The bottom end of the second abutting rod 18 extends to the inside of the second engagement groove 85, the bottom end of the first abutting rod 19 extends to the inside of the first engagement groove 75, and the cross sections of the first clamping rod 71 and the second clamping rod 81 are both in conical structures.

Please refer to fig. 11: if the swivel seat 22 is controlled to turn over continuously, the second contact rod 18 enters the second engagement groove 85, and the second contact rod 18 descends to control the second locking plate 82 to descend on the second limiting rod 83 along with the continuous rotation, and the second spring 84 is in a compressed state, so that the second clamping rod 81 can be taken out from the swivel seat 22 after the second locking plate 82 descends.
