Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, as shown in the drawings, an embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent quota management method based on vendor grading, which is applied to a management server 10, and the method is executed by application software installed in the management server 10, the management server 10 is connected to a purchasing end 20 through a network to realize transmission of data information, and the management server 10 is also connected to a supply end 30 through a network to realize transmission of data information. The supply end 30 is a terminal device configured on the side of a provider and used for displaying and processing information, the management server 10 is a server for interfacing the purchasing end 20 and the supply end 30 to realize quota allocation and management, and the management server 10 can be a management server configured on the side of a management platform and used for quota management; the purchasing end 20 is a terminal device configured at one side of the purchasing party, and the purchasing party can realize quota allocation management on each supplier through the purchasing end 20 so as to facilitate the purchasing end 20 to select the suppliers and purchase the products. The purchasing end 20 and the supplying end 30 may be terminal devices such as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer or a mobile phone. In fig. 2, only one purchasing end 20 and one supply end 30 are shown to be respectively connected with the management server 10 in a network manner, and one purchasing end 20, the management server 10 and one supply end 30 are combined into one supply chain; in the practical application process, multiple purchasing terminals 20 and multiple supplying terminals 30 can be configured to be connected with the management server 10 through a network. As shown in FIG. 1, the method includes steps S110 to S150.
S110, if a quota allocation request and a purchase order from the purchasing end are received, scoring information corresponding to the quota allocation request is obtained.
And if a quota allocation request and a purchase order from the purchasing end are received, obtaining grading information corresponding to the quota allocation request. The purchasing end can input a quota allocation request and a purchasing order to the management server, and the management server obtains scoring values corresponding to the suppliers from a supplier database according to the suppliers contained in the quota allocation request, so that scoring information corresponding to the quota allocation request is obtained. Wherein the quota allocation request may include a plurality of selected suppliers; the supplier database contains basic information of all suppliers, wherein the basic information comprises information such as supplier type, supplier identification, supply time information, product quality detection information, enterprise scale, supply location, supply price, grading value and the like.
In a specific embodiment, step S110 includes the sub-steps of: acquiring provider basic information corresponding to the quota allocation request from the provider database; obtaining a scoring item corresponding to the quota allocation request as a target scoring item according to a preset scoring rule; extracting the score item data of each supplier from the basic information of the supplier according to the target score item; and scoring the scoring item data of each provider according to the scoring rule to obtain the scoring value of each provider as the scoring information.
Specifically, if the basic information of the supplier in the supplier database contains the grading value, the grading value can be directly obtained for use, and if the basic information of the supplier does not contain the grading value, the grading value of the supplier can be obtained according to the supply time information and the product quality detection information in the basic information. Specifically, according to the supplier included in the quota allocation request, basic information corresponding to the supplier in the quota allocation request can be obtained from a supplier database and used as basic information of the supplier. For example, the acquired provider base information includes supply time information, product quality detection information, enterprise scale, supply location, and supply price.
The management server is pre-configured with a scoring rule, the quota allocation request comprises a material type to be allocated, and a scoring item matched with the material type can be obtained as a target scoring item from a plurality of scoring items contained in the scoring rule according to the material type. For example, if the material type in the quota allocation request is daily necessities, and the scoring items corresponding to the material type of the daily necessities are the supply time information, the product quality detection information and the enterprise scale, the three scoring items can be determined to be target scoring items.
Further, the scoring item data of each supplier is extracted from the basic supplier information according to the target scoring item, so that the scoring item data corresponding to one target scoring item can be correspondingly obtained from the basic supplier information of each supplier, and a plurality of scoring item data corresponding to a plurality of target scoring items of each supplier can be obtained to serve as a basis for scoring. For example, the score data corresponding to the supply time information is the supply reliability (the count of the number of times the supply time of each supply of the supplier is within the contracted supply period), the score data corresponding to the product quality detection information is the quality qualification rate (the count of the number of times the quality detection of each supply of the supplier is qualified), and the score data corresponding to the enterprise scale is the scale factor (the ratio between the number of staff in the enterprise and the preset number of persons).
