In the above embodiment, the bolted connection facilitates removal of the rail body 1211, thereby facilitating maintenance and replacement of the rail body 1211.
Optionally, the weight plate 332 is provided with an inserting rod 3321 for inserting the counterweight 100, the inserting rod 3321 is perpendicular to the weight plate 332, the inserting rod 3321 is positioned in the middle of the weight plate 332, and the top end of the inserting rod 3321 is provided with a locking piece 3322 for locking the counterweight 100.
In the above embodiment, the weight 100 may be sleeved on the insert rod 3321, so as to prevent the weight 100 from separating from the weight plate 332 during the up-and-down movement. The locking member 3322 has a locking effect on the weight 100 in the axial direction of the insertion rod 3321.
For example, a plurality of counterweights 100 can be inserted on the inserting rod 3321, so that the total weight of the counterweights 100 can be adjusted to adapt to different tilt angles of different types of suspension arms 13 and the same type of suspension arm 13.
It should be noted that each balancing weight 100 is provided with a through hole having an outer diameter equal to that of the insertion rod 3321, so that the balancing weight 100 can be stably sleeved on the insertion rod 3321.
In the present embodiment, the insert shaft 3321 and the weight plate 332 are welded together, thereby increasing the connection strength therebetween.
With continued reference to FIG. 2, the locking member 3322 includes a ring 3323 and a plurality of knobs 3324, the ring 3323 being threadably mounted on the plunger 3321, the plurality of knobs 3324 being circumferentially spaced about an outer wall of the ring 3323.
In the above embodiment, the ring 3323 is screwed on the insert rod 3321 to limit the weight 100, and the handle 3324 is convenient to adjust the axial position of the ring 3323 on the insert rod 3321.
Illustratively, when the counterweight 100 needs to be replaced, the handle 3324 is driven to rotate around the insertion rod 3321 by external force until the circular ring 3323 is disengaged from the top of the insertion rod 3321. The old weight 100 is then removed from the top of the insert rod 3321 and a new weight 100 is placed on the insert rod 3321. Finally, the ring 3323 is sleeved on the top of the inserting rod 3321, and the handle 3324 is driven to rotate until the bottom of the ring 3323 abuts against the new counterweight 100, so that the new counterweight 100 is firmly clamped between the counterweight plate 332 and the ring 3323.
Illustratively, the number of handles 3324 is 4, and 4 handles 3324 are arranged in a cross-shape, thereby facilitating actuation of ring 3323 at different angles. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the number of handles 3324 may also be 6 or 8, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the handle 3324 can also be used with a wrench, so as to extend the length of the handle 3324, increase the force arm for rotating the ring 3323, and further save labor.
Optionally, the weight rest 33 further includes a connecting rod 333, one end of the connecting rod 333 is connected to the middle portion of the guide plate 331, and the other end of the connecting rod 333 is connected to the middle portion of the weight plate 332.
In the above embodiment, the connecting rod 333 serves to connect the guide plate 331 and the weight plate 332, thereby preventing the weight plate 332 from being deformed or broken due to an excessive mass of the weight 100.
Illustratively, one connecting rod 333 is disposed on each of the left and right sides of the guide plate 331, thereby further increasing the coupling strength of the guide plate 331 and the weight plate 332. In addition, the connecting rod 333 can be a high-strength composite steel shaft, thereby effectively improving the structural strength of itself and ensuring the safety performance of the counterweight frame 33.
Referring again to fig. 1, the base post 11 and the rotating post 12 are connected together by a slewing bearing 200.
In the above embodiment, the slewing bearing 200 facilitates the rotation of the rotary column 12 on the base column 11, and can effectively reduce the friction force received when the rotary column 12 rotates.
Illustratively, the bottom end of the rotary column 12 is connected with the outer ring of the slewing bearing 200, and the top end of the base column 11 is connected with the inner ring of the slewing bearing 200.
Illustratively, a rotating shaft 127 is inserted on the outer peripheral wall of the bottom end of the rotating column 12, and the bottom end of the suspension arm 13 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 127.
In the above embodiment, the rotation shaft 127 facilitates the rotation of the boom 13, thereby reducing the friction force to which the boom 13 is subjected during the pitching motion.
The working principle of the crane provided by the present disclosure is briefly explained as follows:
a first end of the first rope 22 is connected to the rope winch of the rotating column 12, and a second end of the first rope 22 passes through the top end of the boom 13 and is connected to the hook 21, so that the first rope 22 can be wound and unwound by the rope winch of the rotating column 12 to realize the lifting and lowering of the heavy object. And the bottom end of the rotating column 12 is rotatably and coaxially positioned on the top end of the base column 11, and the bottom end of the suspension arm 13 is hinged on the rotating column 12, so that the rotation of the suspension arm 13 is realized by rotating the rotating column 12, and further, the conveying of heavy objects is realized. In addition, the first end of the driving rope 14 is connected with the driving rope winch on the rotating column 12, the second end of the driving rope 14 is connected with the top end of the suspension arm 13, the driving rope 14 can be retracted and extended through the driving rope winch on the rotating column 12, and therefore the inclination angle of the suspension arm 13 can be adjusted.
