Abstract
本发明涉及植物生长调节剂领域,具体公开了一种复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂及其制备方法,按照重量份计,包含以下原料:活性组分5‑15份、改性聚氧乙烯醚4‑8份和分散剂5‑10份,其中活性组分为复硝酚钠和三十烷醇,并通过对复硝酚钠和三十烷醇的复配,加强了对水稻的生长调节作用;还通过对三十烷醇进行蛋白基改性,改善了三十烷醇在水中的溶解性;以及对聚氧乙烯醚进行链长的选择和接枝酰胺基团,提升了可溶性粉剂的整体润湿性能,使之便于在与作物的接触面铺展开来,提升药物的利用率。

技术领域
本发明属于植物生长调节剂领域,具体涉及一种复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
植物生长调节剂,是人工合成或提取的具有天然植物激素生理活性的化合物,可用于调节或控制植物生长发育,广泛应用于农业、林业、花卉、中草药生产等多种行业。到目前为止,世界上已经人工合成了几百种植物生长调节剂,有近百余种在农业生产中得到了广泛的应用,比如多效唑、烯效唑、矮壮素、乙烯利、甲哌鎓、氯吡脲、苄氨基嘌呤、抑芽丹、胺鲜酯、芸苔素内酯、三十烷醇、赤霉酸、丁酰肼、萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸、激动素、复硝酚钠、对氯苯氧乙酸钠等。
我国自1997年把植物生长调节剂列为农药管理以来,植物生长调节剂的研发和应用发展迅速,登记产品数量呈逐年增长态势,登记作物涉及小麦、水稻、油菜、番茄等70余种,为达到农作物增产增收的目的,植物生长调节剂因具有使用成本低、见效快、用量微、效果显著、投入产出比较高的特性而被视作必不可少的生产资料。其中复硝酚钠因具有高效、低毒、无残留、适用范围广、无副作用等优点在植物生长调节剂领域占据着举足轻重的地位;而三十烷醇作为一种适用范围相当广泛的植物生长促进剂也具有较好的增产效果,在很低的浓度下对植物生长有显著的促进效果。
专利CN112806362B公开了一种三十烷醇新型乳液及其制备与其在作物化学调控中的应用,该发明将层状双金属氢氧化物接枝改性后与三十烷醇分子自组装,显著改善了三十烷醇分子的溶解性,解决了兑水使用不均匀的问题,但是该法中无机阴离子的引入可能会造成土壤的板结,影响后续的耕种。专利CN102599150B公开了一种植物生长调节剂,该调节剂为水分散粒剂产品,包含复硝酚钠、甲基萘磺酸钠的甲醛缩合物、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、硅钢氧化皮、亚铁氰化钾和膨润土,能有效促进植物生长,但是该调节剂的有效成分略显单调,国家目前大力推动减少农药使用,因此开发活性更高的复配型植物生长调节剂才是目前行业的主流趋势。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂及其制备方法,通过复硝酚钠和三十烷醇的复配,加强了对水稻的生长调节,并通过对聚氧乙烯醚进行链长的选择和接枝酰胺基团,提升了可溶性粉剂的整体润湿性能,使之便于在与作物的接触面铺展开来,提升药物的利用率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
本发明第一方面提供了一种复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂,按照重量份计,包含以下原料:活性组分5-15份、改性聚氧乙烯醚4-8份和分散剂5-10份。
所述活性组分包含复硝酚钠和三十烷醇。
复硝酚钠是一种强力细胞赋活剂,化学成份为5-硝基愈创木酚钠、邻硝基苯酚钠和对硝基苯酚钠,在与植物接触后能迅速渗透到植物体内,具有促进细胞原生质流动、提高细胞活力、加速植株生长发育等效果。
三十烷醇是一种适用范围相当广泛的植物生长促进剂,可经由植物的茎叶吸收,促进植物的生长,增加干物质的积累、改善细胞膜的透性、增加叶绿素的含量、提高光合强度以及增强淀粉酶、多氧化酶、过氧化物酶活性,对水稻、棉花、麦类,大豆、玉米、高梁、烟草、甜菜、花生、蔬菜、花卉、果树、甘蔗等均有较好的增产效果,在很低的浓度下就对植物生长有显著的促进效果。
