本发明涉及励磁涌流识别技术领域,具体是基于斯托克韦尔变换和人工神经网络的励磁涌流识别方法。
背景技术
差动保护因其简单的工作算法和精确的保护能力在变压器中作为主要的保护措施被广泛应用。励磁涌流在变压器通电的瞬间产生,并导致变压器铁芯饱和。该瞬时电流的大小通常较高,并且存在于变压器的绕组中。作为一种常见的方法,谐波抑制的方法被广泛使用,并且使用差分电流的二次谐波分量来防止继电器在磁化时工作。通过在现代变压器中使用高质量的非晶铁芯材料,瞬时电流的二次谐波分量显著降低,并防止差动继电器在磁化瞬间运行。然而,在某些情况下,在内部故障的情况下,二次谐波的幅度可能接近或大于励磁涌流的二次谐波成分,导致变压器保护的拒动或误动。造成这种现象的原因可能是在与电力变压器相连的长输电线中,电流互感器和分布式电容器的饱和状态影响。
短期傅里叶变换、离散小波变换、最小二乘法、卡尔曼滤波等信号处理方法通常用于特征提取和模式识别,用于检测内部故障电流和瞬时磁化电流等非平稳信号。然而,由于固定窗口宽度的限制,短期傅里叶变换等不能正确地确定信号特性。换句话说,分析同时包含高频和低频分量的瞬态信号是不成功的。因此,进一步探索快速、准确的区分变压器励磁涌流和内部故障电流的新方法以提高变压器差动保护的性能,是十分必要的。
发明内容
为了避免和克服现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提供了基于斯托克韦尔变换和人工神经网络的励磁涌流识别方法。本发明能够提高变压器的励磁涌流和内部故障电流的识别准确性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
基于斯托克韦尔变换和人工神经网络的励磁涌流识别方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、获取励磁涌流数据和故障电流数据;
S2、通过斯托克韦尔变换,将励磁涌流数据转换为时频平面上二维的励磁涌流特征向量,将故障电流数据转换为时频平面上二维的故障电流特征向量;
S3、将励磁涌流特征向量和故障电流特征向量输入到神经网络中进行预测分类,以预测各个特征向量所属的电流类型。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:在设定的总模拟时间内,按照预定的采样频率,按照时间矢量序列依次采集具有时间戳的励磁涌流数据和故障电流数据;具有时间戳的励磁涌流数据和故障电流数据构成输入斯托克韦尔变换的时间。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:斯托克韦尔变换对连续的时间信号表示如下:

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明在电力变压器两端使用静止无功补偿装置或柔性交流输电系统连接的长输电线上,传统的保护方法并非完全适用,基于如斯托克韦尔变换的统计技术和人工神经网络结构的智能技术更有助于确保差动保护继电器的安全运行。
2、本发明提出的基于斯托克韦尔变换和人工神经网络识别方法可以同时分析包含高频和低频分量的瞬态信号。其中,斯托克韦尔变换是一种时频定位技术,它使用宽度随频率减小的分析窗口(高斯函数)提供与频率相关的分辨率,对于如励磁涌流之类的非平稳信号是有利的,因为它在保持每个频率的绝对相位的同时提供了多频率分析。通过斯托克韦尔变换得到的图像易被多层人工神经网络分类,不需要更长的卷积神经网络。
3、本发明所提的神经网络结构中,使用了具有12个神经元的隐藏层,并选用列文伯格-马夸尔特作为训练算法。数据分为两组,即50%的训练和50%的测试。在模拟中,获得了100%的准确度,而实时实验获得了90%的性能。

请参阅图1~4,本发明实施例中,基于斯托克韦尔变换和人工神经网络的励磁涌流识别方法,主要包括以下内容:
1、将多个励磁涌流和内部故障电流随机选择并生成输入矩阵,并对时间矢量序列的采样频率和总模拟时间进行设定。
2、对于斯托克韦尔变换,采用与差分电流信号相同的采样间隔生成频率矢量。
3、对于不同的频率,期望具有不同大小的高斯窗口每次与输入信号相乘。
4、对与输入信号相乘的高斯窗口矩阵的频率表达式执行快速傅里叶变换,从而得到斯托克韦尔矩阵。
5、斯托克韦尔矩阵的绝对值的平方产生信号的能量并用作特征向量,并且每个信号计算的能量值被用作所设计的人工神经网络中的输入数据。斯托克韦尔变换是时间信号的时频表示。

式(1)和式(4)的斯托克韦尔变换是具有高斯窗口函数的特殊傅里叶变换。时域信息和傅里叶变换类似,并可在时域与时频域之间转换。
高斯窗口函数S(t,f)是时间和频率的函数,并且窗口的宽度与频率成反比,这使得窗口函数在低频范围内具有良好频率分辨率并且在高频范围中具有良好时间分辨率。斯托克韦尔变换的另一个特征是具有频率相关的分辨率和在时域中的局部相位信息,通过斯托克韦尔矩阵获得尺寸、相位和频率信息。
所述的人工神经网络是一种分类和区分电力变压器在故障和正常运行之间的方法。使用适当的权重和偏差值以及人工神经网络结构,就可以获得期望的正确结果。本发明选择反向传播神经网络中速度最快的列文伯格-马夸尔特算法来适当调整切线S形、隐藏层和输出层的权重和偏差。输出层根据训练数据对变压器中的电流是内部故障电流还是励磁涌流进行分类判别。

S1、获取励磁涌流数据和故障电流数据;
S2、通过斯托克韦尔变换,将励磁涌流数据转换为时频平面上二维的励磁涌流特征向量,将故障电流数据转换为时频平面上二维的故障电流特征向量;
S3、将励磁涌流特征向量和故障电流特征向量输入到神经网络中进行预测分类,以预测各个特征向量所属的电流类型。
