the washing tablet comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35 parts of water-soluble copolymer, 80 parts of surfactant, 3 parts of color protection microcapsule, 10 parts of auxiliary materials and 45 parts of deionized water.
The method comprises the following steps:
1) Dissolving a water-soluble copolymer in deionized water, and stirring at 55 ℃ until the water-soluble copolymer is completely dissolved to obtain a first solution; wherein the water-soluble copolymer is carbomer.
2) Adding a surfactant into the first solution, controlling the temperature to 78 ℃, and stirring to obtain uniform slurry; drying the slurry to obtain 4-5g of washing piece single piece; the surfactant is an ionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant in a mass ratio of 3:1, wherein the ionic surfactant is sodium lauryl sulfate, and the nonionic surfactant is AEO9.
3) Dispersing the auxiliary materials and the color protecting microcapsules in deionized water, coating the deionized water on the surface of the single piece of the washing sheet obtained in the step 2), relatively bonding and extruding the surface coated with the auxiliary materials and the color protecting microcapsules, shearing, punching and packaging the surface to obtain the washing sheet with the color absorbing function.
The auxiliary materials comprise small molecular peptide complex enzyme, a softening agent (the commercial products have the function of the softening agent and are not limited herein, such as sodium stearyl succinate sulfonate), an antibacterial agent (the commercial products have the antibacterial function and are not limited herein, such as quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent) and a wetting agent (the commercial wetting agent is not limited herein, such as mannitol), the small molecular peptide complex enzyme, the softening agent and the antibacterial agent are in a mass ratio of 1:2:2:1. The small molecule peptide complex enzyme is a complex formed by mixing small molecule peptide powder and complex enzyme according to a mixing ratio of 1:5. The mass ratio of the complex enzyme is 3:2:3:1:1 liquid amylase, liquid protease, liquid lipase, liquid cellulase and cutinase
Example 3
The embodiment provides a method for preparing a washing sheet with color protection function and color absorption function,
the washing sheet is a single washing sheet with a washing function, and the color protecting microcapsules and the adhesive layer are coated on the opposite surfaces of the single washing sheet, and the adhesive layer is auxiliary materials with an adhesive effect;
the washing tablet comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of water-soluble copolymer, 96 parts of surfactant, 5 parts of color protection microcapsule, 15 parts of auxiliary materials and 50 parts of deionized water.
The method comprises the following steps:
1) Dissolving a water-soluble copolymer in deionized water, and stirring at 55 ℃ until the water-soluble copolymer is completely dissolved to obtain a first solution; wherein the water-soluble copolymer is a polyvinyl alcohol copolymer.
2) Adding a surfactant into the first solution, controlling the temperature to be 85 ℃, and stirring to obtain uniform slurry; drying the slurry to obtain 4-5g of washing piece single piece; the surfactant is sodium lauryl sulfate with a mass ratio of 3:2:1, and the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is mixed with AEO9.
3) Dispersing the auxiliary materials and the color protecting microcapsules in deionized water, coating the deionized water on the surface of the single piece of the washing sheet obtained in the step 2), relatively bonding and extruding the surface coated with the auxiliary materials and the color protecting microcapsules, shearing, punching and packaging the surface to obtain the washing sheet with the color absorbing function.

Color absorption performance detection test:
sample preparation: 3 pieces of small pieces of 8cm x 8cm in size were cut out from the color-absorbing nonwoven fabrics in examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 1 as samples.
The test method comprises the following steps: the washing process of the washing machine is simulated, a sample is placed in a reactive dye solution, absorbance (A0) of the sample is measured at the maximum absorption wavelength by a UV1102 ultraviolet spectrophotometer, then the sample is placed in the sample, the sample is turned over at a speed of 50rpm for 10min, the sample is filtered out, absorbance (A1) of residual liquid after color absorption is measured, initial color absorption rate is measured according to (1-A1/A0) x 100%, and the higher the initial color absorption rate is, the higher the color absorption performance is. Each group of samples was measured 3 times, and the average value thereof was taken as a test result, and the test result is shown in table 1.
Preparing a reactive dye solution: the reactive dye TP-RV brilliant blue dye purchased from the Buddha Alternarix industrial and trade company, is dissolved in water to obtain a reactive dye solution with the mass concentration of 0.2%.

