Clamping piece for vehicle
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a vehicle clip that is interposed between a vehicle cover and an interior trim.
Background
A vehicle is provided with a metallic vehicle cover constituting a vehicle body and an interior material covering the vehicle cover on the vehicle interior side, and for example, a vehicle clip having cushioning properties may be interposed between the vehicle cover and the interior material for the purpose of absorbing sound, blocking dew condensation, and the like. For example, in patent document 1, a sound absorbing member as a clip is interposed between a roof panel as a vehicle cover and a roof member as an interior trim.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
The clip described in patent document 1 is mainly composed of a material having cushioning properties such as felt and new snow, and the thickness thereof is often a certain thickness. In addition, no clip having a thickness larger than a certain level is currently available. Therefore, when the space between the vehicle cover and the interior trim is large, two or three sheets are overlapped and bonded to sandwich the vehicle cover and the interior trim. However, there are the following problems: by merely overlapping the clips of a certain thickness, it is difficult to make the clips of an appropriate thickness with respect to the interval between the vehicle cover plate and the interior trim. In addition, for example, in the case where the clip is laminated and stuck on the inner surface of the interior material in the manufacturing process, if the clip is caught in a certain place, the clip on the upper layer side may be peeled off and separated.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a clip for a vehicle which is capable of forming a thickness suitable for a space between a vehicle cover and an interior material without separation in a manufacturing process.
Solution for solving the problem
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present application provides a vehicle clip that is interposed between a vehicle cover and an interior trim covering the vehicle cover, wherein the vehicle clip is configured by one piece of cushioning material, the cushioning material is folded back at one or more locations, and an adhesive surface that adheres the folded back inner surfaces of the cushioning material to each other is provided, and the vehicle clip is interposed between the vehicle cover and the interior trim in a state in which the adhesive surface extends in a direction intersecting the vehicle cover and the interior trim.
The vehicle clip according to the present application can adjust the length of the fold back (the length of each of the portions that face each other by folding back) so that the height (thickness) of the adhesive surface in the extending direction can be set to an appropriate height (thickness) corresponding to the interval between the vehicle cover plate and the interior trim. Further, the clip for a vehicle according to the present application is formed of one piece of cushioning material, and therefore, does not separate in the manufacturing process. As the vehicle clip according to the present application, for example, only one portion is bent to have a height dimension larger than a width dimension, or a structure in which the clip is folded back a plurality of times in a wavy shape is used to have a large width dimension (area). As the cushioning material, for example, felt, new snow, or the like is covered with a skin material, so that a sufficient adhesion surface can be ensured, and the shape after molding can be maintained, which is preferable.
In the above-described structure, the vehicle clip may be folded back at only one portion thereof to have a single adhesive surface, and the base portion, which is a portion on the base end side that is folded back, may be adhered to the interior material.
For example, in a process of manufacturing a vehicle, an operation of attaching the vehicle clip to the vehicle cover plate may be performed in a state in which the vehicle clip is adhered to the interior material, but even in this case, the vehicle clip having such a structure is not adhered to the interior material on the distal end side where the end portions are adhered, but is adhered to the interior material on the base side, so that the vehicle clip can be reliably adhered as compared with the distal end side, and peeling of the vehicle clip from the interior material can be suppressed.
In the above configuration, the vehicle clip may be mounted on a vehicle in which a device for opening and closing the sunroof is disposed between a roof panel having the sunroof and a roof part, and the vehicle clip may be interposed between the roof panel as the vehicle cover and the roof part as the interior trim.
In a vehicle equipped with a sunroof and a device for opening and closing the sunroof, a device (for example, a panorama unit) having a relatively large member such as a motor is disposed between a roof panel and a roof panel, so that a relatively large space is formed between the roof panel and the roof panel. That is, the thickness of a clip that is normally present is often insufficient. Therefore, the vehicle clip according to the present application, which can be made to have a relatively large thickness, is preferable for the roof of a vehicle provided with a panoramic unit. The device for opening and closing the sunroof includes not only a device for operating the sunroof itself but also a device for operating a light shielding screen or a blind, for example.
In the above configuration, the vehicle clip may be interposed between a roof panel as the vehicle cover and a roof part as the interior material, the roof panel may be inclined downward toward a front side of the vehicle, an electronic functional component may be disposed on a front end side of the roof part of the vehicle, and the vehicle clip may be disposed on a rear side of the electronic functional component in a state extending in a width direction of the vehicle.
In the vehicle roof portion having such a structure, dew condensation water generated on the inner surface of the roof panel easily flows toward the electronic functional component, but with this vehicle clip, dew condensation water flowing toward the electronic functional component can be blocked, and the electronic functional component can be effectively protected.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a vehicle clip that is not separated in a manufacturing process and that can have an appropriate thickness with respect to the space between the vehicle cover plate and the interior material.

