The tact switch 3 and the terminal 5 are both installed on the lower housing 2, and then the outside of the lower housing 2 is sealed, so that the tact switch 3 and the terminal 5 are integrated with the lower housing 2 of the IC card connector, and the tact switch 3 can be waterproof by only protecting the lower housing 2, the process required for waterproof protection is further reduced, and a better waterproof effect can be maintained.
Any three sides around the second mounting groove 8 are communicated with a prying groove 16, waterproof glue 17 is paved on the prying groove 16 and the side edges of the second mounting groove 8, and a high-temperature adhesive tape 33 is further arranged in the groove of the second mounting groove 8. The arrangement of the prying groove 16 is convenient for the installation and the taking out of the tact switch 3, in order to ensure that the prying groove 16 is arranged and the tact switch 3 is still protected from water, waterproof glue 17 is paved on the side edges of the prying groove 16 and the second mounting groove 8, water is prevented from penetrating into the tact switch 3 from a gap, and high-temperature adhesive tapes 33 on the upper side and the lower side of the tact switch 3 are arranged in the groove of the second mounting groove 8, so that the tact switch 3 is protected from multiple layers.
Referring to fig. 6, a mounting cover 18 is fastened to the outside of the high temperature adhesive tape 33, and the mounting cover 18 is used to further protect the tact switch 3 and the terminals 5. During installation, one side of the installation cover 18 is abutted against the high-temperature adhesive tape 33, and finally an installation draft is embedded into the lower shell 2, so that both sides of the tact switch 3 are protected, water can be prevented from contacting with the IC card connector in the using process, the installation cover 18 can protect the tact switch, water is isolated outside the installation plate assembly 11, and the water prevention of the tact switch 3 is further realized on the basis of the first water prevention.
Referring to fig. 1, a plug 20 is inserted into a slot 6 formed by connecting an upper case 1 and a lower case 2. The plug 20 is provided with a foolproof groove 21, and the foolproof groove 21 is used for distinguishing the forward direction and the reverse direction of the plug 20 inserted into the slot 6. The arrangement of the plug 20 is matched with the internal structure inside the IC card connector, and when the plug 20 is inserted into the IC card connector, the plug opening of the IC card connector is prevented from being deformed due to the influence of high temperature in the reflow soldering process.
When the plug 20 is required to be inserted into the IC card connector, the position of the fool-proof groove 21 is observed, and one side of the plug 20, on which the fool-proof groove 21 is arranged, is aligned with the upper surface of the IC card connector, so that the plug 20 can be conveniently inserted into the IC card seat connector to prevent the deformation of the IC card seat connector; the fool-proof groove 21 reduces abrasion inside the IC card connector due to the error in the direction of inserting the plug 20.
The implementation principle of the waterproof IC card connector of the embodiment of the application is as follows: in the mounting process, the main body 31, the electric shock plate 34 and the dome sheet are mounted together from bottom to top to form the tact switch 3, and the high-temperature adhesive tape 33 is mounted on the dome sheet. The tact switch 3 and the terminal 5 are both mounted on the lower housing 2, and then the outside of the lower housing 2 is closed, so that the tact switch 3 and the terminal 5 are integrated with the lower housing 2 of the IC card connector. The yielding groove 13 is aligned with the tact switch 3, the flat plate 111 is pressed to hold the mounting plate assembly 11 in the third mounting groove 9, and the indirect contact assembly 4 can be connected with the flat plate 111 through the connecting groove 12, so that indirect contact of the tact switch 3 is realized. When the IC card is inserted into the IC card connector, the IC card contacts the fixing plate 41 and the elastic plate 42, and the elastic plate 42 is pressed to move to a side close to the tact switch 3 until contacting the tact switch 3, thereby triggering the tact switch 3 to emit a signal.
The application also provides a manufacturing method of the waterproof IC card connector, which comprises the following steps:
s1, stamping and forming an upper shell 1, and integrally forming a lower shell 2, a terminal 5 and a tact switch 3 through an injection mold; taking out after molding by pouring a mold; coating waterproof glue 17 on the circumference of the waterproof high-temperature adhesive tape 33 of the tact switch 3; the indirect contact assembly 4 is then assembled, with the earth waterproof glue 17 surrounding the assembly sheet and the upper housing 1. Wherein, the assembly welding feet are not integrally formed with the lower shell 2, and finally, the plug 20 is assembled.
S2, stamping and electroplating the contact sheet, injection molding the contact sheet and the main body 31 into a whole, assembling the dome sheet 32, and attaching the high-temperature adhesive tape 33.
S3, the upper shell 1 and the lower shell 2 are clamped and mounted together.
S4, the lower shell 2 is overturned, waterproof glue 17 is smeared at the gap, and finally the mounting plate assembly 11 is mounted in the lower shell 2.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the IC card connector is required to be manufactured, the upper shell 1 is punched and molded, the lower shell 2, the terminals 5 and the tact switch 3 are integrally molded through the injection mold, so that the slot 6 formed by the upper shell 1 and the lower shell 2 can be matched with an IC card to be inserted, then the main body 31, the contact sheet and the dome sheet 32 are mounted together to form the tact switch 3, and finally the mounting plate assembly is mounted, so that the tact switch 3 and the lower shell 2 are integrated, thereby realizing water resistance.

Claims (10)
1. A waterproof IC card connector, characterized in that: comprising the following steps:
An upper housing (1), a lower housing (2), a tact switch (3), an indirect contact assembly (4) and a terminal (5);
the upper shell (1) is connected with the lower shell (2), and a slot (6) for inserting an IC card is formed between the upper shell (1) and the lower shell (2);
A first mounting groove (7) and a second mounting groove (8) are formed in the lower shell (2), the groove thicknesses of the first mounting groove (7) and the second mounting groove (8) are not more than the thickness of the lower shell (2), and the tact switch (3) and the terminal (5) are arranged in the second mounting groove (8);
The indirect contact assembly (4) is arranged above the tact switch (3) and is used for indirectly helping the IC card to be in contact with the tact switch (3), and a third mounting groove (9) for mounting the indirect contact assembly (4) is formed in the outer side of the groove wall of the first mounting groove (7).

The waterproof IC card connector according to claim 1, wherein: the mounting plate assembly (11) is arranged on the bottom of the third mounting groove (9), the mounting plate assembly (11) is used for fixing the position of the indirect contact assembly (4), but the elastic movement of the indirect contact assembly (4) is not limited, the mounting plate assembly (11) comprises a flat plate (111) and an inclined plate (112), a plurality of connecting grooves (12) used for connecting the indirect contact assembly (4) and a yielding groove (13) used for enabling the indirect contact assembly (4) to be in butt joint with the tact switch (3) are formed in the flat plate (111), and the connecting grooves (12) are communicated with the lower shell (2).

The waterproof IC card connector according to claim 2, wherein: the indirect contact assembly (4) comprises a fixed plate (41), an elastic plate (42) elastically connected with the fixed plate (41) and a contact button (43) arranged on one side of the elastic plate (42) close to the tact switch (3), wherein the end part of the elastic plate (42) is clamped with the lower shell (2), two sides of the fixed plate (41) are connected with a plurality of clamping plates (14), and a gap exists between the inclined plate (112) and the fixed plate (41) after the inclined plate is arranged.

The waterproof IC card connector according to claim 1, wherein: the tact switch (3) comprises a main body (31) arranged on the lower shell (2), a contact plate arranged on the main body (31) and a dome sheet (32) arranged on the contact plate, wherein a high-temperature adhesive tape (33) used for performing secondary waterproof protection on the tact switch (3) is arranged on the dome sheet (32).
