setting a third acquisition authority of the rights resource of the new user terminal according to the real-name information and a preset third acquisition strategy;
and comprehensively controlling the new user to acquire rights and resources based on the first acquisition right, the second acquisition right and the third acquisition right.
2. The method for controlling access to resources of interest as recited in claim 1, wherein said step of identifying a new user added to the active page based on a preset user identification component and a preset historical user identification form comprises:
acquiring all user identification information added to the active page;
according to the user identification component, sequentially taking each piece of user identification information as a search field, and taking the historical user identification form as a search field, and identifying whether the current user identification information is in the historical user identification form or not;
if the current user identification information is in the historical user identification form, the current user is an old user added to the active page;