And scoring the scoring item data of each provider according to a scoring rule, wherein the scoring rule comprises a weighting coefficient corresponding to each target scoring item, and the scoring data of the same provider corresponding to the target scoring item can be subjected to weighted calculation through the weighting coefficient, so that scoring values for scoring the provider by integrating a plurality of target scoring items are obtained. And obtaining scoring values corresponding to the suppliers respectively to obtain the scoring information.
And S120, grading suppliers contained in the grading information according to a preset grading rule so as to acquire supplier grades corresponding to the grading information.
And grading suppliers contained in the grading information according to preset grading rules so as to acquire supplier grades corresponding to the grading information. Further, the suppliers included in the scoring information may be ranked according to a preset ranking rule, that is, the scoring values of the suppliers in the scoring information may be ranked according to the ranking rule, so as to obtain the grade of the supplier corresponding to the supplier in the scoring information.
In a specific embodiment, step S120 includes the sub-steps of: obtaining scoring intervals in which scoring values of all suppliers in the scoring information are matched in the grading rule; and obtaining the grade of the scoring interval corresponding to each supplier as the matched supplier grade.
Specifically, scoring intervals in which scoring values of all suppliers in the scoring information are matched in a grading rule can be obtained, and the grading rule comprises a plurality of scoring intervals. For example, the grading rule includes five scoring intervals, A90, 100, B80,89, C70, 79, D60,69, E0,59, respectively. And if the scoring value of the provider in the scoring information is between 0 and 100, the matched scoring interval can be obtained according to the scoring value of the provider. Further, according to the scoring interval of which the scoring values of the suppliers are matched, the grade of the scoring interval is obtained as the grade of the supplier matched with the supplier. According to the method, the provider grade corresponding to each provider can be obtained through the grading rule.
S130, determining initial quota corresponding to each supplier according to preset quota allocation strategy, the purchase order and the supplier grade corresponding to the grading information.
And determining initial quota corresponding to each supplier according to preset quota allocation strategy, the purchase order and the supplier grade corresponding to the grading information. According to a quota allocation strategy pre-configured by the management server and in combination with the provider grade corresponding to the grading information, quota allocation can be carried out on the purchase quantity in the purchase order, so that initial quota corresponding to each provider is determined. The purchase order is the order information which is input by the purchasing party and needs to be subjected to the goods purchase, and the purchase order contains the information such as the purchase quantity, the delivery time, the purchase unit price and the like of the goods purchase. The quota allocation policy may be used to allocate a quota to each level of suppliers to share the purchase quantity to each supplier to determine an initial quota for each supplier.
In a specific embodiment, step S130 includes the sub-steps of: acquiring an allocation strategy matched with the purchase order in the quota allocation strategy as a target allocation strategy; determining the number of suppliers corresponding to each allocation grade in the grade range according to the grade range in the quota allocation strategy and the supplier grade corresponding to the grading information; quota allocation is carried out on the suppliers with the allocation levels according to the target allocation strategy and the purchase order, so that initial quota of each supplier is determined.
Specifically, the quota allocation policies include a plurality of allocation policies, each allocation policy corresponds to an order numerical range, and according to the purchase quantity included in the purchase order, the purchase quantity is matched with the order numerical range of each allocation policy, so that the allocation policy with the matched order numerical range and the purchase quantity is obtained as the target allocation policy.
The quota allocation policy also includes a level range, that is, level information corresponding to providers that can participate in quota allocation. For example, if the level range is level a and level B, the level within the level range may be determined to be the distribution level, and the number of suppliers corresponding to each distribution level may be determined according to the supplier level corresponding to the scoring information. For example, the number of suppliers corresponding to the level a may be determined as a, and the number of suppliers corresponding to the level B may be determined as B; wherein a and b are integers not less than zero.
