The working process of the sorting mechanism comprises the following steps: under the drive of the driving device, the transition bracket 20 moves upwards, so that the heat exchange tubes on the fixed tube rack group close to the sorting mechanism can be jacked up, the heat exchange tubes roll to the baffle plate 22 along the guide inclined plane of the transition bracket 20 due to the action of self gravity, then according to the diameter data of the heat exchange tubes, the transition bracket 20 can be positioned and moved to the position of a bin position with the corresponding diameter of the multi-layer bin 1, at the moment, the connecting part of the transition bracket 20 and the feeding port of the bin position are mutually connected, the baffle plate 22 retracts downwards, and the heat exchange tubes can roll to the connecting part of the transition bracket 20 and are blocked by the convex part; at this time, the heat exchange tubes are simultaneously fed into the feed inlet of the bin, then the transition bracket 20 moves downwards, the limitation of the convex part 21 on the heat exchange tubes is relieved, the heat exchange tubes roll down into the corresponding bin, and the baffle 22 stretches out to return to perform the next round of sorting action.
Further, the feed inlet of each layer of bin is provided with an inclined guide plate 23, so that the heat exchange tubes roll down the guide plate 23 into the bin.
The working process of the invention comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a movable pipe rack set arranged in the pipe coming direction of a detection mechanism moves to a feeding mechanism, a single heat exchange pipe sent by the feeding mechanism is received and supported, then the movable pipe rack is driven to move upwards through an air cylinder, the heat exchange pipes are jacked up to be higher than a fixed pipe rack set at the detection mechanism together, then the movable pipe rack set is moved to be aligned with a heat exchange pipe supporting part of the fixed pipe rack set at the detection mechanism up and down, the air cylinder drives the movable pipe rack set to move downwards to the position where the heat exchange pipes are transferred to the fixed pipe rack set, and then the movable pipe rack set returns and moves to the feeding mechanism to wait for next transferring of the heat exchange pipes.
And secondly, the moving assembly drives the line laser camera to move along the axial direction of the heat exchange tube, scans the outer surface of the heat exchange tube to obtain 3D point cloud data of the surface of the heat exchange tube, the data information obtained by scanning the heat exchange tube by the line laser camera is transmitted to the control system, the control system processes the data such as straightness, ellipticity, diameter of the heat exchange tube, difference between diameters of two ends, bending state of the heat exchange tube, surface pits, scratches and the like, and stores the information such as measurement results and the data of the heat exchange tube into the database.
Thirdly, after the scanning and data processing of the heat exchange tubes are finished, the movable tube rack group at one end of the tube direction coming from the marking mechanism transfers the heat exchange tubes on the fixed tube rack group at the detection mechanism to the fixed tube rack group at the marking mechanism, and the heat exchange tube transferring principle is the same as that of the first step; the moving assembly drives the laser marking machine to move to the marking position of the heat exchange tube, and information marks such as cutting symbols, logo, codes and the like are printed.
And simultaneously, repeating the first step, transferring the next heat exchange tube to the detection mechanism, and scanning and detecting according to the second step.
Fourth, after the heat exchange tube marking is completed, the movable tube rack group at one end of the tube coming direction of the sorting mechanism transfers the heat exchange tubes on the fixed tube rack group at the marking mechanism to the fixed tube rack group at the sorting mechanism, and according to the diameter data information of the heat exchange tubes, the transition bracket of the sorting mechanism guides and conveys the heat exchange tubes to the storage spaces with corresponding diameters of the multi-layer storage bins to complete sorting actions. So far, the loading, scanning, marking, sorting and warehousing of one heat exchange tube are finished.
And simultaneously repeating the third step, moving the heat exchange tube after the next scanning detection to the marking mechanism, and printing the mark according to the third step.
The whole process does not need to be manually participated, and only the heat exchange tube is manually placed on the feeding frame.

Claims (10)

1. The heat exchange tube detection and sorting equipment is characterized by comprising a base (5), wherein a feeding mechanism, a detection mechanism, a marking mechanism and a sorting mechanism are sequentially arranged on the base (5) from one end to the other end at intervals; the detection mechanism, the marking mechanism and the sorting mechanism all comprise a fixed pipe rack group for supporting the heat exchange pipes;
the transfer mechanism is used for sequentially and gradually transferring the heat exchange tubes from the feeding mechanism to the fixed tube rack groups corresponding to the detection mechanism, the marking mechanism and the sorting mechanism;
the detection mechanism comprises a plurality of line laser cameras (11) which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction, the shooting direction of each line laser camera (11) is opposite to the surface of the heat exchange tube, and the shooting areas of the line laser cameras (11) cover the surface circumference of the heat exchange tube.

