The application layer mainly comprises common applications on the television, and an application framework (Application Framework), wherein the common applications are mainly applications developed based on Browser, such as: HTML5 APPs; a native application (NATIVE APPS);
The application framework (Application Framework) is a complete program model with all the basic functions required by standard application software, such as: file access, data exchange, etc., and the interface for the use of these functions (toolbar, status column, menu, dialog box).
The native application (NATIVEAPPS) may support online or offline, message pushing, or local resource access.
The middleware layer includes middleware such as various television protocols, multimedia protocols, and system components. The middleware can use basic services (functions) provided by the system software to connect various parts of the application system or different applications on the network, so that the purposes of resource sharing and function sharing can be achieved.
The hardware layer mainly comprises a HAL interface, hardware and a driver, wherein the HAL interface is a unified interface for all the television chips to be docked, and specific logic is realized by each chip. The driving mainly comprises: audio drive, display drive, bluetooth drive, camera drive, WIFI drive, USB drive, HDMI drive, sensor drive (e.g., fingerprint sensor, temperature sensor, pressure sensor, etc.), and power supply drive, etc.
In some embodiments, the external device interface 240 may also include an audio input interface, which may be coupled with an audio acquisition device, such as an external microphone, or other acquisition device that may collect audio data.
In some embodiments, based on the Internet application technology, the display device 200 may further have an open operating system and a chip, and have an open application platform, so as to implement a bidirectional man-machine interaction function. Taking the display device 200 as an example of intelligent electricity, the display device 200 can be a television product integrating multiple functions of video, entertainment, data and the like, and is used for meeting the needs of diversification and individuation of users.
When the display device 200 is in the activated state, the display 260 displays a user interface, which is a media interface for interaction and information exchange between an application program or an operating system and a user, which enables conversion between an internal form of information and a form acceptable to the user. A commonly used presentation form of a user interface is a graphical user interface (Graphic User Interface, GUI), which refers to a graphically displayed user interface that is related to computer operations. It may be an interface element such as an icon, a window, a control, etc. displayed in a display screen of the display device, where the control may include a visual interface element such as an icon, a button, a menu, a tab, a text box, a dialog box, a status bar, a navigation bar, a Widget, etc.
The user can operate the application program corresponding to the user interface through an external control device such as a mouse, a remote control device and the like. For the display 260 with the touch function, the application program can be run by clicking the corresponding area of the user interface through the touch pen, for example, the user clicks the video playing function of the user interface and selects the corresponding movie to play, so that the purpose of watching the movie by using the display device 200 is achieved.
In some embodiments, the display device 200 may also be provided with voice interaction functionality, and the user may send voice instructions to the display device 200. The display device 200 may perform voice recognition on the voice command, so that the corresponding action response is performed according to the text command obtained by the voice command recognition, and the display device 200 may determine the text command corresponding to the input voice command by comparing whether waveforms are identical.
To facilitate the user's use of the voice interaction function of the display device 200, the display device 200 may integrate a voice application, which is an application program implementing the voice interaction function through voice recognition and natural language processing techniques, on the display device 200 through a software development kit (Software Development Kit, SDK). The user may control the display apparatus 200 to perform corresponding functional operations, such as searching for a program, playing music, querying information, etc., by transmitting a voice command to the voice application.
In the above process, the voice application may perform voice-related functions such as voice recognition, voice synthesis, natural language processing, voice emotion analysis, voice search, and the like on the voice command input by the user. For example, the user may input a voice command of "play music" to the display apparatus 200, and after receiving the voice command, the audio input interface of the display apparatus 200 performs voice recognition on the "play music" through the voice application, thereby converting the voice command "play music" into a text command "play music", and starts the audio player according to the converted text command, so as to play music assets specified in the voice command.
In some embodiments, the display apparatus 200 may set an application language of the voice application, but the requirements of the respective countries and regions for the display apparatus 200 and the application scenario are different, so that in some countries or regions, the voice application only supports a local language of the country or region in which the display apparatus 200 is located, and in a scenario in which the country or region communication language cannot be spoken, the voice application cannot accurately recognize a voice instruction input by a foreign user, resulting in that the foreign user cannot use the voice interaction function of the display apparatus 200.
