Step S52: and based on the complaint message, according to a preset rule or manual judgment, the complaint number is treated as a treatment result, and the treatment result comprises the type and the authority limit list of the complaint number. The types of complaint numbers include: normal number, representing complaint invalidity, 5G message system blacklist and 5G message called user blacklist.
In this embodiment, the 5G message service management platform is configured with a preset rule in advance, where the preset rule is used to perform blacklist management on the complaint number in the complaint message. After the complaint message is received, whether the complaint number in the complaint message is listed in a 5G message blacklist, what kind of the complaint number is listed in the list or not can be judged manually according to a preset rule based on the complaint message, and a treatment result is obtained.
Step S53: and returning the treatment result to the 5G message center system so that the 5G message center system stores the treatment result in a 5G message blacklist of a database, and performs final call delivery processing of the 5G message based on the 5G message blacklist.
In this embodiment, the 5G message service management platform returns a handling result of the 5G message blacklist obtained based on the complaint message to the 5G message center system, so that the 5G message center system stores the handling result in the 5G message blacklist of the database, and forwards the 5G message based on the 5G message blacklist stored in the database. In particular, the 5G message center system may process the 5G message based at least on a home relationship between the 5G message blacklist and calling numbers in the received 5G message. For example, the 5G message center system may not forward the 5G message if it is determined that the calling number in the 5G message is in the saved 5G message blacklist; and forwarding the 5G message and sending the 5G message to a 5G message terminal corresponding to the called number under the condition that the calling number in the 5G message is determined not to be in the stored 5G message blacklist.
The processing result returned by the 5G message service management platform comprises a blacklist type and matched authorities. The database of the 5G message center system stores a 5G message blacklist, and message forwarding is performed according to the 5G message blacklist.
In this embodiment, the 5G message service management platform may generate a 5G message blacklist handling result for the received complaint message and return the handling result to the 5G message center system, so that when the 5G message center system determines that a normal 5G message is received, the 5G message is not forwarded directly, but the 5G message is processed based on the 5G message blacklist stored in the database, so as to limit forwarding of the 5G message, thereby implementing complaint and interception of the peer-to-peer 5G message, and improving communication experience of the user for the 5G message .
In combination with the above embodiment, in an implementation manner, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a 5G message processing method. Specifically, in the method, the step S52 may specifically include steps S61 to S62:
step S61: determining whether complaint content in the complaint message and/or the blacklist keyword exists in the message content, and/or whether the complaint frequency of the complaint number reaches the frequency threshold.
In this embodiment, the preset rule may be formulated according to a business management rule or an industry rule such as network letter security, where the preset rule at least includes: a blacklist keyword and a frequency threshold; the 5G message blacklist includes at least: the 5G messaging system blacklist.
In this embodiment, the complaint message may include: complaint content and/or message content. The complaint content is the reason description of the user for the complaint of the 5G message, and the message content is the message content of the complaint 5G message. The 5G message service management platform may determine, based on the complaint message and a preset rule, whether complaint content in the complaint message and/or whether there is a blacklist keyword in the message content, and/or whether a complaint frequency for the complaint number reaches a frequency threshold set in advance.
Step S62: and when complaint content in the complaint message and/or the blacklist keyword exists in the message content, and/or the complaint frequency of the complaint number reaches the frequency threshold, the complaint number is treated as the blacklist of the 5G message system, and the numbers in the blacklist of the 5G message system cannot send 5G messages to other numbers.
In this embodiment, the 5G message service management platform determines that complaint content in a complaint message and/or a blacklist keyword exists in the message content, and/or, if the complaint frequency of a complaint number reaches a frequency threshold, for example, the complaint number is represented as an illegal message sent by the complaint number, and handles the complaint number carried by the complaint message as a blacklist of a 5G message system, where the number in the blacklist of the 5G message system cannot send the 5G message to other numbers. For example, the frequency threshold may be 10 times, and the 5G message service management platform may treat the complaint number as a 5G message system blacklist if it is determined that the complaint frequency for the complaint number reaches 10 times.
And the 5G message service management platform returns a treatment result (the type of the complaint number is a 5G message system blacklist) obtained by treatment to the 5G message center system so that the 5G message center system forwards the 5G message based on the 5G message system blacklist. In an example, the 5G message center system determines that the calling number of the 5G message has been complained, intercepts the 5G message, and does not forward the 5G message, i.e., does not deliver the 5G message, if it determines that the calling number in the 5G message is in the blacklist of the 5G message system.
And under the condition that the calling number in the 5G message is determined not to be in the blacklist of the 5G message system, the 5G message center system does not intercept the 5G message, forwards the 5G message, and realizes the delivery of the 5G message.
In combination with the above embodiment, in an implementation manner, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a 5G message processing method. Specifically, in the method, the step S52 may specifically include a step S71 and a step S72:
Step S71: determining whether complaint content in the complaint message and/or the blacklist keyword exists in the message content, and/or whether the complaint frequency of the complaint number reaches the frequency threshold.