所述复硝酚钠和三十烷醇的质量比为(6-10):1。
本发明通过调配复硝酚钠和三十烷醇的用量,使这两种物质可以产生协同作用,进而能发挥最大的效果,促进植物的生长发育。
所述三十烷醇为蛋白基改性三十烷醇。
所述蛋白基改性三十烷醇的制备步骤如下:
S1、将大豆蛋白溶于去离子水,配成原始蛋白溶液,调节pH至中性,搅拌24-48h后滴加三十烷醇-乙醚溶液,避光搅拌1-5h;
S2、反应结束后旋蒸,再用去离子水定容至原来的体积,将离心后得到的上清液干燥至原有体积的0.1-0.3,即得到蛋白基改性三十烷醇。
所述原始蛋白溶液的浓度为10-30mg/g,三十烷醇-乙醚溶液的浓度为14-29mg/g。
所述原始蛋白溶液和三十烷醇-乙醚溶液的体积比为1:(2-7)。
发明人在实验过程中发现三十烷醇不溶于水的性质导致可溶性粉剂与水配置好的溶液存在沉淀现象,且沉淀速率较快,这会引起药液浓度与实际计算值不符,导致调节效果不佳或是对植物产生药害,从而影响作物的生长,因此本发明通过对三十烷醇改性,改善了其不溶于水的性质,其中大豆蛋白可以有效地充当一种纳米载体,并通过疏水相互作用、氢键作用与三十烷醇形成纳米复合物,降低表面疏水值,从而提高水溶性;并且大豆蛋白作为一种廉价的蛋白,可以被微生物分解增加土壤肥力,并不会在使用过程中引入过多无机阴离子,大大减少了土壤板结的可能性。
本发明通过控制原始蛋白溶液和三十烷醇-乙醚溶液的浓度和用量使得三十烷醇装载有合适的蛋白基,在加强溶解性的同时也避免了过多的蛋白基所导致的三十烷醇被掩盖的问题,使得可溶性粉剂与水形成的药液的浓度保持稳定。
本发明第二方面提供了一种改性聚氧乙烯醚的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)将肉豆蔻酸甲酯、乙醇胺和氢氧化钾在氮气保护下反应反应2-6h,温度为120-150℃,反应结束后重结晶得到白色固体;
(2)将白色固体和氢氧化钾混合在一起,在氮气保护下升温至80-100℃,抽真空40-60min,将温度升高至120-160℃后加入环氧乙烷,反应至体系压力不再下降时,即得到改性聚氧乙烯醚。
所述步骤(1)中的肉豆蔻酸甲酯、乙醇胺和氢氧化钾的质量比为1:(0.25-0.35):(0.005-0.015)。
所述步骤(2)中的白色固体、氢氧化钾和环氧乙烷的质量比为1:(0.2-0.4):(1.4-1.6)。
本发明一方面通过控制原料的用量使得改性聚氧乙烯醚具有合适的亲水亲油平衡值,使之润湿性能提升,从而使得药液与作物接触后迅速铺展开来,提升药液的利用率;另一方面通过接枝酰胺基团增加了聚氧乙烯醚的水解稳定性和抗硬水的能力,使得可溶性粉剂与水形成的药液性状稳定。
所述分散剂为硅藻土、油酸钠和聚氨酯中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述分散剂为硅藻土。
本发明通过硅藻土吸收蛋白基改性三十烷醇中的多余去离子水,以温和的方式将其干燥成粉体,便于后续与其余粉末混合均匀。
本发明第三方面提供了一种复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
先将蛋白基改性三十烷醇与分散剂混合形成松散的粉末,再加入复硝酚钠和改性聚氧乙烯醚,翻拌均匀即得到复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂。
本发明通过对某些物质进行改性,制得了可溶性粉剂,与液体药剂相比,携带储存方便,而且减少了有机溶剂在农田里的应用,加强了对环境的保护。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.通过复硝酚钠和三十烷醇的复配,加强了对植物的生长调节,并通过配方比例的调整使之发挥最大的功效;
2.通过对三十烷醇进行蛋白基改性,改善了三十烷醇在水中的溶解性,避免了沉淀现象的产生,从而使得可溶性粉剂与水形成的药液浓度稳定;
3.通过对聚氧乙烯醚进行链长的选择和接枝酰胺基团,提升可溶性粉剂的整体润湿性能,使之便于在与作物的接触面铺展开来,提升药物的利用率。

