When the vertical lifter 302 drives the trimmer 2 to ascend, the piston 5 is synchronously driven to move inwards in the inner cylinder 4 through the transmission mechanism 602, and during the process of moving inwards the piston 5, flushing fluid is extruded into the liquid storage cavity 702 in the outer cylinder 701 through the three-way pipe 704 on one hand, and the dust collector 8 is driven to retract into the inner cylinder 4 on the other hand; when the piston 5 gradually moves to the inner end of the inner cylinder 4, the rotating mechanism drives the outer cylinder 701 to rotate, so that the first through hole 708 on the outer cylinder 701 is aligned with the second through hole 709 on the inner cylinder 4, the liquid storage cavity 702 is communicated with the inner cavity of the inner cylinder 4, and liquid in the liquid storage cavity 702 is sprayed into the inner cylinder 4, so that the dust collector 8 is washed, dust intercepted by the surface of the dust collector 8 is washed away, and the dust collector 8 can work normally in the next use.

The dust collection system comprises an inner cylinder body (4), a flushing module (7), a piston (5) and a push-pull module (6), wherein the flushing module (7) is arranged on the inner cylinder body (4), the piston (5) is arranged in the inner cylinder body (4), a dust collector (8) is fixed on the outer side end surface of the piston (5), the flushing module (7) is used for flushing the dust collector (8) in the inner cylinder body (4), and the push-pull module (6) is connected with the piston (5);
the dust collector (8) comprises an unfolding frame (801) and a filter screen sleeve (802), the unfolding frame (801) is fixedly connected to the piston (5), the filter screen sleeve (802) is sleeved on the unfolding frame (801), the filter screen sleeve (802) is fixedly connected with the unfolding frame (801), and a sealing treatment is carried out on a screen opening on one side, close to the piston (5), of the filter screen sleeve (802);
The unfolding frame (801) comprises a transverse shaft (801 a), two fixing rods (801 b) and a movable rod (801 c), wherein the transverse shaft (801 a) is horizontally arranged, the transverse shaft (801 a) is fixedly connected to a piston (5), two fixing rods (801 b) are fixedly connected to two ends of the transverse shaft (801 a), the movable rod (801 c) is arranged below the transverse shaft (801 a) between the fixing rods (801 b), and one end of the movable rod (801 c) close to the piston (5) is rotatably connected to the transverse shaft (801 a).

The precision surface grinding machine according to claim 1, wherein the moving module (3) comprises a horizontal moving module (301), a vertical lifter (302) and a mounting seat (303), the horizontal moving module (301) is fixedly connected to a grinding carriage, the vertical lifter (302) is fixed to the horizontal moving module (301), the mounting seat (303) is fixed to the vertical lifter (302), and the trimmer (2) is fixed to the mounting seat (303).

The precision surface grinding machine according to claim 1, wherein the flushing module (7) comprises an outer cylinder (701), a rotating mechanism, a liquid storage cavity (702), an elastic skin (705), a sealing cover (703), a three-way pipe (704) and a liquid storage device (7010), the outer cylinder (701) is coaxially and rotatably arranged on the inner cylinder (4), the outer cylinder (701) is in transmission connection with the rotating mechanism, the rotating mechanism is used for driving the outer cylinder (701) to rotate, an annular liquid storage cavity (702) is coaxially arranged in the outer cylinder (701), the front end of the inner cylinder (4) is provided with a sealing cover (703), the sealing cover (703) is fixedly connected with the outer cylinder (701), the sealing cover (703) is provided with a three-way pipe (704), one port of the three-way pipe (704) is communicated with an inner cavity of the inner cylinder (4), the other two ports of the three-way pipe (704) are respectively communicated with the liquid storage cavity (702) and the liquid storage device (7010), and a one-way valve (706) is fixedly arranged at each port;
A plurality of first through holes (708) are formed in the inner wall of the liquid storage cavity (702) towards one side of the inner cylinder body (4) in a penetrating mode, a plurality of second through holes (709) are formed in the inner cylinder body (4) in a penetrating mode, and the first through holes (708) and the second through holes (709) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode.