In this embodiment, when it is determined that the complaint content in the complaint message and/or the blacklist keyword does not exist in the message content, and the complaint frequency of the complaint number does not reach the frequency threshold, for example, it characterizes that the complaint number is sent as a harassment message for the complaint number, and the 5G message service management platform adds the complaint number carried by the complaint message into the blacklist of the 5G message called user corresponding to the complaint number, where the number in the blacklist of the 5G message called user corresponding to the complaint number cannot send the 5G message to the complaint number.
In this embodiment, the 5G message service management platform returns the obtained disposition result (including the blacklist of the 5G message called party corresponding to the user number) to the 5G message center system, so that the 5G message center system forwards the 5G message based on the blacklist of the 5G message called party corresponding to the user number. In an example, the 5G message center system determines that the calling number of the 5G message has been complained by the called number in the 5G message, in the case that it is determined that the calling number in the 5G message is in the 5G message called subscriber blacklist corresponding to the called number in the 5G message, intercepts the 5G message, and does not forward the 5G message to the 5G message terminal corresponding to the called number in the 5G message, that is, does not deliver the 5G message.
And under the condition that the calling number in the 5G message is not determined to be in the 5G message called user blacklist corresponding to the called number in the 5G message, the 5G message center system does not intercept the second message, forwards the 5G message to the 5G message terminal corresponding to the called number in the 5G message, and realizes the delivery of the 5G message.
And when a certain number exists in the blacklist of the 5G message called user corresponding to the plurality of user numbers and reaches a certain number, namely, the certain number is complained by the plurality of numbers and reaches a certain complaining amount (reaches a frequency threshold), the number can be subjected to blacklist upgrading and added into the blacklist of the 5G message system.
As shown in FIG. 5, FIG. 5 is a flow chart illustrating a 5G complaint message blacklist process according to one embodiment of the present invention. In fig. 5, the 5G message service management platform (i.e., service management platform) returns a 5G message blacklist set based on complaint messages to the 5G message center system (i.e., 5G MC), and the 5G message center system locally stores the 5G message blacklist and returns a response message to the 5G message service management platform. The 5G message terminal (UE, user terminal) sends point-to-point 5G message to the 5G message center system, the 5G message center system judges according to the locally stored 5G message blacklist based on the received 5G message, and returns response message to the 5G message terminal.
In one embodiment, for a 5G message service management platform:
(1) After receiving the point-to-point complaint information of the user, the 5G message service management platform adds the complaint number into a blacklist of the called user of the 5G message or a blacklist of the 5G message system according to a set rule (according to business management rules or industry rules such as network letter security) by manually/automatically judging the reason of the complaint.
(2) If the 5G message service management platform determines that the complaint number is an illegal message, the complaint number is added into a blacklist of the 5G message system, and the number is not allowed to send a point-to-point message to any user.
(3) If the 5G message service management platform determines that the number being complained is an illegal message or harassment message for a person, the 5G message called user blacklist is added, and the number is not allowed to send a point-to-point message to the complainer.
(4) And the 5G message service management platform is additionally provided with a message interface, and synchronizes the system blacklist and the called user blacklist to the 5G message center system in real time.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the invention provides a 5G message complaint method. Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart of a 5G message complaint method provided by an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the 5G message complaint method is applied to a 5G message terminal, and may include the steps of:
step S81: a complaint interface for the 5G message is displayed.
In this embodiment, the 5G message terminal has a complaint function for the 5G message, and can display a complaint interface for the 5G message.
Step S82: in response to a complaint operation of a user on the complaint interface for one or more 5G messages, a complaint number, and complaint content of the 5G message are determined.
In this embodiment, a user may perform complaint operations on a complaint interface for 5G messages, for example, perform complaint operations for one or more 5G messages on the interface, or directly perform complaint operations for a user number sending the 5G message, and in the complaint interface, the user may input a complaint reason description. The 5G message terminal may determine a complaint number, and a complaint content of the 5G message in response to a complaint operation of the user on the complaint interface for the 5G message.
Step S83: and packaging the complaint content according to the complaint number, the complaint number and the complaint message type identifier to generate a complaint message.
In this embodiment, the 5G message terminal may encapsulate the complaint content according to the complaint number, and the complaint message type identifier, to generate the complaint message.
Step S84: and sending the complaint message to a 5G message center system, so that the 5G message center system stores a 5G message blacklist in a database according to a treatment result returned by a 5G message service management platform, and performs final call delivery processing of the 5G message based on the 5G message blacklist.
In this embodiment, the 5G message terminal may send the generated complaint message to the 5G message center system, where the 5G message center system stores a 5G message blacklist in the database according to a disposition result returned by the 5G message service management platform, and performs a final call delivery process of the 5G message based on the 5G message blacklist, where the disposition result is determined by the 5G message service management platform based on the complaint message and a preset rule, and includes a type of a complaint number and a permission restriction list.
In particular, the 5G message center system may process the 5G message based at least on a home relationship between the 5G message blacklist and calling numbers in the received 5G message. For example, the 5G message center system may not forward the 5G message if it is determined that the calling number in the 5G message is in the saved 5G message blacklist; and forwarding the 5G message and sending the 5G message to a 5G message terminal corresponding to the called number under the condition that the calling number in the 5G message is determined not to be in the stored 5G message blacklist.