To this end, the display device 200 may integrate a variety of different voice applications and display functional information of the voice applications on the user interface. The voice applications can be respectively suitable for different regional languages and have different functions and performances so as to adapt to the use habits of users in different regions. The voice applications are provided with version information, and the voice applications of different versions have different voice functions, so that the display device 200 can manage a plurality of voice applications through the same version information in order to facilitate management of the different voice applications.
Before the voice application is executed, the voice application needs to request the voice data corresponding to the voice function from the server 400 through the version information, for example, when the user inputs a voice command for inquiring weather to the display device 200, the voice application can inquire weather information corresponding to the region and corresponding time according to the voice command, and convert the weather information into an audio format through Text-to-Speech (TTS) technology, so that the voice data is played through the audio output interface of the display device 200, so that the user can acquire the weather information conveniently.
In some embodiments, the display device 200 may also update the voice application over the internet to provide the voice application with the added voice functionality. The display device 200 may request update data of the newly added voice function from the server 400 through the version information and perform parameter configuration on the voice application through the update data, thereby enabling the voice application to have the capability of running the newly added voice function.
When a voice application or a plurality of voice applications add a new voice function, the display apparatus 200 needs to update version information through the server 400, but since the same version information manages a plurality of voice applications, the voice applications may include updated voice applications and non-updated voice applications. After the version information is updated, in order to be compatible with the newly added voice function, the display device 200 needs to configure data running, data request and data updating of all voice applications managed by the version information, and when a single voice application performs data updating, the voice applications which are not updated need to be updated together, so that the voice applications which are not updated cannot run normally, and the running efficiency of the voice applications is reduced.
In order to solve the problem that the same version information controls the voice functions of a plurality of voice applications, which results in a large difficulty in controlling the voice functions of the display device, some embodiments of the present application provide a display device 200, where the display device 200 may include a display 260, a memory, a communicator 220 and a controller 250, where the display 260 is used to display a user interface, and the user interface may include first function information of the voice applications, where the first function information is function information of the voice applications when not updated, so that a user uses the voice functions of the voice applications under the version information according to the first function information.
The memory can store a plurality of voice applications suitable for different languages so as to meet the voice interaction demands of users in different areas. The voice application is provided with version information, wherein the version information manages only one voice application control data request and data update. When voice data or update data of a voice application is requested according to version information, a communication connection may be established with the server 400 through the communicator 220 to acquire the voice data or update data from the server 400.
In some embodiments, the controller 250 is configured to execute a method for configuring a function update of a voice application, so as to reduce the influence on other voice applications when one of the voice applications is updated, and improve the voice interaction efficiency of a plurality of voice assistants running simultaneously. Fig. 5 is a flowchart of updating a target voice application by a display device according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 5, the method includes:
S100: and responding to the function updating instruction, and acquiring the version information and the target function information of the target voice application.
The voice application may include a variety of updating means, such as automatic updating or manual updating. Before the update of the voice application, the controller 250 may acquire an update manner of the voice application, and when the update manner of the voice application is automatic update, the controller 250 may monitor an update task of the voice application in real time, and if the update task is detected, the controller 250 may generate a function update instruction based on the update task. When the update mode of the voice application is manual update, the user can detect updatable task options through the controller 250, each task option can correspond to an update task of a different version, and the user can generate a corresponding function update instruction according to a required version so as to update the voice application to the designated version and run the voice function of the corresponding version.
Since a plurality of voice applications are integrated in the display device 200, for convenience of description, the present embodiment defines the voice application to be updated indicated in the function update instruction as a target voice application. The controller 250 may obtain, in response to the function update instruction, current version information and target function information of the target voice application, where the target function information is first function information of the target voice application, for example, a voice function supportable by the target voice application is voice query and voice recognition, and the first function information is the function information of the voice query and the voice recognition.
S200: and requesting updating data from the server according to the version information and the target function information.
In the process of updating the voice application, the controller 250 may control the communicator 220 to establish a communication connection with the server 400, and request update data to the server 400 according to the version information and the target function information, where the update data includes second function information, and the second function information is updated function information of the target voice application. For example, as shown in fig. 6, in the update, the target function information is newly added with the interactive function of the speech translation, and then the second function information includes the function information of the speech query, the speech recognition and the newly added speech translation.
