The vehicle server 102 obtains current illegal parking judgment information of the target vehicle 106, and the vehicle server 102 determines whether the target vehicle 106 is in illegal parking risk currently according to the illegal parking judgment information; if the target vehicle 106 is in danger of being out of park, the vehicle server 102 transmits the vehicle out of park prompt information to the electronic device 104 based on the preset out of park prompt conditions.
Fig. 1-2 are schematic diagrams of another implementation environment of a vehicle stop violation notification method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1-2, a target vehicle 202 communicates with an electronic device 204 over a network.
The target vehicle 202 obtains current parking violation judging information of the target vehicle 202, and according to the parking violation judging information, the target vehicle 202 determines whether the target vehicle 202 is at risk of parking violating currently; if the target vehicle 202 has a risk of stopping illegally, the target vehicle 202 outputs a vehicle stopping illegally prompt message to the electronic device 204 based on a preset stopping illegally prompt condition.
The electronic device 104 or the electronic device 204 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, vehicle-mounted displays, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, the vehicle server 102 may be implemented by a stand-alone server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers, and the target vehicle 202 may be any motor vehicle or non-motor vehicle.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a vehicle parking violation notification method is provided, and an example of application of the method to the vehicle server 102 in fig. 1-1 is described, however, in other possible implementation manners, the vehicle parking violation notification method provided in the embodiment of the present application may also be used in the target vehicle 202 shown in fig. 1-2, where a specific implementation subject of the vehicle parking violation notification method in the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
Referring to fig. 2, the vehicle stop violation prompting method according to the embodiment of the application includes the following steps:
s201, current illegal stop judgment information of the target vehicle is obtained.
Wherein the stop violation determination information includes vehicle position of the target vehicle and/or environmental information of surrounding environment of the target vehicle.
Specifically, the position information of the target vehicle may be obtained through a vehicle-mounted positioning system (e.g., a GPS positioning system), and the environment around the target vehicle may be photographed by a vehicle-mounted camera, as the environment information of the environment around the target vehicle.
S202, determining whether the target vehicle is in danger of being out of park or not according to the out-of-park judging information.
Specifically, whether the target vehicle is in the parking area can be judged according to the vehicle position information, and if not, the situation that the target vehicle is in the illegal parking risk is determined.
Optionally, whether a stopped mark exists around the target vehicle can be analyzed according to the environment information, and if the stopped mark exists, the target vehicle is determined to have illegal stopping risk.
Optionally, the environmental information includes a location range of a forbidden parking area in a road where the target vehicle is located, so the method for determining whether the target vehicle is in the forbidden parking area currently includes determining whether the target vehicle is in the forbidden parking area according to the vehicle location and the location range; if the target vehicle is in the forbidden region, determining that the target vehicle is in the illegal parking risk currently.
Specifically, a position range of a forbidden parking area in a road where the target vehicle is located is obtained from a storage system of the vehicle, whether the vehicle position of the target vehicle is in the forbidden parking area is judged, and if so, the current illegal parking risk of the target vehicle is determined.
Optionally, the image extraction processing may be performed on the environmental information to obtain a traffic sign image of the surrounding environment of the target vehicle; and determining whether the target vehicle has a illegal parking risk currently according to the traffic identification image.
Specifically, a vehicle-mounted camera is utilized to shoot a vehicle surrounding image of a target vehicle, then a traffic sign image is extracted from the surrounding image, and if the traffic sign image contains a parking violation sign image, the target vehicle is determined to have a parking violation risk.
Optionally, the method for determining the forbidden mark image may further include inputting the traffic mark image into a feature extraction model to obtain an image feature of the traffic mark image; and if the similarity between the image features and the illegal parking image features is greater than a preset similarity threshold, determining that the illegal parking risk exists in the target vehicle currently.
The traffic identification image is input into the feature extraction model, the feature extraction model outputs image features of the traffic identification image, then the feature extraction model acquires out-of-stop image features from the vehicle storage system, the similarity between each image feature and the out-of-stop image features is calculated, and if the phase speed between the image features and the out-of-stop image features is greater than a preset similarity threshold value, for example 80%, the current out-of-stop risk of the target vehicle is determined.
S203, if the target vehicle has the risk of stopping illegally, outputting vehicle stopping illegally prompt information based on preset stopping violating prompt conditions.
Specifically, when it is determined that the target vehicle has the illegal parking risk, the illegal parking prompt can be sent to the bound mobile phone number through a short message prompt method, or the illegal parking prompt can be sent to a vehicle display screen through the vehicle display screen.
For example, a "there is a risk of a collision, please drive away immediately" may be sent to the bound phone or car display.
Optionally, the method for outputting the vehicle stop violation prompt may further be to determine whether the vehicle position of the target vehicle changes within a preset time period; if the vehicle position of the target vehicle changes within the preset time period, determining that the preset stopping-violating prompt condition is met, and outputting vehicle stopping-violating prompt information.
