The elastic protrusion 47 plays a role of enhancing air tightness, but itself continuously passes through one end of the oil outlet passage 32 along with the sliding of the clogging seat 3, and is contaminated with the lubricating grease, so that the check ball 33 can be omitted by utilizing this characteristic.