A heat exchange tube inspection and sorting apparatus as in claim 1 further comprising a fixed cross beam (12), said inspection and marking mechanisms being mounted on either side of the fixed cross beam (12) by a moving assembly, respectively; the detection mechanism and the marking mechanism can move along the axial direction of the heat exchange tube on the fixed cross beam (12) through the moving component;
the detection mechanism further comprises a mounting ring (13), wherein the mounting ring (13) is mounted on a moving part of the corresponding moving assembly; the line laser camera (11) is fixed on the mounting ring (13); the number of the line laser cameras (11) is three, and the scanning piece angle of each line laser camera (11) is 120 degrees.

The heat exchange tube detection and sorting equipment according to claim 1, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a feeding frame (8) fixedly arranged on a base (5), the feeding frame (8) is an elongated plate with an inclined feeding surface, a telescopic feeding front baffle (9) and a telescopic feeding rear baffle (10) are arranged at the lower end of the inclined feeding surface, and the feeding front baffle (9) and the feeding rear baffle (10) can alternately extend and retract;
the space between the feeding front baffle (9) and the feeding rear baffle (10) can accommodate a heat exchange tube.

A heat exchange tube detection and sorting device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the marking mechanism comprises a laser marking machine (18) which can move along the axis direction of the heat exchange tube, the marking direction of the laser marking machine (18) is opposite to the heat exchange tube, and the marking focus is on the surface of the heat exchange tube;
a laser marking machine (18) is mounted on the moving part of the corresponding moving assembly.

The heat exchange tube detection and sorting equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transfer mechanism comprises a movable tube rack set, and one side of the fixed tube rack set corresponding to the detection mechanism, the marking mechanism and the sorting mechanism in the tube direction is provided with the movable tube rack set;
the movable pipe rack group can reciprocate along the transfer direction of the heat exchange pipes and can move vertically, and the heat exchange pipes are moved to the corresponding fixed pipe rack group.
6. A heat exchange tube detection and sorting device according to claim 1, wherein one end of the tube of the sorting mechanism is provided with a multi-layer stock bin (1);
the sorting mechanism comprises a transition bracket (20) capable of moving up and down, and the transition bracket (20) can jack up the heat exchange tubes on the fixed tube rack set at the transition bracket (20) and convey the heat exchange tubes to corresponding bins of the multi-layer bin (1).
7. The heat exchange tube detection and sorting device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a control system, wherein the feeding mechanism, the detection mechanism, the marking mechanism, the sorting mechanism and the transfer mechanism are all connected with the control system.

A heat exchange tube inspection and sorting apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the transition carriage (20) has a guiding ramp for guiding the heat exchange tube to move towards the multi-level bin (1); one end of the transition bracket (20) close to the multi-layer bin (1) is provided with a connecting part which can be mutually connected with a feed inlet of the multi-layer bin (1);
one end of the connecting part in the pipe coming direction is provided with a baffle plate (22), the baffle plate (22) is arranged on the transition bracket (20), and the baffle plate (22) can stretch up and down; the pipe end of the joint part of the transition bracket (20) is provided with a convex part (21) protruding upwards.
9. A heat exchange tube inspection and sorting apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the fixed tube rack group includes a plurality of fixed tube racks (4) arranged in a row, each fixed tube rack (4) being fixedly mounted on the base (5);
the movable pipe rack group comprises a plurality of movable pipe racks (6) which are arranged in a row, each movable pipe rack (6) is fixed on a telescopic rod of an air cylinder (2), and the air cylinders (2) are slidably mounted on the base (5) through sliding assemblies;
the fixed pipe racks (4) of each fixed pipe rack group and the movable pipe racks (6) of the movable pipe rack group are alternately arranged in a row direction.

A heat exchange tube inspection and sorting apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the moving assembly comprises a rail (14) mounted on a fixed cross beam (12), a slider (15) is slidably provided on the rail (14), the slider (15) is connected to a driving mechanism (17) through a rack-and-pinion structure, and the driving mechanism (17) is fixedly mounted on the slider (15).
