Abstract
一种使用中经反复弯曲操作或对注射部位进行穿刺操作而不断裂的医疗用注射针。本发明的医疗用注射针的特征在于,通过将粘合剂注入管套1顶端的粘合剂注入部11而将针管2粘合固定于套管1中,且使针管2的根部21位于比管套1的顶端121低的部位。管套1的顶端部,也可以形成设有轴向环形凸缘12的形状,以包围粘合剂注入部11,这种情况下,针管2的根部21比环状凸缘12的顶端121低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及具有细径、薄壁针管的医疗用注射针,特别是适合在治疗牙之际进行局部麻醉时所用的牙科用注射针与胰岛素注射中所用的注射针。
背景技术
迄今在治疗牙之际将麻醉剂注入牙根时是用牙科用注射针进行,但由于口腔窄,许多情形下不能将针头按原来形状引导到注入部位,必要时需将针管从根部弯曲适当的角度使用。
但已发生过正在穿刺牙根之际针管从根部断裂的危险事故。此外,对于同一患者,有时需将一根注射针重复两次以上这样的弯曲作业,而这种情形下,在治疗前的弯曲作业阶段,针管有时会从根部断裂,而更换注射针是很麻烦的。
再有,胰岛素用注射针用的是径细、壁薄的针管,应用中(针穿刺或拔出时)可能会由操作问题(未能正确地穿刺等)而发生针管因弯曲而折断的问题。
本发明正是鉴于以上事实而开发的,目的在于提供使用中经反复弯曲操作或在对牙根的穿刺操作中不会使针管断裂的牙科用注射针。本发明的另一目的在于提供不会因使用问题而发生针管折断的胰岛素用注射针。
发明概述
本发明人等为了解决上述问题进行了深入的研究,结果弄清了下述事实:例如在图4所示现有牙科用注射针的情形,牙科医生对针管20的弯曲如图3所示,是在输送麻醉剂用的注射器主体S上安装牙科用注射针N后用拇指F按压下进行,而这时的弯曲位置几乎无例外的是针管20接触到粘合剂层105表面上的位置,也就是针管的根部201,而针管的断裂则全都是在根部201处发生。再如图5所示现有的胰岛素用注射针的情形,已判明针管多数是从粘合剂部分折断的。根据上述事实推想到,不对针管根部直接施加力即可实现本发明。即,本发明的医疗用注射针的特征在于将粘合剂注入到管套顶端的粘合剂注入部中以将针管粘合固定于此管套中,而且使针管的根部处于比管套的顶端低的位置处。这时,最好是使针管的根部位于比管套的顶端低1mm以上处。在此,为在管套的顶端设置有包围粘合剂注入部的轴向的环状凸缘,也可使针管的根部低于环状凸缘的顶端,这种情况下,最好是环状凸缘距针管根部的高度在1mm以上。

实施本发明的最佳形式
下面,依据附图说明本发明的实施例。

如图1与图2所示,本发明的医疗用注射针是把粘合剂注入管套1、3顶端的粘合剂注入部11、31,将针管2粘合固定在套管1、3中,其特征在于针管2的根部21处于比管套1、3加顶端121、131低的位置处。管套1、3的顶端部也可形成设有轴向环状凸缘12、32的形状,以包围粘合剂注入部11、31,这时,针管2的根部21位于比环形凸缘12、32的顶端121、321低的部位。
图1所示的是牙科用注射针的例子。管套1通常是由聚乙烯或聚丙烯等透明热塑性塑料形成,在其底端有用于安装到注射器(未图示)接口中的安装部13,而在其前端则有用于注入粘合剂的粘合剂注入部11。然后,在安装部13的底端设有作为结合装置的例如两道螺纹131,沿管套1的轴线设有贯通此管套1的针管插装孔14。在该针管插装孔14中插装着针管2,针管2由注入粘合剂注入部11中的粘合剂粘合固定于管套1中。粘合剂层15的表面与针管2的接点即针管2的根部21,位于比管套1的顶端121低的部位,因此用手指等弯曲针管2时,在力点(手指按压部分)与支点(针管2的根部21)之间形成有间隔,针管2挠曲便能缓和施加到针管2的根部21上的力。结果,使得针管2不易折断。管套1的顶端如图1所示,也可以形成设有轴向环状凸缘12的形状,以包围粘合剂注入部11,这种情况下,管套1的顶端121可看作环形凸缘12的顶端,环形凸缘12距针管2的根部21的最佳高度可以到1mm以上。
实验例1~3
将本发明的牙科用注射针(实施例1)、现有的牙科用注射针(比较例1)、用切刀从实施例1除去了环形凸缘的牙科用注射针(比较例2),分别准备了30G×21mm规格的各10根,进行了针管的反复弯曲强度试验,得到了表1所示的结果。此外,实施例中的环形凸缘距针管根部的高度为1.50±0.41mm。
试验时,将注射针固定于输送麻醉剂用的注射器上,把以姆指将针管弯向一侧再还原的动作反复进行到针管断裂(参看图3)。针管的弯曲角度为25°、45°、60°与90°,表中的数字是针管到断裂时反复弯折的次数。