In the embodiment, since the quota allocation is performed by default to the suppliers of the level a and the level B, whether the sum of a and B is zero can be determined, and if so, prompt information that the quota allocation cannot be performed is fed back to the purchasing terminal; if not, continuing to execute the subsequent steps. For the suppliers with grade C in the grade of suppliers corresponding to the grading information, the supplier rectifying and modifying flow can be automatically initiated to promote the suppliers to complete rectifying and modifying and improve the grading values; for the suppliers with grade D in the supplier grades corresponding to the grading information, the freezing of the suppliers can be automatically initiated, and no transaction is carried out with the suppliers in the frozen state until the frozen state is released; for suppliers with grade E in the supplier grade corresponding to the grading information, the suppliers can be automatically added into the blacklist.
Further, quota allocation is performed on the suppliers with the allocation levels according to the target allocation policy and the purchase order, so that initial quota of each supplier is determined. The target allocation strategy comprises an allocation coefficient calculation formula and a value of the allocation coefficient, wherein the allocation coefficient calculation formula can be expressed by adopting a formula (1):
(1);
wherein a is the number of suppliers corresponding to class A, B is the number of suppliers corresponding to class B, r is the distribution coefficient in the target distribution strategy, e is the natural logarithmic base, f a For calculating the distribution coefficient corresponding to the class A, f b And (5) calculating the distribution coefficient corresponding to the grade B.
For example, the relationship between each order value range and the allocation coefficient r in the quota allocation policy is shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Order value range r
≤1000 0.1
>1000 and less than or equal to 5000 0.2
>5000 and less than or equal to 10000 0.3
>10000 and less than or equal to 50000 0.4
>50000 0.5
Further, quota allocation can be performed on the purchase quantity in the purchase order according to the allocation coefficient corresponding to each allocation grade. Specifically, the initial quota allocated to each provider corresponding to the level a may be expressed by using formula (2):
(2);
wherein S is the purchase quantity in the purchase order, P a For assigning the grade corresponding to the grade A An initial quota of the vendor.
Similarly, the initial quota allocated to each provider corresponding to level B may be expressed by equation (3):
(3);
wherein P is b And (5) allocating initial quota of each provider corresponding to the grade B.
S140, carrying out quota verification on the initial quota of each supplier according to a preset supplier database and the purchase order, and obtaining a verification result of whether the initial quota passes or not.
And carrying out quota checking on the initial quota of each supplier according to a preset supplier database and the purchase order to obtain a checking result of whether the initial quota passes or not. Further, quota verification can be performed on the initial quota of each supplier according to the supplier database and the purchase order, so that whether the initial quota of each supplier is matched with the actual generating capacity of the initial quota is verified, and if the actual generating capacity of the supplier can meet the order requirement of the initial quota, a verification result is obtained; if the actual production capacity of the provider does not meet the order requirement of the corresponding initial quota, a non-passing verification result is obtained. And after quota verification is carried out, verification results corresponding to all suppliers respectively can be obtained.
In a specific embodiment, step S140 includes the sub-steps of: determining the supply amount of each supplier according to the supplier database and the purchase order; and checking whether the initial quota of each supplier is not greater than the corresponding supply amount so as to obtain a checking result of whether the initial quota passes or not.
Specifically, the supply amount for each provider may be determined based on the provider database and the delivery time in the purchase order. Specifically, the corresponding supply duration can be determined according to the generation time and delivery time of the purchase order, and the expected production amount of each supplier can be further determined according to the capacity information and the supply duration corresponding to each supplier in the supplier database.
For example, the supply duration is 10 days, and the maximum capacity per day in the capacity information of a certain provider is 500, and the expected production amount corresponding to the provider is 10×500=5000.