Detailed Description
Embodiment 1 >
The vehicle clip 10 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention is a vehicle clip 10 used in a vehicle as a vehicle. The vehicular clip 10 is described with reference to fig. 1 to 5. In some drawings, reference numeral Fr, rr, L, R, U, D denotes a direction, and denotes a front side, a rear side, a left side, a right side, an upper side, and a lower side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle.
As shown in fig. 1, a vehicle clip 10 according to the present embodiment is disposed on a roof portion 12 of a vehicle. The roof portion 12 includes a roof panel (vehicle cover panel) 14 forming a vehicle body and a roof member (interior trim) 16 covering a vehicle interior side (lower surface side) of the roof panel 14. The roof 12 is a panoramic roof, and includes a sunroof 18. In addition, as shown in fig. 2, the roof member 16 also covers the periphery of the sunroof 18 from below together with the roof panel 14. In other words, the top member 16 has an opening 16a smaller than the sunroof 18 by one turn, and the edge portion of the opening 16a is the window frame portion of the sunroof 18.
Further, the roof 12 is provided with a panorama unit 20 mainly composed of an electric shade, and the panorama unit 20 is switchable between a state in which the lower surface of the sunroof 18 is covered with the shade and an open state. In the vehicle using the vehicle clip 10, as shown in fig. 1, a portion 16b of the roof member 16 on the vehicle front side of the window frame portion has a shape that bulges toward the vehicle interior side (lower side), and the above-described part of the panoramic unit 20 is disposed between the roof 18 on the rear side (upper side) thereof. Thus, the distance between the roof 14 and the roof 16 in the vicinity (front side) of the panoramic unit 20 is relatively large.
A plurality of electronic functional components are mounted on the front end side of the roof portion 12 of the vehicle. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, a vanity mirror 22 for a driver's seat and a passenger's seat, a roof module 24 having a map lamp, a switch, and the like at the center in the vehicle width direction, and the like are arranged. The roof panel 14 (more specifically, the outer panel 14 a) of the roof portion 12 has a shape that is inclined downward toward the front of the vehicle.
Further, the vehicle clip 10 of the present embodiment is disposed on the roof portion 12. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the own-vehicle clip 10 is disposed further forward than the vehicle-front-side portion 16b of the window frame portion. More specifically, the roof panel 14 includes an outer panel 14a that is the outermost trim on the outside of the vehicle cabin and an inner panel 14b on the inside thereof, and the vehicle clip 10 is disposed at a portion formed only of the outer panel 14a without the inner panel 14 b. As shown in fig. 2, the vehicle clip 10 is provided with a pair of clips aligned in the vehicle width direction, each of which is elongated in the vehicle width direction, and is disposed in a state of being spaced apart from the center in the vehicle width direction.
As shown in fig. 1, each of the vehicle clips 10 according to the present embodiment is arranged such that the dimension in the vehicle front-rear direction matches the dimension of the gap between the inner panels 14b, and the dimension in the up-down direction is the dimension in which the vehicle clip 10 is crushed, that is, the upper end of the vehicle clip 10 is reliably brought into contact with the outer panel 14a of the roof panel 14. With this structure, the vehicle clip 10 according to the present embodiment can absorb sound from the outside of the vehicle toward the vehicle interior at a portion of the roof panel 14 where the double-layer structure is not formed. Further, since the roof panel 14 is formed in a shape that is inclined downward toward the front of the vehicle as described above, the vehicle clip 10 of the present embodiment can block the condensation water from flowing forward, that is, can suppress adhesion of the condensation water to the electronic functional components located in front of the vehicle, although the condensation water generated on the vehicle interior side surfaces of the roof panel 14 and the sunroof 18 flows toward the front of the vehicle along the inner surface.
Next, the shape of the vehicle clip 10 according to the present embodiment and the molding method thereof will be described in detail. As shown in fig. 3, each of the clips 10 for the host vehicle is constituted by one cushion M having a substantially rectangular shape. As shown in fig. 4, the cushion material M includes a new sherry 30 as a cushion material main body having an effect of absorbing sound and heat, and a skin material 32 covering the new sherry 30, and the cushion material M is made to have a certain size and thickness while suppressing the bulge of the new sherry 30 by the skin material 32. In the cushion material M, the flattened portion 40, which is a portion having a smaller thickness than the other portion, is formed in two grooves along the longitudinal direction. The two flattened portions 40 are arranged in parallel at symmetrical positions with respect to the center in the short side direction, and the dimensions from each flattened portion 40 to the outer edge side are equal to each other.
