The computer equipment can be a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a cloud server and other computing equipment. The computer equipment can perform man-machine interaction with a user through a keyboard, a mouse, a remote controller, a touch pad or voice control equipment and the like.

The above questionnaire return line up processing mode is completely independent of the offline operation of the agent, no additional expense of express delivery or agent leg running delivery exists, the workload of the agent is effectively reduced, the questionnaire return processing cost is reduced, the return flow processing efficiency is improved, the return experience and satisfaction of the user are improved, the working efficiency of auditors is improved, and further the nuclear insurance operation efficiency is improved.
The present application also provides another embodiment, namely, a computer-readable storage medium storing computer-readable instructions executable by at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the steps of the data processing method as described above.

1. A method of data processing comprising the steps of:
determining target users meeting preset questionnaire issuing conditions;
acquiring a target task type of an audit task corresponding to the target user;
acquiring a target questionnaire of the target task type, and generating a target link corresponding to the target questionnaire;
pushing the target link to the target user;
receiving feedback data corresponding to the target questionnaire returned after the target user processes the target link;
converting the feedback data to obtain converted target feedback data;
and displaying the target feedback data in a workbench interface of a target auditor corresponding to the auditing task.
2. The data processing method according to claim 1, wherein the step of pushing the target link to the target user specifically comprises:
acquiring user information of the target user;
determining a touch manner of the target user based on the user information;
and pushing the target link to the target user based on the touch mode.
3. The data processing method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising, before the step of acquiring a target questionnaire of the target task type and generating a target link corresponding to the target questionnaire:
Receiving a questionnaire configuration request triggered by an operator;
collecting facial feature information of the operator;
randomly screening a specified number of specified features from the facial biological feature information, and carrying out identity verification on the operator based on the specified features;
