With the popularization of mobile phones, the number of calls or messages received by users from strange numbers is increasing; in the case of an incoming call with an unfamiliar number, because a user cannot judge the identity or information of the opposite party, it is often difficult to select whether to answer: on the one hand, the user is unwilling to miss own incoming calls and on the other hand, the user is unwilling to be invaded by advertising promotion calls, harassing calls and even fraudulent calls.
To solve this problem, the related art schemes are divided into two categories:
one is that after receiving an incoming call, the user terminal is matched with the contact number in the own address book on the terminal, if the incoming call is not matched with the contact number, the user terminal judges the contact number as an unfamiliar number, and the terminal inquires the information of the contact number in a networking way, if the information is marked as the categories of advertising promotion, harassing calls, suspected fraud and the like by other users, and prompts the user in real time after acquiring the information, and the user determines whether to answer the call.
The other type is that the number information base is pre-networked and downloaded on the terminal, stored locally and updated regularly. And after receiving the incoming call, if the number is judged to be an unfamiliar number, searching in a number information base, and if the number information is acquired, prompting a user.

Preferred embodiment two
Fig. 10 is another flowchart of number prompting when a user receives a call request according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 10, the process includes the following steps:
step S1002, a call server receives a new call request of a calling user;
step S1004, the number prompt server acquires the number of the opposite terminal requesting the call from the call server;
step S1006, the number prompting server inquires the network address book of the user, and judges whether the number requesting the call is a contact in the user address book: if the contact person is the contact person of the user, the process is ended; if the number is not the contact person of the user, the number is confirmed to be the strange number of the user, and the next step is carried out;
step S1008, the number prompt server inquires a number information server to obtain the link of the number related information;
step S1010, the number prompting server pushes the link of the number related information to the number prompting client;
step S1012, the number prompt client acquires the relevant information of the number from the number information server according to the link;
step S1014, the call server sends the call request to the call client;
step S1016, together with the received call request, the number prompting client prompts the number related information to the user; the user processes the call request according to the information.
The difference between the process of the second preferred embodiment and the process of the first preferred embodiment is that the number prompt client firstly sends the link of the number related information to the number prompt client, and then the number prompt client acquires the number related information from the number information server; therefore, the situation that the message for sending the information contains larger multimedia content can be avoided, and the number prompts the client to obtain the multimedia content information through other modes, such as a mode of a hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) and the like, according to the received link.
Preferred embodiment three
Fig. 11 is a flow chart of number prompt when a user receives a new message according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, the flow includes the following steps:
step S3002, the message server receives the new message sent to the user;
step S3004, the number prompting server obtains the number of the message sender (initiator) from the message server;
step S3006, the number prompt server queries the network address book of the user, and determines whether the number of the message is a contact in the user address book: if the contact person is the contact person of the user, the process is ended; if the number is not the contact person of the user, the number is confirmed to be the strange number of the user, and the next step is carried out;
step S3008, the number prompt server inquires the number information server to obtain the relevant information of the number;
step S3010, the number prompting server pushes the number related information to the number prompting client;
step S3012, the message server sends the message to the message client;
step S3014, the number prompting client prompts the number-related information to the user together with the received message request.
The messages in the above process may be Short Message Service (SMS), Multimedia Message Service (MMS), Instant Message (IM), and the like.
In step S3014, when receiving the message from the strange number, the terminal simultaneously presents the number related information of the number prompt client, so that the user can know the identity of the number owner and whether the number is a malicious message or not in real time.
The above process is only performed when the user receives the first message of a new number, and the above number prompt process is not performed for subsequent messages or when the user is already in a message conversation with the other party number.
Preferred embodiment four
Fig. 12 is another flowchart of number prompting when a user receives a new message according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S4002, the message server receives a new message sent to the user;
step S4004, the number prompting server obtains the number of the message sender from the message server;
step S4006, the number prompt server inquires the network address book of the user and judges whether the number of the sent message is a contact in the address book of the user; if the contact person is the contact person of the user, the process is ended; if the number is not the contact person of the user, the number is confirmed to be the strange number of the user, and the next step is carried out;
step S4008, the number prompt server inquires a number information server to obtain a link of the number related information;
step S4010, the number prompting server pushes the link of the number-related information to the number prompting client;
step S4012, the number prompt client obtains the relevant information of the number from the number information server according to the link;
step S4014, the message server sends the message to the message client;
step S4016, together with the received message request, the number prompting client prompts the user about the number related information.
In addition, in this embodiment, the number-related information may be uploaded by the client, which includes two ways.
Fig. 13 is a flowchart of user feedback of number-related information according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 13, the process includes the following steps:
step S5002, after the user calls or messages, the user submits number related information to a number prompting server through a number prompting client;
step S5004, the number prompting server forwards the number related information to the number information server;
in step S5006, the number information server stores the received number-related information.
The number information server will sort and count the received number related information, such as how many people mark a certain number as a malicious number; these collated information will be provided at a later time when a request for number information is received.
Fig. 14 is another flowchart of the user feeding back the number-related information according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S6002, after the user makes a call or gives a message, the user prompts the client to directly submit number related information to the number information server through the number;
in step S6004, the number information server stores the received number-related information.