Next, as shown in fig. 4, a double-sided tape 44 is attached from each of the crushed portions 40 to an outer edge portion 42 that is a portion on the outer edge side in the short-side direction. Then, the outer edge portions 42 are raised from the flattened portions 40, and as shown in fig. 5, the outer edge portions 42 are bonded to each other by a double-sided tape 44, thereby forming the vehicle clip 10 of the present embodiment. That is, the clip 10 for a vehicle of the present embodiment folds back the cushion material M at the center in the short side direction, and has an adhesive surface 10a that adheres the folded back inner surfaces of the cushion material M to each other. That is, the present vehicle clip has a shape in which the height dimension is larger than the width dimension in the vehicle front-rear direction. The two flattened portions 40 are determined by the thickness of the cushion material M so that no gap is formed on the base end side in a state where the outer edge portions 42 on both sides are bonded, or a small gap which does not cause bonding peeling if a gap is formed. The dimension of the outer edge portion 42 of the cushion material M in the short side direction is set to be longer than the distance between the top material 16 and the top plate 14 by a predetermined length when the cushion material M is bent and formed.
Each of the own-vehicle clips 10 formed as described above is adhered to the roof member 16. Specifically, each of the own-vehicle clips 10 is bonded to the base portion 10b that is a portion on the base end side that is folded back. More specifically, each of the own-vehicle clips 10 is adhered to the roof member 16 at the surface 46 on the opposite side between the two crushed portions 40 by the double-sided adhesive tape 50.
As shown in fig. 2, when the roof panel 14 is attached to the roof panel 16 to which the vehicle clamp 10 is adhered, the vehicle clamp 10 is pressed against the roof panel 14 and is attached so as to be flattened. That is, in the process of manufacturing the vehicle, the top member 16 to which the subject vehicle clip 10 is adhered may be gripped and carried by the operator. In the conventional vehicle clip, the cushioning material is overlapped and bonded in the height direction when the height is insufficient, and therefore, the overlapped cushioning material on the upper layer side may be caught and separated. In contrast, the vehicle clip 10 according to the present embodiment is formed of one piece of the cushion material M, and thus, such a situation can be avoided. Further, since each of the vehicle clips 10 is bonded to the roof material 16 at the base portion 10b as described above, it is possible to reliably bond the roof material as compared with the case of bonding the roof material to the folded-back distal end side, and it is possible to suppress the occurrence of peeling from the roof material 16 in the manufacturing process. In the present vehicle clip 10, the adhesive surface 10a is orthogonal to the vehicle longitudinal direction, but the entire surface is not an adhesive surface, but the base portion 10b is connected, so that even if a force in the vehicle longitudinal direction acts in the manufacturing process, the force can be sufficiently received.
Embodiment 2 >
The vehicle clip 10 according to embodiment 1 has one folded portion, but may be folded back a plurality of times. The vehicle clip 60 of embodiment 2 is formed of one piece of cushioning material similarly to the vehicle clip 10 of embodiment 1, but the lower end folded-back portion 62 and the upper end folded-back portion 63 are alternately formed in a wave-shaped folded-back shape when viewed from the side. That is, in the process of forming the vehicle clip 60 of the present embodiment, the pair of flattened portions 64 are formed on the upper surface side of one cushion and valley-folded with the flattened portions as the starting points, so that the lower end folded-back portion 62 can be formed, and the pair of flattened portions 65 are formed on the lower surface side and mountain-folded with the flattened portions as the starting points, so that the upper end folded-back portion 63 can be formed. The bonding surface 66 formed by the lower end folded portion 62 and the bonding surface 67 formed by the upper end folded portion 63 are both extended in a direction intersecting the vehicle body and the interior trim (up-down direction in fig. 6). That is, since there is a portion where the upper end and the lower end are connected to each other with respect to the force in the direction orthogonal to these bonding surfaces 66, 67 (the left-right direction in fig. 6), durability is high.
According to the vehicle clip 60 of embodiment 2, the height can be matched to the distance between the vehicle body and the interior trim, and the clip can be disposed in a large area by increasing the number of folds. Incidentally, by changing the height of each folded-back portion 62, 63, it is also possible to form a shape in which the height dimension gradually changes.
Embodiment 3 >
The vehicle clip 80 according to embodiment 3 is configured to be folded back a plurality of times in the same manner as the vehicle clip 60 according to embodiment 2, but the folding back manner is different. The vehicle clip 80 of the present embodiment is also formed from one piece of cushioning material. As shown in fig. 7, the present vehicle clip 80 first folds back outer edge portions 82L, 82R on both sides in one direction (left-right direction in fig. 7) toward the upper surface side, and bonds the folded back inner surfaces to each other, thereby forming a1 st bonding surface 84. Then, the portion bonded to the 1 st bonding surface 84 is bent so as to stand up. The inner surfaces of the raised portions are bonded to each other, in other words, the surfaces of the outer edge portions 82L, 82R on the opposite sides of the 1 st bonding surface 84 are bonded to each other, thereby forming the 2 nd bonding surface 86.
That is, the vehicle clip 80 of the present embodiment is formed of a single surface, and the adhesion force of the adhesive to the interior trim and the like can be improved as compared with the vehicle clip 60 of embodiment 2. In the vehicle clip 80 according to the present embodiment, the outer edge of the cushion is formed in a rolled shape and is positioned inside, so that the clip is less likely to occur, and peeling from the outer edge can be avoided in the manufacturing process.
