The working principle is as follows:

The rolling brush cleaning system device takes LFD/II series film-coated flat bag dust collectors as pressure-converting power (positive pressure to negative pressure), thereby realizing one machine with multiple functions. The dust-containing air flow in the guide chute is sucked at the lower port of the dust remover, and coal dust and dust in the system device are sucked at the side end of the dust remover, so that secondary dust emission and secondary pollution caused by adhesive tape dust are avoided, and the purposes of energy conservation, emission reduction and energy recycling are achieved.
After the diameter of the rolling brush cleaning system device is changed through the suction pipe at the side of the dust remover, the suction wind speed is high, the suction wind force is strong, the range of sucking particles is 0.01-1.5 mm, the suction pipe is not blocked, and the rolling brush cleaning system device has good cleaning effect on coal dust and dust on the working surface and the non-working surface of the adhesive tape.
The rolling brush cleaning power device adopts a precise turbine speed reducer, an adjustable roller bearing seat and a self-aligning bearing, and has the advantages of low power consumption and failure rate, long service life, small mechanical maintenance amount, low maintenance cost and convenient replacement.
The rolling brush cleaning system device selects nylon wires with the diameter phi of 0.7X75mm to manufacture the rolling brush with the diameter phi of 230, and adopts an adjustable nylon rolling brush device, the wear adjustment range of the nylon Long Maoshua can reach 30mm, and the service life of the nylon brush can be prolonged by 1 time and can reach 1 year or more.