Example 4
The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium. Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store program codes for performing the following steps:
s1, acquiring the number of the initiator of the communication request according to the communication request;
s2, inquiring the label information of the number of the initiator on the information server at the network side;
s3, the content related to the label information is sent to the receiving party.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor executes, according to the program code stored in the storage medium, to obtain, according to the communication request, an initiator number of the communication request;
optionally, in this embodiment, the processor executes, according to the program code stored in the storage medium, to query the information server on the network side for the tag information of the initiator number;
optionally, in this embodiment, the processor executes sending the content related to the tag information to the receiving party according to program code stored in the storage medium.
Optionally, the specific examples in this embodiment may refer to the examples described in the above embodiments and optional implementation manners, and this embodiment is not described herein again.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (12)

1. A number prompting method is applied to a server and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring an initiator number of a communication request according to the communication request;
judging whether the number of the initiator is an unfamiliar number which is not marked by the receiver;
when the judgment result is an unknown number which is not marked by the receiver, inquiring the label information of the number of the initiator on an information server at a network side;
under the condition that the label information is a link of number related information, pushing the link of the related information of the number of the initiator to a receiver, and indicating the receiver to acquire the related information of the number of the initiator from an information server of the network side according to the link;
and receiving and storing the relevant information of the number of the initiator sent by the receiver.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the judgment result is that the number is not an unfamiliar number, acquiring the label information of the number of the initiator.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the communication request comprises at least one of: a call request, a message request.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein when the communication request is for requesting transmission of a message, the message comprises one of: short messages, multimedia messages and instant messages; when the communication request is used for requesting to establish a call, the call comprises one of the following: voice calls based on the circuit switched domain CS, voice calls based on the packet switched domain PS, video calls based on the circuit switched domain CS, video calls based on the packet switched domain PS.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein determining whether the originator number is an unfamiliar number not marked by the recipient comprises:
and inquiring whether a contact matched with the number of the initiator does not exist on the network address book of the receiver, and if so, considering the number of the initiator as the strange number.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein before querying the tag information of the initiator number on an information server on the network side, the method further comprises:
and acquiring label information of one or more clients for marking the number of the initiator.
7. The method of any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the tag information further comprises at least one of: text, picture, music, video.
8. A prompting device of a number is applied to a server and is characterized by comprising:
the first receiving module is used for acquiring the number of an initiator of the communication request according to the communication request;
the inquiry module is used for inquiring the label information of the number of the initiator on an information server at a network side;
the sending module is used for pushing the link of the relevant information of the number of the initiator to a receiver under the condition that the label information is the link of the relevant information of the number, and indicating the receiver to obtain the relevant information of the number of the initiator from an information server at the network side according to the link;
the judging module is used for judging whether the number of the initiator is an unfamiliar number which is not marked by the receiver before the inquiring module inquires the label information of the number of the initiator on an information server at a network side;
the determining module is used for determining label information of the number of the initiator to be inquired on an information server at a network side when the judging result is the unfamiliar number which is not marked by the receiver;
and the second receiving module is used for receiving and storing the relevant information of the number of the initiator sent by the receiver.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the determining module is further configured to:
and when the judgment result is that the number is not an unfamiliar number, acquiring the label information of the number of the initiator.
10. A system for prompting a number, comprising: an initiator of a communication request, a receiver of the communication request,
the system further comprises: a number prompt server, wherein the number prompt server comprises:
the first receiving module is used for acquiring the number of an initiator of the communication request according to the communication request;
the inquiry module is used for inquiring the label information of the number of the initiator on an information server at a network side;
a sending module, configured to, when the tag information is a link of number-related information, push the link of the information related to the number of the initiator to a receiver, and instruct the receiver to obtain the information related to the number of the initiator from an information server on the network side according to the link;
the judging module is used for judging whether the number of the initiator is an unfamiliar number which is not marked by the receiver before the inquiring module inquires the label information of the number of the initiator on an information server at a network side;
the determining module is used for determining label information of the number of the initiator to be inquired on an information server at a network side when the judging result is the unfamiliar number which is not marked by the receiver;
the second receiving module is used for receiving and storing the relevant information of the number of the initiator sent by the receiver;
and the receiver is used for inquiring the content related to the label information on an information server at a network side and displaying the label information locally when the communication request is established.
11. The system of claim 10, wherein the determination module is further configured to:
and when the judgment result is that the number is not an unfamiliar number, acquiring the label information of the number of the initiator.
12. A system for prompting a number, comprising:
the number prompting server is used for inquiring whether the number of an initiator of the communication request is an unknown number which is not marked by a receiver or not in a network address book server according to the communication request, inquiring label information of the number of the initiator on a number information server when the judgment result is the unknown number which is not marked by the receiver, pushing a link of related information of the number of the initiator to a number prompting client under the condition that the label information is a link of related information of the number, and indicating the number prompting client to acquire the related information of the number of the initiator from the number information server according to the link;
the number information server is used for storing the label information and the related information of the number of the initiator;
the number prompting client is used for acquiring the related information of the number of the initiator from the number information server according to the link;
and the network address book server is used for storing the contact information of the receiver.