It should be noted that the voice application may be iteratively updated according to the version parameter, and the second function information may also be changed according to the update of the version parameter. When new version information appears, the voice application may update the current version information to the new version information, and the second function information may include function information of all voice interaction functions supported by the new version information.
The voice application has the capability of running the voice function corresponding to the first function information before updating, so that the target voice application has already loaded the voice data for running the voice function corresponding to the first function information, and in order to improve the updating efficiency of the target voice application, the controller 250 may only acquire patch data of the newly added voice function from the server 400, without acquiring the loaded voice data from the server 400, thereby improving the updating efficiency. For example, only the patch data of the voice translation function is obtained, and the second function information is obtained by summarizing the newly added voice function information and the first function information of the target voice application.
S300: and acquiring device configuration information.
The voice interaction function newly added to the target voice application requires the display apparatus 200 to be operated through a hardware module or software, for example, the voice translation function newly added to the target voice application requires the display apparatus 200 to perform the voice translation function through a voice translation model. If the speech translation model is not stored in the display device 200, the display device 200 does not have the capability of supporting speech translation, and cannot operate the updated speech interaction function.
It can be seen that after acquiring the update data, the controller 250 also needs to acquire device configuration information of the display device 200 to detect the function configuration supported by the display device 200. Wherein the device configuration information is used to characterize the voice functions that the display device can perform in the current state. If the device configuration information does not include the second function information, indicating that the display device 200 does not support the updated newly added voice interaction function, the controller 250 generates a prompt message of failure in updating.
S400: if the device configuration information includes the second function information, updating the target voice application according to the updating data, and replacing the first function information of the target voice application with the second function information in the user interface.
When the device configuration information includes the second function information, the display device 200 supports the voice interaction function after the update of the target voice application, and the controller 250 may update the target voice application according to the update data. After the updating is completed, the controller 250 may replace the first function information of the target voice application in the user interface with the second function information, so that the user can timely obtain the updated voice function information of the target voice application, thereby using the newly added voice interaction function. After completing the replacement of the function information, the controller 250 may also modify the configuration parameter of the version information according to the update task, for example, the version information is 2.0.1, and after completing the update of the target voice application, the version information is modified to 2.0.2 according to the updated version.
In some embodiments, the updated data may include a plurality of newly added voice interaction functions, and the second function information may include function information of the newly added voice interaction functions. For example, the second function information may include first and second additional function information, as shown in fig. 7, and the controller 250 detects the first and second additional function information in the device configuration information, respectively, and if the device configuration information includes the first and second additional function information, the display device 200 is illustrated to support the first and second additional functions. If the device configuration information includes only the first additional function information or only the second additional function information, it is indicated that the display device 200 supports only the first additional function or only the second additional function, and the controller 250 updates the additional function information included in the device configuration information to the target voice application according to the update data only. If the device configuration information does not include the first additional function information and the second additional function information, it indicates that the display device 200 does not support the first additional function and the second additional function, and the update of the target voice application fails.
In some embodiments, the multiple voice applications integrated by the display device 200 may also be respectively applicable to different languages, so that when a user outside the current area of the display device 200 uses the display device 200, the user may customize to select the corresponding voice application. However, the update frequencies of the different voice applications are different, and when the update frequencies of the plurality of voice applications are low, the controller 250 may manage the plurality of voice applications with low update frequencies through one version information to improve the operation efficiency of the voice applications.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart of a display device classifying a voice application according to an update frequency in an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 8, the controller 250 may detect an update frequency of a voice application to perform classification of the voice application according to the update frequency, for example, the display device 200 is integrated with a voice application a, a voice application B, and a voice application C, wherein the update frequency of the voice application a is greater than the update frequency of the voice application B and the update frequency of the voice application C, and the update frequency of the voice application a is greater than a first update frequency threshold value, and the update frequency of the voice application B is close to the update frequency of the voice application C and is lower than a second update frequency threshold value, wherein the first update frequency threshold value and the second update frequency threshold value may be threshold parameters set by a user, and the first update frequency threshold value is greater than the second update frequency threshold value, for example, the first update frequency threshold value is updated once a day, and the second update frequency threshold value is updated once a week or once a month.
