s 2: opening the first ferrule connecting seat 2, horizontally placing the first ferrule 61 into the first base 21, and locking by the first cover plate 22;
s 3: opening the second ferrule connecting seat 3, horizontally placing the second ferrule 63 into the second base 31, and locking by the second cover plate 32;
S 4: starting the first side pushing assembly 4 to work, driving the first side plate 41 to move towards the end face of the first inserting core 61 through the air cylinder 43, and pushing the first inserting core 61 to be pressed into one end of the metal piece 62;
Meanwhile, the first side pushing assembly 4 drives the second side pushing assembly 5 to move in opposite directions, so that the second side plate 51 is driven to move towards the end face of the second inserting core 63, and the second inserting core 63 is pushed to be pressed into the other end of the metal piece 62;
S 5: when the first ferrule 61 and the second ferrule 63 are pressed into the set depth of the metal part 62, the first ferrule connecting seat 2 and the second ferrule connecting seat 3 are opened, and the dual-ferrule quick connector 6 is taken out.
Therefore, two ceramic lock pins are connected in a pressing mode through linkage, in addition, the length of equipment travel can be adjusted through the adjustment, lock pins with different lengths can be connected in a pressing mode, product operation of different styles can be conveniently adapted, working efficiency is improved, and consistency of product quality is guaranteed.

The first side pushing assembly (4) is connected to the outer side of the metal piece base (1) close to the first inserting core connecting seat (2) in a sliding mode, and the first side pushing assembly (4) is suitable for automatically pushing the outer end face of the first inserting core (61) to press the first inserting core (61) into one end of the metal piece (62);
The second side pushing component (5) is in sliding connection with the metal piece base (1) and is close to the outer side of the second inserting core connecting seat (3), the second side pushing component (5) is in meshed connection with the first side pushing component (4), and the second side pushing component (5) is suitable for being automatically pushed onto the outer end face of the second inserting core (63) under the driving of the first side pushing component (4), so that the second inserting core (63) is pressed into the other end of the metal piece (62).
