The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to the specific circumstances.
As shown in fig. 1-2, in order to solve the problem that in the prior art, steam is easily condensed on the inner wall of the cabinet 11 due to too low temperature in the cabinet 11, the laundry care machine 1 of the present invention comprises the cabinet 11 and a box 12 disposed below the cabinet 11, a circulation air duct 120 and a steam generator (not shown in the drawing) are disposed in the box 12, the box 12 is communicated with the cabinet 11 through an air inlet 1201 and an air return 1202 of the circulation air duct 120 and a steam outlet 124 of the steam generator, and a fan 121, a fast auxiliary heating device 122 and a slow drying device 123 are disposed in the circulation air duct 120. Furthermore, the laundry machine 1 of the present invention further includes a door 13 which is fastened to the front sides of the cabinet 11 and the case 12, and in the state shown in fig. 1, the door 13 is in an opened state so as to more clearly show the internal structures of the cabinet 11 and the case 12. The laundry care machine 1 in the following steps is operated with reference to the structure of the laundry care machine 1 in fig. 1 and 2.
As shown in fig. 3, in order for the laundry care machine 1 to perform the steam care of the laundry, the temperature detection in the cabinet 11 is required, which specifically includes the following steps:
step S100: before starting the steam generator, detecting the temperature inside the cabinet 11;
step S200: the rapid thermal assist device 122 and the fan 121 are selectively activated to preheat the cabinet 11 according to the detected temperature.
The laundry machine 1 generally performs steam care on laundry in the cabinet 11 by generating steam through an internal steam generator, and the steam enters the cabinet 11 from the cabinet 12 through a steam outlet 124, and performs drying treatment on the laundry after a certain period of steam care. The steam generator may be of various forms including, but not limited to, a heat pipe type steam generator, an ultrasonic steam generator, etc., as the present application is not limited thereto. The conventional clothes care machine 1 directly starts a steam generator to perform steam care on clothes in the cabinet 11, but when the initial temperature in the cabinet 11 is low, steam enters the cabinet 11 and then encounters cold inner wall of the cabinet 11 to liquefy into water drops to be attached to the inner wall of the cabinet 11, so that energy is wasted and care efficiency is reduced. Accordingly, the present invention performs a subsequent operation according to the detected temperature by detecting the temperature inside the cabinet 11 before performing the steam care work.
As shown in fig. 4, another way for the laundry care machine 1 to detect the temperature in the cabinet 11 before performing steam care of the laundry, specifically includes the following steps:
step S100: before starting the steam generator, detecting the temperature inside the cabinet 11;
step S210: judging whether the temperature in the cabinet 11 is smaller than a first preset value;
step S2101: when the detected temperature is less than the first preset value, the rapid auxiliary heating device 122 and the fan 121 are activated so as to introduce hot air into the cabinet 11 and thus preheat the cabinet 11;
step S2102: when the detected temperature is greater than or equal to a first preset value, the steam generator is directly started to introduce steam into the cabinet 11.
The temperature in the cabinet 11 is detected before the clothes are nursed, when the temperature in the cabinet 11 is lower than a first preset value, the temperature in the cabinet 11 is proved to be lower, steam is directly conveyed into the cabinet 11 at the moment to be easily condensed on the inner wall of the cabinet 11, therefore, the quick auxiliary heating device 122 and the fan 121 are required to be started, the fan 121 drives the air heated by the quick auxiliary heating device 122 to be conveyed into the cabinet 11, meanwhile, cold air in the cabinet 11 moves into the circulating air duct 120 through the return air inlet 1202, the cold air moves to the quick auxiliary heating device 122 to be heated by the quick auxiliary heating device 122, and the heated air is brought back into the cabinet 11 by the fan 121 again, so that the temperature in the cabinet 11 is improved, the temperature of the inner wall of the cabinet 11 is improved, and the hot air is prevented from being condensed on the inner wall of the cabinet 11.