In this embodiment, a specific complaint interface is set in the 5G message terminal, which can complain about a 5G message, generate a complaint message, and send the complaint message to the 5G message center system, so that the 5G message center system can send the complaint message to the 5G message service management platform, and the 5G message service management platform can generate a treatment result (including a blacklist type and a permission limit list of a complaint number) for the received complaint message, and return the treatment result to the 5G message center system, so that the 5G message center system stores the blacklist of the 5G message in the database based on the received treatment result, and when it is determined that a normal 5G message is received, does not directly forward the 5G message any more, but processes the 5G message based on the blacklist of the 5G message, so as to limit forwarding of the 5G message, thereby realizing complaint and interception of the point-to-point 5G message, and improving the communication experience of the user for the 5G message.
In an embodiment, for a 5G messaging terminal:
(1) After complaining operation is carried out on the point-to-point message by the terminal user on the 5G message terminal, a point-to-point complaint message signaling is sent to the 5G message center system.
(2) The 5G message terminal supports complaining on the messages after selecting one or more messages in the point-to-point message dialog box, and in a message complaining function interface, a user can input a complaint reason description.
(3) Meanwhile, in the point-to-point message dialog, the support may select to complain about the user, and in the complaint function interface, the user may input a complaint cause description.
(4) When a user clicks and sends a complaint at a 5G message terminal, the 5G message terminal sends a complaint message to a 5G message center system, wherein the complaint message carries a special message type identifier, and the number, the complaint description and the original message content of the complaint (the premise is that the message is selected to be carried when the complaint is sent).
In another embodiment, a 5G complaint message processing method is presented. The 5G complaint message processing method can comprise the following steps:

In another embodiment, a method for processing a blacklist of 5G complaint messages is provided. The method for processing the 5G complaint message blacklist can comprise the following steps:
Step 1: the 5G message service management platform sets blacklist information and synchronizes to the 5G message center system;
Step 2: the 5G message center system locally stores the blacklist information and returns a response to the 5G message service management platform;
Step 3: the 5G message terminal sends a point-to-point 5G message to the 5G message center system;
step 4: the 5G message center system returns a response to the 5G message terminal;
Step 5: the 5G message center system judges whether the point-to-point message initiates a final call according to the blacklist information, if the calling number is in the blacklist of the 5G message system, after the initial call is initiated, the information delivery is not carried out on all the sending target users; if the calling number is in the called user blacklist of the called number, the final call is not initiated only to the complaint subject user.
In this embodiment, the 5G message terminal supports complaints about messages in a point-to-point message dialog box, the complaint messages carry necessary information, the 5G message center system analyzes the complaint messages and packages the complaint messages to deliver to the 5G message service management platform, finally a blacklist is formed according to the complaint category, if the calling number is in the blacklist of the 5G message system, after originating a calling, the message delivery is not performed for all sending target users; if the calling number is in the called user blacklist of the called number, the final call is not initiated only to the complaint subject user.
Thus, for the user of the current 5G message, complaints of Chatbot service functions can be performed at the 5G message terminal, and there are mainly two kinds of complaints: the user selects a complaint type for a single message, fills in a complaint reason, and then sends the message to a 5G message center system for complaint; the user selects a Chatbot to complain, the type of complaint can be selected, and after the reason of complaint is filled in, a message is sent to a 5G message center system to complain. For 5G message users: and part of called users complain about part of point-to-point violation messages according to the self conditions, and can not receive the 5G message of the blacklist user. For operators: the method is the same as the traditional telephone and the short message, and the problems of customer perception and spam improvement are faced. Through the design of the system, the system can provide complaint point-to-point service functions for 5G message terminals (such as mobile phone terminals), and can reduce complaint and pressure drop nonstandard information proportion.
Aiming at the technical pain point that part of point-to-point offence information needs to be complained and part of information sent by users is not allowed to be received, the embodiment establishes a point-to-point 5G information service complaint processing mechanism for 5G information terminal users based on international standards and enterprise standards, and firstly, a function that a user can select to complain one or more point-to-point information or complaint for calling numbers is newly defined for the 5G information terminal; secondly, newly defining a terminal point-to-point complaint message type for point-to-point complaint message interaction between the 5G message terminal and the 5G message center system, wherein the type can be suggested to be included in enterprise standard specifications, and can be submitted to GSMA organization in the later period to be included in 3GPP international standard specifications; and finally, adding a point-to-point complaint message processing and blacklist processing mechanism in the 5G message center system to forward the 5G message. In summary, the method of the embodiment provides that the 5G message protocol is supplemented to realize the normalized analysis of the point-to-point complaint message, the function of the 5G message center is improved and increased, and the target scene is completed in cooperation with the newly-added 5G message service management platform.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are shown as a series of acts, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments are not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments. Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the invention. The electronic device comprises a memory 1002, a processor 1001 and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executed implements the steps of the 5G message processing method according to any of the above embodiments of the present invention or the steps of the 5G message complaint method according to any of the above embodiments of the present invention.