The relative ash content of the tablets prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative example 2 was examined in comparison to the standard laundry detergent according to national standard GB/T13174-2008, and the results are set forth in Table 2.

As can be seen from tables 1 and 2, the washing sheet prepared by the invention has the advantages of good detergency and good color absorbing capacity, and can not deposit insoluble substances on clothes in use.
While the invention has been described with respect to preferred embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications and additions may be made without departing from the scope of the invention. Equivalent embodiments of the present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art having the benefit of the teachings disclosed herein, when considered in the light of the foregoing disclosure, and without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention; meanwhile, any equivalent changes, modifications and evolution of the above embodiments according to the essential technology of the present invention still fall within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. The washing sheet with the color absorbing function is characterized by comprising two layers of washing sheet singlechips with the washing function, color protection microcapsules coated on the opposite surfaces of the washing sheet singlechips and an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer is an auxiliary material with an adhesive effect; the washing sheet comprises the following components in parts by weight: 24-40 parts of water-soluble copolymer, 58-96 parts of surfactant, 1-5 parts of color-protecting microcapsule, 5-15 parts of auxiliary material and 15-50 parts of deionized water.
2. The laundry sheet with color absorbing function according to claim 1, wherein the water-soluble copolymer comprises one or more of polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl alcohol copolymer, acrylic acid, maleic acid copolymer and carbomer.
3. A laundry tablet with color absorbing function according to claim 1, wherein the surfactant comprises an ionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant in a mass ratio of 1-5:1.
4. A laundry tablet with color absorbing function according to claim 3, wherein the ionic surfactant comprises one or more of alkylbenzene sulfonate, alkyl sulfonate, lauryl sulfate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, alpha-olefin sulfonate, fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, fatty acid salt; the nonionic surfactant is one or more selected from fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty acid polyoxyethylene ester, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, alkyl alcohol amide and alkyl glycoside.
5. The washing tablet with the color absorbing function according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary materials comprise small molecular peptide complex enzyme, softening agent, antibacterial agent and wetting agent, and the mass ratio of the small molecular peptide complex enzyme to the softening agent to the antibacterial agent to the wetting agent is 1:2:2:1.
6. The washing tablet with the color absorbing function according to claim 5, wherein the small molecule peptide complex enzyme is a complex of small molecule peptide powder and complex enzyme mixed according to a mixing ratio of 1:5.
7. The washing sheet with color absorbing function according to claim 6, wherein the complex enzyme comprises the following components in mass ratio of 3:2:3:1:1 liquid amylase, liquid protease, liquid lipase, liquid cellulase and cutinase.
8. A laundry tablet with color absorbing function according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the color protecting microcapsules are prepared by the following method:
preparing an aqueous solution of 1% by mass of sodium polystyrene sulfonate, 0.3% by mass of zinc alkenyl succinic anhydride-modified starch and 4% by mass of cationic guar gum solution; preparing an oil solution containing 15% of imidazoline type cationic color fixative or quaternary ammonium salt type cationic color fixative and 5% of caprylic acid/capric acid triglyceride; mixing the above water solution and oil solution, homogenizing at 8000-10000rpm for 1-5min, adding glutaraldehyde with mass fraction of 0.53%, adjusting pH to 2-3, and solidifying at 50-60deg.C for 2 hr to obtain color protecting microcapsule.
9. A method for preparing a laundry sheet having a color absorbing function as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
1) Dissolving a water-soluble copolymer in deionized water, and stirring at 50-55 ℃ until the water-soluble copolymer is completely dissolved to obtain a first solution;
2) Adding a surfactant into the first solution, controlling the temperature to be 75-85 ℃, and stirring to obtain uniform slurry; drying the slurry to obtain 4-5g of washing piece single piece;
3) Dispersing the auxiliary materials and the color protecting microcapsules in deionized water, coating the deionized water on the surface of the single piece of the washing sheet obtained in the step 2), relatively bonding and extruding the surface coated with the auxiliary materials and the color protecting microcapsules, shearing, punching and packaging the surface to obtain the washing sheet with the color absorbing function.