It should be noted that, after the quick auxiliary heating device 122 is started, the temperature in the cabinet 11 may be detected in real time, when the temperature in the cabinet 11 is detected to be greater than or equal to the first preset value, the quick auxiliary heating device 122 is controlled to stop running, the steam generator is started to perform steam care operation, or the quick auxiliary heating device 122 may be closed at regular time, that is, after the cabinet 11 is preheated for T1 time, the quick auxiliary heating device 122 is directly controlled to stop running, and then the steam generator is started to introduce steam into the cabinet 11. The above operations are not limiting and are therefore within the scope of the invention.
It should be noted that, in the above step S2102, when the temperature in the cabinet 11 is equal to or greater than the first preset value, the steam generator is directly started to introduce steam into the cabinet 11, and the first preset value is the threshold value, so that the first preset value may be drawn into the step S2101, as a determination condition for starting the quick heat assist device 122, that is, when the temperature in the cabinet 11 is equal to or less than the first preset value, the quick heat assist device 122 and the fan 121 are started to introduce hot air into the cabinet 11 and thus preheat the cabinet 11, which is not limited in this disclosure. The second preset value and the third preset value are both threshold values, and therefore, the definition of the second preset value and the third preset value is the same as that of the first preset value, and are not repeated here.
As shown in fig. 5, the whole working flow of the steam nursing machine specifically comprises the following steps:
step S100: before starting the steam generator, detecting the temperature inside the cabinet 11;
step S210: judging whether the temperature in the cabinet 11 is smaller than a first preset value;
step S2101: when the detected temperature is less than the first preset value, the rapid auxiliary heating device 122 and the fan 121 are activated so as to introduce hot air into the cabinet 11 and thus preheat the cabinet 11;
step S2102: when the detected temperature is greater than or equal to a first preset value, directly starting a steam generator to introduce steam into the cabinet 11;
step S300: after the steam T2 is introduced into the cabinet 11 for a period of time, detecting the temperature in the circulating air duct 120;
step S310: judging whether the temperature in the circulating air duct 120 is less than a second preset value;
step S3101: when the temperature in the circulation duct 120 is greater than or equal to a second preset value, the slow drying device 123 is directly started to execute a drying mode;
step S3102: when the temperature in the circulating air duct 120 is smaller than a second preset value, the quick auxiliary heating device 122 is started to preheat the slow drying device 123, and the slow drying device 123 is started to execute a drying mode until the temperature in the circulating air duct 120 is larger than or equal to the second preset value;
step S400: detecting the humidity in the circulation duct 120 in real time during the execution of the drying mode;
step S410: judging whether the humidity in the circulating air duct 120 is less than a third preset value;
step S4101: when the humidity in the circulation duct 120 is less than the third preset value, the slow drying device 123 is controlled to stop operating, and the drying mode is ended.
After the steam nursing work for the clothes in the cabinet 11 is finished, the steam generator is turned off, and the subsequent drying operation is carried out on the clothes. In order to avoid the decrease in the efficiency of the slow drying device 123 in drying laundry under the condition of low temperature, the temperature in the laundry care machine 1 is detected before the drying operation is performed, at this time, the ambient temperature in which the slow drying device 123 is located can be determined by detecting the temperature in the circulation duct 120, when the temperature in the circulation duct 120 is lower than the second preset value, the working efficiency of the slow drying device 123 is decreased, at this time, the laundry care machine 1 needs to be heated to increase the ambient temperature in which the slow drying device 123 is located, so that the fast auxiliary heating device 122 and the fan 121 are started to heat the laundry care machine 1, and when the temperature in the circulation duct 120 is detected to be greater than or equal to the second preset value, the operation of the slow drying device 123 is not affected by the ambient temperature at this time, and therefore, the fast auxiliary heating device 122 is turned off, and the slow drying device 123 is started to dry the laundry in the cabinet 11. The humidity in the circulation duct 120 is detected during the drying of the laundry, and when the detected humidity is lower than a third preset value, it is verified that the laundry has been dried, and at this time, the slow drying device 123 is turned off, and the drying mode is ended until the laundry care work is ended.
