Along with the flushing of the cooling water, the metal scraps falling on the upper surface of the base 1 flow into the second filtering basket 121 along with the water flow to be filtered, and the filtered cooling water returns to the water storage cavity 13; as the cooling water is flushed, the metal chips falling on the upper surface of the regulating seat 73 flow into the first filter basket 111 to be filtered along with the water flow, and the filtered cooling water returns to the water storage chamber 13.
When the output end of the clamping telescopic rod 21 in the clamping mechanism stretches, the clamping seat 22 can be driven to move on the base 1, and the clamping seat 22 drives the scraping plate 221 to scrape the residual metal scraps on the base 1 into the second filtering basket 121 for collection.
The material section 91 sawed from the metal bar 9 falls on the adjusting seat 73, the material section 91 can roll along the inclined direction of the upper surface of the adjusting seat 73, and during the rolling process, metal scraps falling from the material section 91 can also fall into the first filtering basket 111 through the leakage hole 734 on the adjusting seat 73 to be collected.

As can be seen from the above-described process, by providing the drain hole 734 in the adjustment seat 73, providing the first collecting tank 11 in the front side of the base 1 and providing the first filter basket 111 in the first collecting tank 11, it is possible to filter metal scraps falling from the front side of the base 1 by using the first filter basket 111, and the filtered cooling water can be stored in the water storage chamber 13 through the first collecting tank 11. The slope frame 7, the rotating seat 8 and the linkage mechanism 10 are all mechanical structures, and the structure is simple and convenient to maintain.
The rotating seat 8 can rotate under the action of the linkage 10 each time a section 91 rolls over the adjusting seat 73.