If the three voice applications are managed by the same version information, frequent updating of the voice application A can influence the operation of the voice application B and the voice application C, and the operation efficiency of the voice application is reduced. For this, the controller 250 may set the first version information for the voice application a and the second version information for both the voice application B and the voice application C, where frequent updating of the voice application a does not affect the voice application B and the voice application C.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, only the voice application a, the voice application B, and the voice application C are described as examples, and the number of voice applications that can be integrated by the display apparatus 200 may be greater than three in the above examples. If a plurality of voice applications with an update frequency greater than the first update frequency threshold are included in the voice applications integrated with the display apparatus 200, the controller 250 may set version information for the voice applications, respectively, to reduce the operation influence on the non-updated voice applications when the voice applications are updated. If a plurality of voice applications having an update frequency less than the first update frequency are included in the voice applications integrated with the display apparatus 200, the controller 250 may set the same version information for the voice applications so as to synchronously control the operation of the voice applications having a low update frequency.
After the update of the target voice application is completed, the controller 250 requests application data of the target voice application, which is the voice data required when the target voice application is running, before the target voice application is running. The application data may be stored in a memory of the display device 200 from which the controller 250 may retrieve the application data for use by the target voice application runtime prior to launching the target voice application.
In some embodiments, the controller 250 may also request application data through the server 400 under specific conditions, so as to save storage space of the display device 200, where the specific conditions may be that the display device 200 is turned on or the display device 200 is in a network connection state, so as to complete the request of application data when the controller 250 does not run the target voice application.
Taking the example of requesting application data when the display device 200 is powered on as shown in fig. 9, the controller 250 may monitor the power-on event of the display device 200. When the display device 200 is powered on, the controller 250 may transmit a data request to the server 400 according to the second function information in response to the power-on event. After receiving the data request, the server 400 may search the cloud database for corresponding application data according to the data request, and send the application data to the display device 200. After acquiring the application data from the server 400, the controller 250 may control the voice output interface to play the application data in response to a voice control instruction for starting the target voice application, which is input.
The display apparatus 200 needs to operate the second function information corresponding function within the configuration area outside of which the server 400 cannot request the application data. In some embodiments, the server 400 may request application data according to the configuration area information, and in order to determine a configuration area where the function corresponding to the second function information can be performed, as shown in fig. 10, the controller 250 may transmit the second function information to the server 400, and the server 400 may obtain an area configuration list according to the second function information, and return the area configuration list to the display device 200, where the area configuration list includes configuration area information, so as to obtain the configuration area where the display device 200 can perform the function corresponding to the second function information.
After obtaining the configuration region configuration list, the controller 250 may obtain device location information that characterizes a current location of the display device 200, e.g., if the user uses the display device 200 in region a, the device location information is region a. The controller 250 may transmit the device location information to the server 400 to search the region configuration list for the device location information through the server 400. If the area configuration list includes the device location information of the area a, which indicates that the area a is a configuration area of the second function information, the display device 200 may execute the function corresponding to the second function information in the area a, and the server 400 may search for the application data according to the area a and send the application data to the display device 200.
In some embodiments, the display device 200 may also be disposed on a movable carrier, for example, the display device 200 may be disposed on a vehicle, where the display device 200 is an in-vehicle display device, device location information of the display device 200 may be changed according to a moving position of the vehicle, and after the display device 200 moves out of the configuration area, the controller 250 may send the device location information to the server 400 again to retrieve application data. For example, as shown in fig. 11, when the area a is a configuration area and the display device 200 moves from the area a to the area B, the controller 250 may send information corresponding to the area B to the server 400, the server 400 searches the area B in the area configuration list, if the device location information of the area B is not queried, the area B is not a configuration area, the server 400 cannot request to the application data according to the request of the area B, and the controller 250 may generate function update information to prompt the user to display the voice interaction function that is operable in the current area and the voice interaction function that is not operable in the current area of the device 200.
The display device 200 may set language data in the configuration area, so that the server 400 may obtain local language data according to the device location information during searching the application data, where the local language data is the language data of the corresponding configuration area of the device location information, so that the controller 250 controls the display 260 to display the application data in a language format corresponding to the local language data on the user interface.
The server 400 may further obtain functional text data according to the second functional information, where the functional text data is text data that needs to be displayed on the user interface for a function corresponding to the second functional information, for example, the second functional information is a video translation function, and the server 400 may obtain a video to be translated according to the voice translation function, so that the controller 250 translates the video to be translated into local language data. The server 400 may perform language conversion on the functional text data through the local language data, thereby converting the functional text data into a language format of the local language to generate application data.
