7. Valve body fine grinding method for forming based on stainless steel heavy ball valve, adopting the valve body fine grinding device for forming based on stainless steel heavy ball valve according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized by comprising the following steps:
and (3) fine grinding pretreatment: placing a valve body (4) with a valve rod hole on a numerical control clamp for clamping and fixing, enabling the valve rod hole to face a collecting box (8), and controlling an air cylinder (7) to extend to enable a blocking circular plate (54) to be in contact with a valve seat on the valve body (4) for extrusion;
and (3) fine grinding: then, the electric push rod (57) is controlled to extend, the electric push rod (57) pushes the movable sleeve (58) downwards, the movable sleeve (58) pushes the first connecting rod (510) to move outwards through the limiting convex block (59), the second connecting rod (511) which is parallel to each other is matched with the first connecting rod to enable the polishing plate (53) to be attached to the inner wall of the valve body (4), then the motor (51) is controlled to enable the limiting column (52) to rotate, so that the plurality of polishing plates (53) conduct fine grinding on the inner wall of the valve body (4), in the process, the water pump (61) pumps external grinding fluid into the conveying pipe (63) and then conveys the grinding fluid into the circular annular pipe (64), then the grinding fluid entering the valve body (4) carries fine grinding chips to be discharged into the collecting box (8) through the valve rod holes, and the chips and the grinding fluid in the fine grinding process can be prevented from entering the fine grinding completion part of the valve body (4) due to the blocking of the blocking circular plate (54) on the valve seat on the valve body, and the fine grinding quality of the fine grinding chips can be improved;

then, the electric push rod (57) stretches again, so that the shielding plate (552) moves downwards along the outer wall of the valve body (4), at the moment, the cleaned water in the valve body (4) is discharged through the valve rod hole and enters the collecting box (8), then, the electric push rod (57) is driven to shrink first, the air cylinder (7) shrinks after, the fine grinding mechanism (5) is moved out of the valve body (4), and fine grinding of the valve body (4) is completed.
