During operation of the air conditioning compressor at the set frequency limit value, frequency down-conversion may occur. When the air conditioner compressor is down-converted, the refrigerating effect of the air conditioner is affected. In order to ensure the refrigerating effect of the air conditioner, the set frequency limiting value can be adjusted upwards to obtain the adjusted set frequency limiting value. Since the frequency limit value is up-regulated, the operating frequency of the air conditioner compressor may be higher than that when operating at the set frequency limit value.
Step S22: and judging whether the running frequency of the air conditioner compressor is smaller than a preset frequency threshold value.
Although the set frequency limit value of the air conditioner compressor has been up-regulated, the operating frequency of the air conditioner compressor may still be lower than that of the normally operating air conditioner compressor. Therefore, it is necessary to determine again whether the air conditioner compressor is down-converted.
If yes, go to step S23; if not, go to step S24;
step S23: and executing the step of selectively adjusting the set frequency limit value of the air conditioner compressor upwards according to the comparison result of the temperature difference and the preset temperature difference threshold value and/or the comparison result of the temperature difference change rate and the preset change rate threshold value (the step S102) again so as to reacquire the adjusted set frequency limit value and transfer to the step S22.
Because the operating frequency of the air conditioner compressor is smaller than the preset frequency threshold value, the air conditioner compressor still reduces the frequency, and therefore the set frequency limit value of the air conditioner compressor needs to be adjusted upwards again, and the operating frequency of the air conditioner compressor is improved.
Step S24: and continuously controlling the operation of the air conditioner compressor according to the adjusted set frequency limiting value.
Through judgment, the running frequency of the air conditioner compressor is not smaller than the preset frequency threshold value, and the air conditioner compressor works normally, so that the adjusted set frequency limit value of the air conditioner compressor does not need to be adjusted further.
Based on the methods described in the above steps 21 to 24, the operating frequency of the air conditioner compressor is changed after the set frequency limit value of the air conditioner compressor is adjusted. When the air conditioner compressor is operated at the adjusted set frequency limit value, the air conditioner compressor may still not be in a normal operating state. The air conditioner compressor is further adjusted in the frequency-reducing state by judging whether the air conditioner compressor which is operated with the adjusted set frequency-limiting value is frequency-reducing or not, and the air conditioner compressor is ensured to be operated with the adjusted frequency-limiting value to normally operate.
During the operation of the air conditioner, the outdoor ambient temperature may vary. The outdoor ambient temperature may drop, for example, when the outdoor weather changes from sunny to cloudy or rainy. Also, for example, when the air conditioner is operated from day to night, the outdoor ambient temperature may be lowered. Therefore, the frequency limit value needs to be adjusted to ensure the safety of the air conditioner compressor.
In a possible implementation manner of the second embodiment of the present invention, the step of "continuing to control the operation of the air conditioner compressor according to the adjusted set frequency limit value" (the aforementioned step S24) specifically includes the following steps 31 to 33:
Step 31: in the process of continuously controlling the operation of the air conditioner compressor according to the adjusted set frequency limiting value, judging whether the outdoor environment temperature is greater than a preset temperature threshold value, if so, executing step 32; if not, step 33 is performed.
Step 32: the step of "judging whether the operating frequency of the air conditioner compressor is less than the preset frequency threshold" (the aforementioned step S22) is performed again.
Step 33: and controlling the operation of the air conditioner compressor according to the set frequency limiting value, and controlling the operation of the air conditioner compressor according to the adjusted set frequency limiting value.
Because the outdoor environment temperature is lower than the preset temperature threshold value, the air conditioner compressor is not reduced in frequency due to the fact that the outdoor environment is too high. In order to ensure the safety of the air conditioner compressor, the frequency limit of the air conditioner compressor needs to be restored to a set frequency limit value.
As an example. If the air-conditioning compressor works normally, the exhaust pressure of the air-conditioning compressor is between 1MPa and 2.5MPa, the exhaust temperature of the air-conditioning compressor is between 45 and 90 ℃, and the current of the air-conditioning compressor is between 3.5A and 12A. The set frequency limit value of the exhaust pressure of the air conditioner compressor is 2MPa, the set frequency limit value of the exhaust temperature of the air conditioner compressor is 70 ℃, and the set frequency limit value of the current of the air conditioner compressor is 9A. The preset temperature threshold is 28 ℃, the set frequency limit value of the adjusted exhaust temperature is 75 ℃, the set frequency limit value of the adjusted current is 10A, and the set frequency limit value of the adjusted exhaust pressure is 2.3MPa. In the running of the air conditioner, the outdoor environment temperature is measured to be 23.5 ℃, and the outdoor environment temperature is lower than the 28 ℃ set by the preset temperature threshold value, so that the frequency limit value of the air conditioner is restored to be 70 ℃ at the set frequency limit value of the exhaust temperature, 9A at the set frequency limit value of the current and 2MPa at the set frequency limit value of the exhaust pressure.