Further, an ordered production amount, i.e., a production amount that has been ordered according to the purchase order, is obtained from the supplier database after the time of generation of the purchase order. If the ordered production amount is smaller than the predicted production amount, calculating the difference between the predicted production amount and the ordered production amount of each supplier to obtain the corresponding goods supply amount of each supplier; the supply amount is the product amount that the supplier can actually produce and offer before the delivery time of the purchase order, i.e., the supply amount can represent the actual production capacity of the supplier.
Further, checking whether the initial quota of each supplier is not greater than the corresponding supply amount, if the initial quota is not greater than the supply amount, indicating that the supplier can finish the production of the product corresponding to the initial quota before the delivery time of the purchase order, and obtaining a checking result passing the checking; if the initial quota is greater than the supply amount, the supplier is indicated that the product production corresponding to the initial quota cannot be completed before the delivery time of the purchase order, and a verification result that the verification is failed is obtained.
S150, combining the initial quota of the provider, which is the passing result of the verification, into quota allocation information and sending the quota allocation information to the purchasing terminal.
And combining the initial quota of the provider, the verification result of which is passed, into quota allocation information and sending the quota allocation information to the purchasing terminal. Further, according to the verification results, initial quotas of the suppliers passing through all the verification results are obtained and combined, so that quota allocation information is obtained and sent to the purchasing end, and the purchasing end can purchase and pay products according to the quota allocation information, so that the actual purchasing flow corresponding to the purchasing order is processed.
In a specific embodiment, after step S150, the method further includes the steps of: if the suppliers with the checking results not passing are present, adjusting the initial quota of each supplier according to a preset quota adjusting rule and the supply amount to obtain an adjusted quota of each supplier; and combining the adjustment quota of each provider into quota allocation information and sending the quota allocation information to the purchasing terminal.
If the verification result is that the suppliers do not pass, the initial quota of each supplier can be adjusted according to the preset quota adjustment rule and the supply amount. The quota adjustment rule includes a quota adjustment sequence, for example, the quota adjustment sequence is first adjusted in the same level and then adjusted across levels. Specifically, an excess amount corresponding to the provider whose verification result is not passed, that is, a difference between an initial quota and a supply amount of the provider, may be obtained first; judging whether the total amount of the vacancies of other suppliers in the same grade as the supplier which does not pass through the checking result is larger than the exceeding amount according to the quota adjusting sequence, wherein the total amount of the vacancies is an accumulated value of the vacancies of other suppliers in the same grade, namely the difference value between the supply amounts of other suppliers in the same grade and the initial quota; if the total amount of the vacancies is larger than the excess amount, the initial quota of each supplier is adjusted in the same level according to the excess amount, and the adjusted quota of each supplier can be obtained after adjustment.
For example, if the verification result of the B1 provider corresponding to the level B is that the level B does not pass, the excess amount of the B1 provider is 500, the vacancy amount of the B2 provider of the same level is 180, and the vacancy amount of the B3 provider of the same level is 420, the total vacancy amount is 600. At this time, if the total amount of the vacancies of the other suppliers of the same level is larger than the excess amount (600 is larger than 500), 500×180/600 can be added on the basis of the initial quota of the B2 supplier, so as to adjust the initial quota of the B2 supplier, and the adjusted quota is increased by 150 compared with the initial quota; 500×420/600 is added on the basis of the initial quota of the B3 provider to adjust the initial quota of the B3 provider, and the adjusted quota is increased 350 compared with the initial quota.
If the total amount of the vacancies of the other suppliers in the same level is not greater than the excess amount, the total amount of the vacancies of the other suppliers in all levels is further obtained, and whether the total amount of the vacancies is greater than the excess amount is judged, wherein the total amount of the vacancies is an accumulated value of the vacancies of the other suppliers in each level, and the vacancies are the difference between the supply amounts of the other suppliers and the initial quota. If the total amount of the vacancies is greater than the excess amount, the initial quota of each provider is adjusted between the providers according to the excess amount, and the adjusted quota of each provider can be obtained after adjustment, and the adjustment needs to be performed by combining the providers of each level at the moment, and the specific adjustment process is similar to the above example, and only the level of the provider is expanded. If the total amount of the vacancies is not greater than the excess amount, a prompt message of quota allocation overflow can be generated and sent to the purchasing terminal.
