the hairline center portion of the hair, which is the upper portion of the forehead.
In addition, if the mask is made of soft polyurethane, the mask can be attached to the face more when being attached to the face because the mask is made of a material having moderate elasticity and shrinkage and excellent in flexibility, and thus can prevent dripping.

Detailed Description
The upper front end part of the stick container for containing facial mask is thinner than the main body part. The thin tip portion is provided with a first cutout portion, and the tip portion of the upper portion of the container can be cut out from the first cutout portion to apply the cosmetic liquid dropped from the first cutout portion.
In the stick container for containing the facial mask, a second notch is provided at a lower portion of the first notch on the main body side, and the facial mask main body impregnated with the cosmetic liquid can be taken out from the second notch by unsealing the second notch.
In addition, in the facial mask using the stick container for loading the facial mask, a protruding part is arranged at the periphery of the facial mask. The protruding portion is exposed first when the mask is taken out from the second opening portion of the stick container in which the mask is loaded. The protruding portion is exposed first, and thus, when the face is attached, the mark can be easily attached.
Further, if the mask is made of soft polyurethane, the mask can be attached to the face more closely when worn on the face because a material having moderate elasticity and shrinkage and excellent in flexibility is effectively used.
That is, in the facial mask-incorporated stick container of the present invention having the first and second cutout portions, the facial mask having the protruding portion can be taken out from the second opening portion by applying only the cosmetic liquid from the first opening portion, and the facial mask can be attached without hesitation when the protruding portion is attached to the face.
< Example >
The invention is illustrated with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 is a front view of a stick container into which a mask is loaded. Comprises a rod-shaped container 1 with a thinner upper front end, a main body part 2 and an adhesive part 3. The rod container 1 is formed of a composite film in which a polypropylene stretched film and an unstretched polypropylene film are laminated, but may be formed into a non-breathable rod container 1 by an aluminum foil and a film composite in which a polyethylene film or a polypropylene film is laminated on one side. In addition, PET, CPP, or the like which cannot be ventilated may be used functionally. The stick container 1 is mainly manufactured by bonding (back bonding) a single film by a palm bag method, then bonding the bottom by a bonding part 3 surrounded by a broken line (refer to a bonding part 3 in fig. 2), injecting a facial mask 9 impregnated with a cosmetic liquid and the cosmetic liquid, and then bonding the triangular part of the upper front end of the stick container 1 by the bonding part 3 surrounded by the broken line. The product is produced by such a production method, and therefore has a small number of adhering portions to the surface, and thus has a good appearance.
Fig. 2 is a rear view of a stick container enclosing a mask. The rod container 1 has a first cutout 4 at the upper front end, and a second cutout 5 at the main body side lower section of the first cutout 4. In order to form the stick container 1 into a tubular shape by the back surface bonding described above, the bonding portion 3 surrounded by a broken line is bonded. The rear surface adhesive portion has a first cutout 4 at an upper front end thereof, and a second cutout 5 at a main body side lower stage of the first cutout 4. The two cutout portions are formed of V-shaped cutouts or I-shaped cutouts, U-shaped cutouts.
Fig. 3 is a view showing a state in which the first opening 6 of the stick container in which the mask is loaded is unsealed. The first opening 4 is formed by a V-shaped notch, an I-shaped notch, or a U-shaped notch, and thus can be easily opened by a finger to reveal the first opening 6.
Fig. 4 is a view showing a state in which the protruding portion 8 is exposed after the second opening 7 of the stick container in which the mask is mounted is unsealed. Since the second notch 5 is also formed of a V-shaped notch, an I-shaped notch, or a U-shaped notch, the second opening 7 can be easily opened with a finger, similarly to the first notch 4. By forming the second opening 7, the protruding portion 8 provided in the body of the mask 9 impregnated with the cosmetic liquid is naturally exposed first.