Based on the methods described in steps 31 to 33, it is determined whether the outdoor environment temperature is still greater than the preset threshold value during the operation of the air conditioner compressor. When the outdoor environment temperature is smaller than a preset threshold value, the air conditioner compressor is controlled to run at a set frequency limiting value in time, so that the frequency limiting value of the air conditioner compressor is recovered in time when the working environment of the air conditioner compressor can not cause frequency reduction any more, and the running safety of the air conditioner compressor is ensured on the premise that the normal use of the air conditioner by a user is not influenced.
In order to ensure that the air conditioner compressor can safely and stably operate, when the set frequency limit value of the air conditioner compressor is adjusted and set and the air conditioner compressor is controlled to operate, the air conditioner compressor needs to be ensured to operate within a safe range.
In another possible implementation manner according to the second embodiment of the present invention, before the step of controlling the operation of the air-conditioning compressor for a preset time period according to the adjusted set frequency limit value (the aforementioned step S21), the method further includes adjusting the set frequency limit value by the following steps 41 to 43:
step 41: and obtaining the difference value between the adjusted set frequency limit value and the set frequency limit value.
Step 42: whether the difference is greater than a preset difference threshold is determined, if yes, step 43 is executed, and if not, step 44 is executed.
The preset difference threshold is a parameter set by a person skilled in the art according to different air conditioners, and the specific parameter of the preset difference threshold is not limited by the invention.
Step 43: and (4) lowering the adjusted set frequency limiting value obtained in the step (41) until the difference value is smaller than or equal to a preset difference value threshold.
When the difference is greater than the preset difference threshold, there may be a risk of damage to the air conditioner compressor, and thus the adjusted set frequency limit value acquired in step 41 needs to be adjusted down.
Step 44: the adjusted set frequency limit value obtained in step 41 is not adjusted down.
When the difference is smaller than or equal to the preset difference threshold, the air conditioner compressor is in a safe working interval, and the risk of damage does not exist, so that the adjusted set frequency limiting value acquired in the step 41 does not need to be adjusted downwards.
Based on the methods described in the above steps 41 to 44, when the set frequency limit value is adjusted, whether the adjusted set frequency limit value is safe or not can be determined by comparing the difference between the adjusted set frequency limit value and the set frequency limit value with the preset difference. When the difference is greater than a preset difference threshold, the air conditioner compressor cannot be safely operated. By adjusting the adjusted set frequency limiting value downwards, the safe operation of the air conditioner compressor is ensured.
It should be noted that, although the foregoing embodiments describe the steps in a specific order, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that, in order to achieve the effects of the present invention, the steps are not necessarily performed in such an order, and may be performed simultaneously (in parallel) or in other orders, and these variations are within the scope of the present invention.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the present invention may implement all or part of the above-described methods according to the above-described embodiments, or may be implemented by means of a computer program for instructing relevant hardware, where the computer program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and where the computer program may implement the steps of the above-described embodiments of the method when executed by a processor. Wherein the computer program comprises computer program code which may be in source code form, object code form, executable file or some intermediate form etc. The computer readable storage medium may include: any entity or device, medium, usb disk, removable hard disk, magnetic disk, optical disk, computer memory, read-only memory, random access memory, electrical carrier wave signals, telecommunications signals, software distribution media, and the like capable of carrying the computer program code. It should be noted that the computer readable storage medium may include content that is subject to appropriate increases and decreases as required by jurisdictions and by jurisdictions in which such computer readable storage medium does not include electrical carrier signals and telecommunications signals.
Further, the invention also provides a frequency limiting control device of the air conditioner compressor.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a main block diagram of a frequency limiting control apparatus of an air conditioner compressor according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the frequency limiting control device of the air conditioner compressor in the embodiment of the invention mainly includes an indoor temperature difference and change rate obtaining module 301 and a frequency limiting value adjusting module 302. In some embodiments, one or more of the indoor temperature difference and its rate of change acquisition module 301, the frequency limit adjustment module 302 may be combined together into one module. In some embodiments, the indoor temperature difference and its rate of change acquisition module 301 may be configured to acquire the temperature difference of the actual temperature of the indoor environment temperature from the target temperature and the temperature difference rate of change of the temperature difference after detecting that the outdoor environment temperature is greater than the preset temperature threshold and the operating frequency of the air conditioner compressor is less than the preset frequency threshold. The frequency limit adjustment module 302 may be configured to selectively up-adjust a set frequency limit of the air conditioning compressor based on a comparison of the temperature difference to a preset temperature difference threshold and/or a comparison of the temperature difference rate of change to a preset rate of change threshold. In one embodiment, the description of the specific implementation function may be described with reference to steps S101 to S102.
The frequency limiting control device of the air conditioner compressor is used for executing the frequency limiting control method embodiment of the air conditioner compressor shown in fig. 1 to 2, and the technical principles of the frequency limiting control device and the frequency limiting control method embodiment of the air conditioner compressor are similar to each other, so that those skilled in the art can clearly understand that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working process and related description of the frequency limiting control device of the air conditioner compressor can refer to the description of the frequency limiting control method embodiment of the air conditioner compressor, and the description is omitted herein.
Further, the invention also provides computer equipment.
