Claims (8)

1. A mushroom head type hydraulic cylinder suitable for an ultrahigh pressure filter press comprises a cylinder body (1) and a piston rod (2) which reciprocates along an inner hole of the cylinder body (1), wherein a piston (3) which drives the piston rod (2) to move is arranged in the cylinder body (1); the piston rod (2) comprises a piston rod main body (21) and mushroom-shaped connectors (22) formed at the end part of the piston rod main body (21), wherein the mushroom-shaped connectors (22) and the piston (3) are positioned at the opposite ends of the piston rod (2); the mushroom type connector (22) is sleeved with a gland assembly (4) which moves synchronously with the mushroom type connector (22), the gland assembly (4) comprises a sleeve (41) and a mushroom seat (42) which are connected, an annular groove (23) which is axially clamped with the sleeve (41) is formed in the mushroom type connector (22), and an arc-shaped groove (46) which is matched with the end part of the mushroom type connector (22) is formed in the mushroom seat (42); the cylinder body (1) is connected with a protective sleeve (5) for guiding the piston rod (2) and the gland assembly (4) simultaneously; the protecting sleeve (5) comprises a piston rod guide sleeve (51), a transition sleeve (52) and a gland guide sleeve (53) which are concentrically arranged, a piston rod guide hole (58) for guiding the piston rod (2) is formed in the middle of the piston rod guide sleeve (51), and a gland guide hole (59) for guiding the gland assembly (4) is formed in the middle of the gland guide sleeve (53); the end part of the gland guide sleeve (53) is provided with a guide ring (55) which is abutted with the gland assembly (4), and the guide ring (55) comprises an abutting circular ring (56) and a calibrating circular ring (57) which are connected.

A mushroom head type hydraulic cylinder suitable for an ultrahigh pressure filter press according to claim 1, characterized in that the sleeve (41) is abutted against the mushroom seat (42), a positioning protrusion (44) which is clamped with the mushroom seat (42) is formed on the sleeve (41), and a connecting screw (43) which is connected with the mushroom seat (42) is arranged on the sleeve (41).

A mushroom head type hydraulic cylinder suitable for use in a super high pressure filter press according to claim 2, wherein the centerline of the sleeve (41) and the mushroom seat (42) coincides with the centerline of the piston rod main body (21), and the sleeve (41) is circumferentially flush with the mushroom seat (42).

A mushroom head type hydraulic cylinder suitable for use in a super high pressure filter press according to claim 1, wherein the mushroom seat (42) is formed with an oil filling port (45) communicating with an arc-shaped groove (46), and the oil filling port (45) is disposed along a radial direction of the piston rod main body (21).

The mushroom head type hydraulic cylinder suitable for the ultrahigh pressure filter press according to claim 1, wherein the piston rod guide sleeve (51) is arranged in the cylinder body (1) in an embedded mode, a limiting ring (54) arranged along the circumferential direction of the piston rod guide sleeve (51) is formed on the piston rod guide sleeve (51), and a matching groove (11) axially abutted with the limiting ring (54) is formed in the cylinder body (1).

The mushroom head type hydraulic cylinder suitable for the ultrahigh pressure filter press according to claim 5, wherein a pressing ring (7) for pressing the limiting ring (54) is further arranged in the cylinder body (1), and the pressing ring (7) and the cylinder body (1) are respectively abutted against two opposite sides of the limiting ring (54).

The mushroom head type hydraulic cylinder suitable for the ultrahigh pressure filter press according to claim 6, wherein a positioning ring (6) connected with the cylinder body (1), the compression ring (7) and the piston rod guide sleeve (51) is arranged at the end part of the cylinder body (1), an oil port (8) communicated with the interior of the cylinder body (1) is formed in the piston rod guide sleeve (51), and a fastening piece (61) connected with the cylinder body (1), the compression ring (7) and the piston rod guide sleeve (51) is arranged on the positioning ring (6).
8. A mushroom head type hydraulic cylinder suitable for use in a super high pressure filter press according to claim 1, wherein the end of the mushroom type connector (22) forms a spherical structure corresponding to the center line of the piston rod (2).
