if the version numbers of the vehicle-end file and the cloud-end file are the same, executing locally stored acquisition sentences to obtain first vehicle condition information;
and sending the first vehicle condition information to a cloud end so that the cloud end receives the first vehicle condition information sent by the vehicle.