For example, when it is determined that the target vehicle is in the location range of the no-stop area, the prompt is not immediately sent, because the target vehicle may only pass through the no-stop area, and therefore, when the target vehicle is in the no-stop area and is not changed within a preset period of time (for example, is always in the no-stop area within three minutes), the prompt of stopping is sent to the bound mobile phone number by a short message prompt method, or the prompt of stopping is sent to the display screen of the vehicle by the display screen of the vehicle.
Alternatively, it may be determined whether the target vehicle enters a flameout state; if the target vehicle enters a flameout state, determining that preset stopping-violating prompt conditions are met, and outputting vehicle stopping-violating prompt information.
If the target vehicle is in a forbidden area, if the target vehicle does not flameout, the target vehicle is proved to drive away at any time, then no illegal parking reminding is carried out, if the target vehicle is burnt, the illegal parking vehicle is proved not to drive away, at the moment, the illegal parking reminding can be sent to a bound mobile phone number through a short message reminding method, or the illegal parking reminding can be sent to a vehicle display screen through a vehicle display screen.
In the above embodiment, the current parking violation determination information of the target vehicle is first obtained, where the parking violation determination information includes the vehicle position of the target vehicle and/or the environmental information of the surrounding environment of the target vehicle; determining whether the target vehicle has illegal parking risk currently according to the illegal parking judgment information; if the target vehicle has the illegal parking risk, based on the preset illegal parking prompt condition, outputting the vehicle illegal parking prompt information, and the method can automatically judge whether the target vehicle has the illegal parking risk according to the vehicle position of the target vehicle and/or the environmental information of the surrounding environment of the target vehicle, thereby reminding a driver to avoid the illegal parking, effectively avoiding the traffic jam condition of the vehicle caused by parking in a forbidden parking area, and improving the passing efficiency.
In the above embodiment, how to avoid the vehicle from being illegally parked is described as a whole, but the vehicle still cannot be parked after driving away, and at this time, the target vehicle may be assisted in planning a parking route, as shown in fig. 3, and the specific method includes:
S301, determining the position of the parking area with the smallest distance from the position of the vehicle according to the environment information.
Specifically, the vehicle parking areas are searched from the environment information stored in the storage system of the target vehicle, and the vehicle parking area with the smallest distance from the vehicle position is selected according to the position of each vehicle parking area.
S302, a vehicle driving route is generated according to the vehicle parking area position and the vehicle position.
For example, the navigation system of the target vehicle may be invoked, and the vehicle position of the target vehicle may be input to the navigation system along with the position of the nearest vehicle to which the vehicle has been put, at which time the navigation system may output the vehicle travel route.
S303, outputting a parking prompt comprising the driving route.
Specifically, the vehicle driving route is sent to the vehicle-mounted display screen of the target vehicle, so as to guide the driver to drive the target vehicle to the nearest parking area according to the vehicle driving route.
In the above embodiment, after outputting the parking violation prompt information, the nearest parking area is searched, the vehicle driving route is planned, and the target vehicle is guided to go to the parking area for parking.
In order to more fully demonstrate the scheme, this embodiment provides an alternative way of a vehicle parking violation notification method, as shown in fig. 4:
s401, acquiring current illegal stop judgment information of the target vehicle.
Wherein the stop violation determination information includes vehicle position of the target vehicle and/or environmental information of surrounding environment of the target vehicle.
S402, determining whether the target vehicle is in the forbidden region according to the vehicle position and the position range.
S403, if the target vehicle is in the forbidden area, determining that the target vehicle is in the illegal parking risk currently.
S404, performing image extraction processing on the environment information to obtain a traffic sign image of the surrounding environment of the target vehicle.
S405, inputting the traffic identification image into the feature extraction model to obtain the image features of the traffic identification image.
S406, if the similarity between the image features and the out-of-stop image features is greater than a preset similarity threshold, determining that the target vehicle is in out-of-stop risk currently.
S407, if the target vehicle has the risk of stopping illegally, outputting vehicle stopping illegally prompt information based on preset stopping violating prompt conditions.
Specifically, if the target vehicle is in the risk of being out of the way, determining whether the vehicle position of the target vehicle changes within a preset time period. If the vehicle position of the target vehicle changes within the preset time period, determining that the preset stopping-violating prompt condition is met, and outputting vehicle stopping-violating prompt information. It is determined whether the target vehicle enters a flameout state. If the target vehicle enters a flameout state, determining that preset stopping-violating prompt conditions are met, and outputting vehicle stopping-violating prompt information.
S408, determining the position of the parking area with the smallest distance from the position of the vehicle according to the environment information.
S409, generating a vehicle driving route according to the vehicle parking area position and the vehicle position.
S410, outputting a parking prompt comprising the driving route.