Further, a first pulley 31 is disposed at the top end of the rotating column 12 and protrudes from the rotating column 12, a first end of a second rope 32 is connected with the top end of the boom 13, a second end of the second rope 32 passes through the first pulley 31 and is connected with a weight bracket 33, and the weight bracket 33 is slidably disposed on the outer wall of the rotating column 12 along the axial direction of the rotating column 12. Then, when the inclination angle of the boom 13 needs to be changed, the change of the inclination angle of the boom 13 can be assisted by the self gravity of the counterweight 100 on the counterweight bracket 33, so that the rotation of the boom 13 is more labor-saving, the drive rope winch consumes less energy to adjust the inclination angle of the boom 13, and the energy consumption is greatly reduced.
That is to say, with the crane provided by the present disclosure, the counterweight 100 can be placed on the counterweight frame 33, so that part of the weight of the boom 13 can be offset, and the adjustment of the inclination angle can be completed with less energy consumption provided by the boom 13 during the pitching motion, thereby greatly reducing the production cost of the crane.

Claims (10)

1. A crane, characterized in that the crane comprises a main body component (1), a hook component (2) and a counterweight component (3);
the main body assembly (1) comprises a base column (11), a rotating column (12), a suspension arm (13) and a driving rope (14), the bottom end of the rotating column (12) is rotatably and coaxially positioned on the top end of the base column (11), the bottom end of the suspension arm (13) is hinged on the rotating column (12), the first end of the driving rope (14) is connected with a driving rope winch on the rotating column (12), and the second end of the driving rope (14) is connected with the top end of the suspension arm (13);
the lifting hook assembly (2) comprises a lifting hook (21) and a first rope (22), wherein the first end of the first rope (22) is connected with a rope winch on the rotating column (12), and the second end of the first rope (22) penetrates through the top end of the lifting arm (13) to be connected with the lifting hook (21);
the counterweight component (3) comprises a first pulley (31), a second rope (32) and a counterweight frame (33) for placing a counterweight block (100), the first pulley (31) is positioned at the top end of the rotating column (12), the first pulley (31) protrudes out of the peripheral wall of the rotating column (12), the first end of the second rope (32) is connected with the top end of the suspension arm (13), the second end of the second rope (32) passes through the first pulley (31) and is connected with the counterweight frame (33), and the counterweight frame (33) is axially slidably positioned on the outer wall of the rotating column (12) along the rotating column (12).
2. A crane according to claim 1, wherein the weight rack (33) comprises a guide plate (331) and a weight plate (332) for resting the counterweight (100), the guide plate (331) and the weight plate (332) being perpendicular and connected together, the guide plate (331) being movably mounted on the rotation column (12), the second end of the second rope (32) being connected together with the top of the guide plate (331).
3. A crane according to claim 2, wherein the guide plate (331) has guide wheels (3311) on its outer edge, and the rotation column (12) has guide rails (121) on its outer wall, the guide wheels (3311) being in rolling engagement with the guide rails (121).
4. The crane according to claim 2, wherein the weight plate (332) is provided with an insert rod (3321) for inserting the counterweight (100), the insert rod (3321) is perpendicular to the weight plate (332), the insert rod (3321) is positioned in the middle of the weight plate (332), and the top end of the insert rod (3321) is provided with a locking member (3322) for locking the counterweight (100).
5. The crane of claim 4, wherein the locking member (3322) comprises a ring (3323) and a plurality of handles (3324), the ring (3323) being threadably mounted on the plunger (3321), the plurality of handles (3324) being circumferentially spaced along an outer wall of the ring (3323).
6. A crane according to claim 2, wherein the weight frame (33) further comprises a connecting rod (333), one end of the connecting rod (333) is connected to a middle portion of the guide plate (331), and the other end of the connecting rod (333) is connected to a middle portion of the weight plate (332).
7. A crane according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that the counterweight assembly (3) further comprises a second pulley (34), which second pulley (34) is located on the boom (13) near the top end, and that the first end of the second rope (32) is connected to the second pulley (34).
8. A crane according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that the top of the weight rack (33) has a connection rack (3325), and the second end of the second rope (32) is located on the connection rack (3325).
9. A crane according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that the rotating column (12) is provided with a third pulley (122), through which third pulley (122) the first end of the first rope (22) is connected to the rope winch of the rotating column (12).
10. A crane according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that the column (12) is provided with a fourth pulley (123), through which fourth pulley (123) the first end of the drive line (14) is connected to the drive line winch on the column (12).