In some embodiments, the controller 250 needs to detect the network environment before requesting update data from the server 400 to reduce request failures due to network connection failures or network delays. The controller 250 may acquire device environment parameters, which may include network parameters of the display device 200 in the current network environment, which may include network signal parameters and version information parameters.
The controller 250 may use a network test tool to obtain network signal parameters, for example, obtain network traffic through a speed measuring tool, and track nodes in the network to detect congestion bands of the network, or the speed measuring tool tests parameters such as network speed, ping value, etc. to evaluate the performance of the network environment, thereby obtaining network signal parameters. As shown in fig. 12, the controller 250 may determine the quality of the network environment according to the signal parameter threshold, and if the network signal parameter is greater than or equal to the signal parameter threshold, it is indicated that the controller 250 can successfully request the update data from the server 400 in the current network environment. If the network signal parameter is less than the signal parameter threshold, which indicates that the controller 250 cannot request the update data from the server 400 in the current network environment, the controller 250 may create a suspension task according to the update data, where the suspension task is used to characterize a task item that requests the update data and is to be executed.
In some embodiments, since the network signal parameters may vary according to network quality, the network signal parameters may be continuously detected after the controller 250 creates the suspended task, and when the network signal parameters are greater than or equal to the signal parameter threshold, the controller 250 may request update data according to the suspended task.
Before the controller 250 requests the update data from the server 400, parameters required for requesting the update data, such as a user ID, an IP address, etc., need to be acquired to verify the user identity of the display device 200 to the server 400. In some embodiments, the parameter information of the update data may be recorded using an access token, where the access token is used to request the update data from the server 400 through the version information parameter, for example, after the display device 200 is connected to the server 400 for the first time and requests voice data or update data, the third party communication module may generate the access token according to the identity information of the display device 200, and when the display device 200 requests the data from the server 400 again, the data may be requested from the server 400 using only the access token without using information such as an account number, a user ID, or an account number password, thereby simplifying the request procedure of the data.
After the display device 200 is turned on, an access token may be requested from the third party communication module, but when the access token is not acquired, the data request sent by the controller 250 to the server 400 is an invalid request, which causes a failure of the data request. To this end, the controller 250 may acquire the access token through a state management function. If the state management function acquires the access token, the token acquisition information may be transmitted to the display device 200, and the controller 250 may call the access token according to the token acquisition information and request update data from the server 400 according to the version information and the target function information through the access token. If the state management function does not obtain the access token, the controller 250 may create a suspend task according to the update data to reduce the invalidation request and save the running memory of the display device 200.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12, after the creation of the suspended task, the controller 250 may acquire the access token through the state management function again at intervals of a preset time period, for example, acquire the access token through the state management function every 5 minutes, and if the access token is not acquired, the suspended task may be generated again, and the suspended task may be ordered according to the creation time. Until the controller 250 obtains the access token through the state management function after the interval duration, the controller 250 obtains an initial suspension task according to the creation time, and requests update data from the server 400 according to the initial suspension task. The initial suspended task is the suspended task with the earliest creation time among the plurality of suspended tasks, and the controller 250 may acquire the creation time of each suspended task in the task list, thereby determining the initial suspended task, deleting other suspended tasks that request the same data as the initial suspended task, and reducing the number of data requests.
In some embodiments, in order to be compatible with the request flow of requesting application data when a plurality of voice applications are set with the same version information, the controller 250 may use different data requesting manners according to the number of voice applications managed by the version information. When the plurality of voice applications set the same version information, the controller 250 may generate a request task according to the target function information of the target voice application to request application data according to the voice interaction function of the target voice application when running, thereby reducing the influence on other voice applications under the version information.
When a plurality of voice applications are set with different version information, the controller 250 may generate a request task according to the version information of the target voice application, thereby directly requesting application data according to the version information.
Some embodiments of the present application further provide a server, where the server includes a communication module and a processing module, where the communication module is configured to establish a communication connection with the display device 200, and the processing module is configured to obtain an update request sent by the display device 200, where the update request is a request sent to the server according to the version information and the target function information after the display device 200 responds to the version information and the target function information obtained by the function update instruction.