从表1可知,本发明显著地提高了针管弯曲时的断裂强度。在比较例2中,断裂强度虽有一定的改进,但还可能是由于比较例2的粘合剂表面平坦或稍凹下,使力点与支点间形成了少许间隔所致。
图2所示的是胰岛素用注射针的例子。管套3与牙科用注射针的情形相同,一般由聚乙烯或聚丙烯等热塑性塑料形成,通常多加以着色。管套3和底端设有用于安装到注射器(未图示)的接口中的安装部33,其顶端则设有用于注入粘合剂的粘合剂注入部31。而且,在安装部33的顶端侧设有用作结合装置的内螺纹331,套管3的轴上设有贯通此管套31的针管插装孔34。此针管插装孔34中插装针管2,针管2由注入粘合剂注入部31中的粘合剂粘合固定于管套3中。粘合剂层35的表面与针管2的接点即针管2的根部21,比管套3的顶端321的位置低,因而当针管2弯曲时,力点与支点(针管2的根部21)之间形成间隔,从而针管2弯曲而可缓和施加到其根部21的力。结果,针管2便不易折断。管套3的顶端部如图2所示,也可以形成设有轴向环形凸缘32的形状,以包围粘合剂注入剂31,这种场合,管套3的顶端321可看作环形凸缘32的顶端,环形凸缘32距针管2的根部的最佳高度可到1mm以上。
试验例4~5
将本发明的胰岛素用注射针(实施例2),现有胰岛素用注射针(比较例3),分别准备了30G×12mm规格的各10只,进行了与牙科用注射针相同的针管反复弯曲强度试验(参见图3),得到了表2所示的结果。此外,实施例2中的环形凸缘距针管根部的高度为1.49±0.23mm。
从表2可知,实施例2的针管弯曲时的断裂强度有了显著的改进。

工业上利用的可能性
从以上所述可知,本发明的医疗用注射针由于针管的根部位于比管套顶端低的部位,在以手指按压时在力点和支点间形成间隔从而能使针管弯曲,从而能从本质上防止因使用中的反复弯曲操作或对注射部位进行穿刺操作导致针管的断裂。
Claims (5)
1.一种医疗用注射针,其包括一针管和一管套,该管套具有设置于其顶端的用于固定所述针管的粘合剂注入部,其特征在于,所述针管是径细、壁薄且易弯曲的,该针管通过将粘合剂注入所述管套的粘合剂注入部中而被固定到管套上,该针管的根部位于比管套的顶端低至少1mm的距离处。
2.如权利要求1所述的医疗用注射针,其特征在于,在管套的顶端设置有环状凸缘,以包围所述粘合剂注入部,且使针管根部位于比环状凸缘顶端低至少1mm的距离处。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的医疗用注射针,其特征在于,所述针管穿过所述管套,并且从所述管套的底端突出。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的医疗用注射针,其特征在于,所述针是牙科用注射针。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的医疗用注射针,其特征在于,所述针是胰岛素用注射针。