The above-mentioned detection of the humidity in the circulation duct 120 may adopt a real-time detection manner or a timing detection manner, that is, after the cabinet 11 is dried for a period of time, the humidity in the circulation duct 120 is detected, and whether to continue the drying operation is determined according to the detected humidity value; the humidity in the circulation duct 120 may be detected in real time, and when the humidity in the cabinet 11 is detected to be equal to or higher than the third preset value, the slow drying device 123 is turned off, and the drying mode is terminated. The above operations are not limiting and are therefore within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present invention, when clothes do not need steam care but only need drying operation, clothes can be directly dried by using the clothes care machine 1, and in order to ensure the working efficiency of the slow drying device 123, detection needs to be performed before the drying operation, and specifically includes the following steps:
step S1: before the slow drying device 123 is started, detecting the temperature in the circulating air duct 120;
step S2: the fast auxiliary heating device 122 is selectively started to preheat the slow drying device 123 according to the detected temperature.
As shown in fig. 7, in one embodiment, the method for detecting the temperature in the circulation duct 120 before the drying operation specifically includes the following steps:
step S1: before the slow drying device 123 is started, detecting the temperature in the circulating air duct 120;
step S21: judging whether the temperature in the circulating air duct 120 is less than a second preset value;
step S211: when the temperature in the circulation duct 120 is greater than or equal to a second preset value, the slow drying device 123 is directly started to execute a drying mode;
step S212: when the temperature in the circulation duct 120 is less than the second preset value, the quick auxiliary heating device 122 is started to preheat the slow drying device 123, and the slow drying device 123 is started to execute the drying mode until the temperature in the circulation duct 120 is greater than or equal to the second preset value.
The working principle of detecting the temperature in the circulation duct 120 before the drying operation is the same as the working principle of detecting the temperature in the circulation duct 120 in the steps S310, S3101 and S3102, and will not be described in detail here.
In addition, it should be noted that the slow drying device 123 in the present application may be a heat pump drying device, which includes an evaporator, a condenser and a compressor, and in practical application, the heat pump drying device actually further includes other components for refrigerant circulation, such as a four-way valve, an expansion valve, etc., which are not described in detail herein, except that they are common knowledge in the related art. In addition, although the slow drying device 123 is described herein as a heat pump drying device, this is not limiting, and one skilled in the art may select other forms of drying devices as desired, as long as they have a lower drying efficiency than the fast auxiliary heating device 122.
In summary, the quick auxiliary heating device 122 is disposed in the case 12 of the laundry care machine 1, in order to avoid the waste of energy caused by the steam entering into the cabinet 11 and condensing on the inner wall of the cabinet 11, the temperature in the cabinet 11 is detected before the steam generator is started, when the temperature in the cabinet 11 is lower than the first preset value, the quick auxiliary heating device 122 and the fan 121 are started, the air in the cabinet 11 is heated to raise the temperature in the cabinet 11, when the temperature in the cabinet 11 is higher than or equal to the first preset value, the quick auxiliary heating device 122 is closed, and the steam generator is started to perform the steam care operation of the laundry. After the steam care work is finished, the clothes are required to be subjected to subsequent drying operation, in order to ensure that the slow drying device 123 can be subjected to efficient operation, the temperature in the circulating air duct 120 is detected before the drying operation is performed, so that whether the current temperature can ensure the working efficiency of the slow drying device 123 is judged, when the temperature in the circulating air duct 120 is lower than a second preset value, the operation of the slow drying device 123 is not facilitated, the quick auxiliary heating device 122 and the fan 121 are required to be started to heat the clothes care machine 1 until the temperature in the circulating air duct 120 is higher than or equal to the second preset value, and then the slow drying device 123 is started to dry the clothes. The invention judges to carry out subsequent operation according to the temperature before steam nursing or before drying operation, thereby reducing the waste of energy and improving the working efficiency.
Thus far, the technical solution of the present invention has been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of protection of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent modifications and substitutions for related technical features may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present invention, and such modifications and substitutions will fall within the scope of the present invention.