Fig. 5 is an overall view of the mask 9 impregnated with the cosmetic liquid enclosed in the stick container in which the mask is housed. The facial mask 9 impregnated with the cosmetic liquid is large enough to cover the whole face, and has cut-out portions or hollowed-out portions in both eyes, nose, mouth, and outline portions. Further, a protrusion 8 is provided on the upper head side of the peripheral portion 10 of the mask 9 body impregnated with the cosmetic liquid. The position of the protruding portion 8 is merely illustrative and not limited to this, and thus the protruding portion 8 may be any position as long as it is in the body peripheral portion 10 of the mask 9 impregnated with the cosmetic liquid. The mask 9 impregnated with the cosmetic liquid is mainly made of nonwoven fabric, but if it is made of soft polyurethane, it is possible to more closely adhere to the face when it is attached to the face, because a material having moderate elasticity and shrinkage and excellent flexibility is effectively used.
Fig. 6 is a view showing a state in which the mask 9 impregnated with the cosmetic liquid is stored in the stick container in which the mask is loaded, and the second notch 5 is unsealed to expose the protruding portion 8 from the second opening 7 (the stored mask 9 is indicated by a broken line). In fig. 6, (a) the lower half of the entire mask 9 impregnated with the cosmetic liquid is folded upward, and then, (b) in fig. 6 is a view showing a state of being folded from left to right starting from the protruding portion 8 provided at the upper portion of the mask 9 impregnated with the cosmetic liquid, and (c) in fig. 6 is a view of a size that can be accommodated in the stick container 1 when rolled up, and in fig. 6, (d) the protruding portion 8 is formed to be just exposed to the second opening portion 7 when sealed in such a manner that the protruding portion 8 is exposed. The operation of winding the roll from left to right is merely illustrated for the purpose of directional explanation, and may be reversely wound. The method may include folding up the lower half of the whole mask 9 impregnated with the cosmetic liquid, and rolling the mask 9 impregnated with the cosmetic liquid into a roll shape without folding up the mask in this state, or folding up the whole mask 9 impregnated with the cosmetic liquid into 1/3 in the vertical direction, and rolling the mask into a roll shape. In the rolled state as described above, the rod container 1 may be finally housed in a size such that the protruding portion 8 is exposed and sealed.
Fig. 7 is a view showing a state in which the cosmetic liquid is applied to the face from the first opening 6 of the stick container into which the mask is put. The first opening 4 of the stick container 1 is opened to form a first opening 6, and the stick container 1 is tilted to a level where the cosmetic liquid drops toward the face to apply the cosmetic liquid.
Fig. 8 is a view showing a state in which the mask 9 impregnated with the cosmetic liquid is taken out from the second opening 7 of the stick container into which the mask is put and then attached. Fig. 8 (a) is a diagram showing a state in which the mask 9 impregnated with the cosmetic liquid is taken out from the state in which the protruding portion 8 is exposed from the second opening portion 7 of the stick container 1, and fig. 8 (b) is a diagram showing a semicircular state in which: since the extracted mask 9 impregnated with the cosmetic liquid is rolled up, the rolled up portion of the mask 9 impregnated with the cosmetic liquid is first rolled up and unrolled until the lower half of the mask 9 impregnated with the cosmetic liquid is folded up, and the protruding portion 8 is clearly positioned at the upper center, then, (c) in fig. 8 is a diagram showing a state in which the protruding portion 8 is attached to the upper half of the face by being brought into contact with the forehead and the hairline center of the hair, and (d) in fig. 8 is rolled back from this state toward the chin, and the mask can be attached so as to cover the entire face. Further, the present invention is a diagram showing a state of trimming with a finger along a contour so as to firmly cover the face.
Industrial applicability
As a part of daily skin care, the use of facial masks impregnated with cosmetic liquids has become more popular in recent years, ranging from single packaging to large volume products. But even with a single package, the area of one is still large. Therefore, the invention has compact structure and rod shape, saves space when being placed on a shelf, and is convenient for being stored for sellers or buyers because the rod-shaped container for loading the facial mask is in a shape suitable for various places and conditions in order to carry various kinds of cosmetic tools, skin care products and the like at ordinary times. That is, the present invention is a single package having a compact structure but excellent functions, and therefore, is safe in terms of hygiene, and can reduce CO 2 in the production stage and reduce the amount of waste discharged after use, as compared with a conventional single package having a large floor area.
