Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to examples and drawings, to which reference is made, but which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a device for rescuing on a ship floating on a water surface, comprising a main body 1, wherein the main body 1 comprises a base 2, an ascending part 3, a connecting structure 4 and a buffer structure 5, the connecting structure 4 is used for connecting the base 2 and the ascending part 3, a space is formed among the base 2, the ascending part 3 and the connecting structure 4, the buffer structure 5 is installed on the base 2 and is located in the space, and the buffer structure 5 is used for supporting the ascending part 3 when the ascending part 3 is sunken due to supporting people or articles.
In practical use, the base 2, the floating piece 3, the connecting structure 4 and the buffer structure 5 are made of materials with the density less than 1 and waterproof, fireproof and heat insulation performances, so that all the components of the invention accord with the buoyancy standard and can be naturally floated on the water surface when on water. Because the components of the invention are matched to form a space, the space is preferably of a sealed structure, so that the invention has smaller overall average density, can bear larger weight, and can ensure that sinking caused by overweight passengers can not happen when the ship is moored on water.
Specifically, the buoyancy standard is met, the buoyancy requirement of the material for the lifeboat in the international life saving standard is met, namely, the lifeboat is required to have natural buoyancy, or natural buoyancy materials which are not adversely affected by sea water, oil or petroleum products are required to be arranged, and when the interior of the lifeboat is immersed in water and broken and leaked to pass through the sea, the buoyancy is still enough to float the lifeboat fully loaded with all the accessories. For each lifeboat rated occupant, each should be equipped with additional naturally buoyant material equal to 280N buoyancy. The buoyancy material should not be located outside the lifeboat hull unless it is other than the above-mentioned requirements. The materials used in the present invention need only meet at least the above requirements after the present invention is manufactured.
The invention has the buffer structure 5, and the buffer structure 5 can just collide with the bottom of the floating piece 3 or have a certain gap with the floating piece 3 when the invention is not bearing. When someone is on the invention, the floating piece 3 is stressed to deform downwards, and the floating piece 3 is supported by the buffer component at the moment, so that the floating piece 3 can be ensured not to collapse completely or even break. Since most materials with density less than 1 have a certain softness, the invention can be used as a mattress.
Namely, under normal conditions, the invention can be placed on each bed in a vessel to be used as a mattress for people; when an emergency is met, a person can detach the mattress and put the mattress into water directly, the person then enters the upper part of the invention, and is supported by the invention to float on the water, thereby avoiding the contact of the person with the water.
The material adopted by the invention has the performances of water resistance, fire resistance, heat insulation and the like, so that the invention can prevent the heat transfer from being too fast to cause the temperature loss caused by the contact of people and seawater, and can also avoid the increase of the density of the invention caused by the entry of water into the invention, thereby ensuring the safety waiting for rescue.
In this embodiment, the buffer structure 5 includes a plurality of buffer columns 51, the buffer columns 51 are disposed on the base 2, the middle portions of the buffer columns 51 are provided with compensation holes 50 in a penetrating manner, and the top portions of the buffer columns 51 are used for abutting against the upper floating member 3.
I.e. the buffer posts 51 are adapted to interfere with the float 3 to provide support when the float 3 is carrying gravity; the middle part of the buffer post 51 is provided with a compensation hole 50, which is used for saving the material of the buffer post 51 to further reduce the weight of the invention, and is also used for preventing the buffer post 51 from being deformed inwards and outwards when the buffer post 51 is pressed down by the upper floating piece 3 to cause the deformation of the buffer post 51, thereby avoiding the phenomenon that the deformation is difficult to recover due to the overlarge internal stress of the buffer post 51.
In this embodiment, the buffer post 51 includes a first surrounding layer 52, a second surrounding layer 53, and a third surrounding layer 54, where the first surrounding layer 52 is wound to form a columnar structure, the second surrounding layer 53 is attached to an outer side wall of the first surrounding layer 52, and the third surrounding layer 54 is attached to an outer side wall of the second surrounding layer 53.
That is, the buffer post 51 is made of a three-layer structure, the first surrounding layer 52, the second surrounding layer 53 and the third surrounding layer 54 are respectively made of the above materials, and the adjacent layers are closely adhered, so that the weight of the present invention can be more born.
Although the space of the invention is a closed structure, there is still a situation that water leaks into the space after a hole is broken at a certain position, but in order to avoid excessive weight increase of the invention caused by water retention in the space, the base 2 of the invention is provided with a plurality of water draining structures 6, the water draining structures 6 comprise a containing groove 61 and a through hole 62, the containing groove 61 is arranged at the top of the base 2, the through hole 62 is arranged at the bottom of the base 2, and the through hole 62 and the containing groove 61 are communicated with each other; the width inner diameter of the receiving groove 61 is larger than the inner diameter of the through hole 62.
That is, when water exists in the space, the water falls on the base 2 under the action of gravity, and as the invention floats on the water, the water finally inevitably enters the containing groove 61, flows to the through hole 62 through the containing groove 61 and is discharged outside. The invention is specially provided with the containing groove 61, which is mainly used for collecting water entering the space in a concentrated way, the bottom of the space is communicated with the outside through the through hole 62, the water surface in the space is finally level with the outside water surface through the principle of the communicating vessel, the density of the invention is very small, and the whole body is ensured to be positioned on the water surface, so that the water in the space can be only necessarily remained in the containing groove 61, and finally, the water is discharged along with the change of the relative position of the invention and the outside water surface, thereby realizing the effect of controlling the quantity of the water in the invention.
In this embodiment, an inclined plane 63 is disposed at the top of the side wall of the accommodating groove 61, and the inclined plane 63 is used for guiding the water leaking into the space to enter the accommodating groove 61, so that the water in the space is easier to enter the accommodating groove 61, and water retention at other positions in the space is avoided.
In this embodiment, the through hole 62 is provided with a check valve 64, and the check valve 64 is used to discharge the water entering the space to the outside. Specifically, the check valve 64 ensures that after the water is discharged from the through hole 62, the external water is difficult to enter the invention again, thereby ensuring that the space of the invention is not always communicated with the external environment, and further ensuring the floating effect and the weight which can be borne.
In this embodiment, the top of the floating member 3 is provided with a protrusion 13, and the protrusion 13 is used for stopping a person, so as to prevent the person from falling out of the present invention due to a wave strike when the person floats on water.
In this embodiment, the floating member 3 is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes 14 for communicating with the space, so that the space can be in gas communication with the outside through the ventilation holes 14, and the air pressure inside and outside the space can be kept substantially the same after carrying a plurality of people. The pore diameter of the ventilation holes 14 is smaller than the density of water during actual manufacturing, so that the ventilation is achieved, and the water is prevented from entering the space from the ventilation holes 14; the size of the ventilation holes 14 in fig. 2 is for ease of understanding only and should not be considered as the actual size of the ventilation holes 14.