After adjustment, the adjustment quota of each provider can be combined into quota allocation information and sent to the purchasing end.
In a specific embodiment, after step S150, the method further includes the steps of: and if the allocation confirmation information from the purchasing end is received, updating the corresponding data information in the provider database according to the quota allocation information.
Further, the purchasing side can receive quota allocation information through the purchasing side and confirm the quota allocation information, if allocation confirmation information fed back by the purchasing side according to the quota allocation information is received, corresponding data information in the supplier database can be updated according to the quota allocation information, and here, the ordered production amount of each supplier in the supplier database can be updated. The production amount allocated by each supplier in each day is stored in the ordered production amount of the supplier database, and then corresponding values can be added in the production amount allocated by each day of the supplier according to the quota allocation information and the quota value corresponding to each supplier, so that the corresponding data information in the supplier database is updated according to the quota allocation information.
For example, when the current date is 1 month and 5 days, the ordered production amount of a certain supplier, which is not updated, is obtained by taking 1 month and 5 days as the starting date, as shown in table 2.
TABLE 2
And acquiring a date corresponding to one production amount which is closest to the current date and is not zero from the subscribed production amount which is not updated by the supplier, determining the date as a target change date, and sequentially updating the production amounts of the target change date and the following date according to the quota value corresponding to the supplier in the single-day maximum capacity and quota allocation information of the supplier. Then, according to the example of table 2, it may be determined that the target change date is 1 month and 7 days, and the production amounts corresponding to the suppliers are updated sequentially, that is, the production amounts on 1 month and 7 days and later in the above table 2 are updated.
The production amount of the ordered production amount at a date after the target date can be changed to be the single-day maximum capacity of the supplier corresponding to the more ordered production amount, and the quota value corresponding to the supplier in the quota allocation information is deducted according to the changed production amount until the quota value is deducted to be 0.
For example, according to the above modification, the production amount of 1 month 7 and later in table 2 may be modified to be 500 of the maximum capacity of the supplier per day, and the quota value corresponding to the supplier in the quota allocation information may be deducted according to the modified production amount until the quota value is deducted to 0. And if the quota value corresponding to the supplier in the allocation information is 1200, updating the ordered production amount in the table 2 according to the quota value and the corresponding single-day maximum capacity, and then obtaining the updated ordered production amount as shown in table 3.
TABLE 3 Table 3
The method can update the ordered production amount of each supplier contained in the quota allocation information in the supplier database, the updating process can update the corresponding data information in the supplier database according to the quota allocation information, and the data information in the supplier database is updated, so that the follow-up quota checking of other purchase orders and corresponding initial quotas according to the supplier database can be facilitated, and the reliability of the quota allocation management of the suppliers is improved.
In the intelligent quota management method based on vendor classification disclosed in the above embodiment, the method includes: obtaining grading information according to a quota allocation request and a purchase order sent by a purchase end, grading suppliers contained in the grading information according to grading rules to obtain corresponding supplier grades, determining initial quota of each supplier according to a quota allocation strategy, the purchase order and the supplier grades, and checking the initial quota according to a supplier database and the purchase order to obtain a checking result whether the checking result passes or not; and combining the initial quota of the provider, the verification result of which is passed, into quota allocation information and sending the quota allocation information to the purchasing end. According to the intelligent quota management method based on the supplier grading, the grading information can be automatically acquired, the supplier grade can be determined, the initial quota of each supplier is determined according to the supplier grade and verified, the quota allocation management efficiency of the suppliers is greatly improved, and meanwhile the reliability of the quota allocation management of the suppliers is improved.