In an embodiment of a computer apparatus according to the present invention, the computer apparatus includes a processor and a storage device, the storage device may be configured to store a program for executing the frequency limiting control method of the air conditioner compressor of the above-described method embodiment, and the processor may be configured to execute the program in the storage device, the program including, but not limited to, the program for executing the frequency limiting control method of the air conditioner compressor of the above-described method embodiment. 1. A method for controlling a frequency limit of an air conditioner compressor, the method comprising:
After detecting that the outdoor environment temperature is greater than a preset temperature threshold value and the operating frequency of the air conditioner compressor is less than a preset frequency threshold value, acquiring the temperature difference between the actual temperature and the target temperature of the indoor environment temperature and the temperature difference change rate of the temperature difference;
and selectively adjusting the set frequency limiting value of the air conditioner compressor up according to the comparison result of the temperature difference and the preset temperature difference threshold value and/or the comparison result of the temperature difference change rate and the preset change rate threshold value.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of selectively adjusting the set frequency limit value of the air conditioner compressor according to the comparison result of the temperature difference with a preset temperature difference threshold value and/or the comparison result of the temperature difference change rate with a preset change rate threshold value comprises:
Step S11: judging whether the temperature difference is larger than the preset temperature difference threshold value according to a comparison result of the temperature difference and the preset temperature difference threshold value;
If yes, the set frequency limit value of the air conditioner compressor is adjusted upwards, and then the step S12 is carried out;
if not, the set frequency limit value of the air conditioner compressor is not adjusted, and then the step S12 is carried out;
Step S12: judging whether the temperature difference change rate is smaller than the preset change rate threshold value according to a comparison result of the temperature difference change rate and the preset change rate threshold value;
If yes, the set frequency limit value of the air conditioner compressor is adjusted upwards;
if not, the set frequency limit value of the air conditioner compressor is not adjusted.

The method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of selectively adjusting the set frequency limit value of the air conditioner compressor according to the comparison result of the temperature difference with a preset temperature difference threshold value and/or the comparison result of the temperature difference change rate with a preset change rate threshold value, the method further comprises:
Step S21: acquiring an adjusted set frequency limit value obtained after the set frequency limit value of the air conditioner compressor is selectively adjusted upwards, and controlling the running preset time length of the air conditioner compressor according to the adjusted set frequency limit value;
Step S22: judging whether the running frequency of the air conditioner compressor is smaller than the preset frequency threshold value or not;
If yes, go to step S23; if not, go to step S24;
step S23: executing the step of selectively adjusting the set frequency limit value of the air conditioner compressor upwards according to the comparison result of the temperature difference and the preset temperature difference threshold value and/or the comparison result of the temperature difference change rate and the preset change rate threshold value again so as to acquire the adjusted set frequency limit value again and then turning to the step S22;
Step S24: and continuously controlling the operation of the air conditioner compressor according to the adjusted set frequency limiting value.
4. The method of controlling the frequency limit of an air conditioner compressor according to claim 3, wherein the step of continuing to control the operation of the air conditioner compressor according to the adjusted set frequency limit value comprises:
in the process of continuously controlling the operation of the air conditioner compressor according to the adjusted set frequency limiting value, judging whether the outdoor environment temperature is greater than the preset temperature threshold value or not;
if yes, executing the step of judging whether the running frequency of the air conditioner compressor is smaller than the preset frequency threshold value again;
if not, controlling the operation of the air conditioner compressor according to the set frequency limiting value, and not controlling the operation of the air conditioner compressor according to the adjusted set frequency limiting value.
5. The method of controlling the frequency limit of an air conditioner compressor according to claim 3, wherein before the step of controlling the air conditioner compressor to operate for a preset period of time according to the adjusted set frequency limit value, the method further comprises:
Acquiring a difference value between the adjusted set frequency limit value and the set frequency limit value;
Judging whether the difference is larger than a preset difference threshold;
if yes, the adjusted set frequency limiting value is adjusted downwards until the difference value is smaller than or equal to the preset difference value threshold value; if not, the adjusted set frequency limit value is not adjusted downwards.

The frequency limiting control method of an air conditioner compressor according to claim 1, wherein the set frequency limiting value includes at least a discharge pressure frequency limiting value, a current frequency limiting value, and a discharge temperature frequency limiting value, which are determined according to a discharge pressure, a current, and a discharge temperature of the air conditioner compressor, respectively.
7. A frequency limiting control apparatus of an air conditioner compressor, the apparatus comprising:
The indoor temperature difference and change rate acquisition module is configured to acquire the temperature difference between the actual temperature and the target temperature of the indoor environment temperature and the temperature difference change rate of the temperature difference after detecting that the outdoor environment temperature is greater than a preset temperature threshold and the operating frequency of the air conditioner compressor is less than a preset frequency threshold;
the frequency limiting value adjusting module is configured to selectively adjust the set frequency limiting value of the air conditioner compressor upwards according to the comparison result of the temperature difference and the preset temperature difference threshold value and/or the comparison result of the temperature difference change rate and the preset change rate threshold value.

A computer device comprising a processor and a storage means, said storage means being adapted to store a plurality of program codes, characterized in that said program codes are adapted to be loaded and run by said processor to perform the frequency limiting control method of an air conditioner compressor according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