为了方便本领域技术人员实施本发明,现对实施例和对比例的部分原料和厂家进行如下说明:
大豆蛋白购自河南省鲲华生物技术有限公司;
硅藻土购自东莞市森大硅藻土材料有限公司;
聚氧乙烯醚购自江苏省海安石油化工厂,型号为MOA-9。
制备例1
蛋白基改性三十烷醇-A的制备步骤如下:
S1、将10g大豆蛋白溶于500g去离子水,配成原始蛋白溶液,调节pH至中性,搅拌36h后滴加2500g三十烷醇-乙醚溶液,其中三十烷醇53g、乙醚2447g,避光搅拌3h;
S2、反应结束后旋蒸,再用去离子水定容至原来的体积,将离心后得到的上清液干燥至剩余至原体积的0.2,即得到蛋白基改性三十烷醇。
制备例2
蛋白基改性三十烷醇-B的制备步骤如下:
蛋白基改性三十烷醇-B的制备步骤与蛋白基改性三十烷醇-A的不同之处在于使用了20g大豆蛋白。

(1)将100g肉豆蔻酸甲酯、30.0g乙醇胺和1g氢氧化钾在氮气保护下反应反应4h,温度为130℃,反应结束后重结晶得到白色固体;
(2)将50g白色固体和15g氢氧化钾混合在一起,在氮气保护下升温至90℃,抽真空50min,将温度升高至140℃后加入75g环氧乙烷,反应至体系压力不再下降时,即得到改性聚氧乙烯醚-A。
制备例7
改性聚氧乙烯醚-B的制备步骤如下:
改性聚氧乙烯醚-B与改性聚氧乙烯醚-A的不同之处在于步骤(1)中使用了20.0g乙醇胺和0.4g氢氧化钾。

一种复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂,按照重量份计,包含以下原料:复硝酚钠8份、蛋白基改性三十烷醇-A 1份、改性聚氧乙烯醚-A 6份和硅藻土7份。
本实施例中复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
先将蛋白基改性三十烷醇-A与硅藻土混合形成松散的粉末,再加入复硝酚钠和改性聚氧乙烯醚-A,翻拌均匀即得到复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂。

性能测试:
1.水稻生长发育测试
试验地概况:
试验田常年稻麦轮作,地势平坦,土壤为沙壤土,有机质含量为13g/kg,pH 8.0,肥力较好,种植水稻品种为南粳9108,栽培方式为机插秧。
试验设计:
施用器械为大疆植保无人机,按照用量为4.7g可溶性粉剂与1L水配制药液,搅拌均匀,分别于水稻分蘖期(7.16)、拔节期(8.11)、齐穗期(8.30)各施用1次,各实施例和对比例的处理试验地面积为22亩,每次喷施时各加施98%磷酸二氢钾50g/亩。
调查时间和方法:
每次施药后第3、5、7天目测各处理区水稻有无药害现象发生。自第1次施药后,每7天调查1次水稻苗情,采取固定5点取样,每点调查20丛,记录叶龄及分蘖数。于9.18日水稻生长中后期测定水稻茎粗和壁厚。于10.22日测定水稻株高、穗长、基部第一节间、第二节间、穗下节间长度。
2.可溶性测试
按照性能测试1中配制好的药液装入50mL离心管中,静置6h后观察底部有无沉淀。
结果见表1。

由表1数据可知,实施例1-3的可溶性粉剂均对水稻的生长有促进作用,增长了稻穗,使得单位亩产增高,在通过与对比例2-3的比较,可以明显看出本发明的复硝酚钠和三十烷醇复配效果优于单一组分;由实施例1-7可知,实施例4-7的产量较实施例1-3的产量有一定的下降,且有沉淀的出现;由实施例1和实施例10-11可知,不同的改性聚氧乙烯醚对水稻的增产和药液的稳定性的影响效果不同;由实施例1和对比例1可知,改性聚氧乙烯醚比普通市售聚氧乙烯醚更能增加水稻的单位亩产且没有沉淀物的生成,可能是药剂润湿性的提高有助于有效成分的吸收而且通过改性增加了可溶性粉剂与水形成的药液的稳定性。

1.一种复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂,其特征在于,按照重量份计,包含以下原料:活性组分5-15份、改性聚氧乙烯醚4-8份和分散剂5-10份;
所述活性组分包含复硝酚钠和三十烷醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂,其特征在于,所述复硝酚钠和三十烷醇的质量比为(6-10):1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂,其特征在于,所述三十烷醇为蛋白基改性三十烷醇。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂,其特征在于,所述蛋白基改性三十烷醇的制备步骤如下:
S1、将大豆蛋白溶于去离子水,配成原始蛋白溶液,调节pH至中性,搅拌24-48h后滴加三十烷醇-乙醚溶液,避光搅拌1-5h;
S2、反应结束后旋蒸,再用去离子水定容至原来的体积,将离心后得到的上清液干燥至原有体积的0.1-0.3,即得到蛋白基改性三十烷醇。
5.根据权利要求4所述的复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂,其特征在于,所述原始蛋白溶液的浓度为10-30mg/g,三十烷醇-乙醚溶液的浓度为14-29mg/g。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂,其特征在于,所述改性聚氧乙烯醚的制备步骤如下:
(1)将肉豆蔻酸甲酯、乙醇胺和氢氧化钾在氮气保护下反应反应2-6h,温度为120-150℃,反应结束后重结晶得到白色固体;

8.根据权利要求6所述的复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的白色固体、氢氧化钾和环氧乙烷的质量比为1:(0.2-0.4):(1.4-1.6)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为硅藻土、油酸钠和聚氨酯中的一种或几种。
10.一种权利要求1-9任一项所述的复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法的步骤如下:
先将蛋白基改性三十烷醇与分散剂混合形成松散的粉末,再加入复硝酚钠和改性聚氧乙烯醚,翻拌均匀即得到复硝酚钠可溶性粉剂。
