Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While certain embodiments of the present disclosure have been shown in the accompanying drawings, it is to be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, but are provided to provide a more thorough and complete understanding of the present disclosure. It should be understood that the drawings and embodiments of the present disclosure are for illustration purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure.
The term "including" and variations thereof as used herein are intended to be open-ended, i.e., including, but not limited to. The term "based on" is based at least in part on. The term "one embodiment" means "at least one embodiment"; the term "another embodiment" means "at least one additional embodiment"; the term "some embodiments" means "at least some embodiments. Related definitions of other terms will be given in the description below.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in this disclosure are merely used to distinguish between different devices, modules, or units and are not used to define an order or interdependence of functions performed by the devices, modules, or units.
It should be noted that references to "one", "a plurality" and "a plurality" in this disclosure are intended to be illustrative rather than limiting, and those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that "one or more" is intended to be understood as "one or more" unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
For ease of understanding the present disclosure, the following first describes related concepts to which the present disclosure relates:
1) ET (electronic ticket ) ticket: refers to an electronic ticket for a ticket.
2) EMD (electronic muzzle bill, electronic Miscellaneous Document) ticket: electronic ticket for electronic bill adding service.
3) PSS system: english is called Passenger Service System, chinese is called airline passenger service system, including booking system and departure system. Domestic airlines are typically hosted by and served by a central airline.
4) PNR (Passenger Name Record ): i.e. the order in the PSS system.
5) Cabin, etc.: refers to the physical layout cabin of an aircraft, and generally includes economy, service, first class, and the like.
6) Additional services-refers to additional services beyond traditional services, and in particular herein to services provided by airlines to consumers other than passenger transportation.
7) Flight close association: additional services related to the flight density are pre-paid seats, alternate lifts, heavy/pre-paid baggage, reservation/change fees, etc. The prepaid baggage product in this disclosure is a flight-closely related service.
8) The EMD ticket follows: when the ticket is changed, the PSS system can realize automatic change of the prepaid baggage, and the action of the automatic change is called EMD ticket following. If the EMD ticket fails to automatically follow, the EMD ticket is regarded as the EMD following failure.
9) And (5) ticket replacement: after the passenger ticket is changed, the ET ticket number is changed, and a new ET ticket number is generated.
The present inventors have studied to solve the problems of the prior art, and found that the main reason for the above problems is:
1) The order data is not monitored and synchronized with the latest ticket state, so that the update of the order data is not timely; the changes in ET ticket and EMD ticket, the order data cannot be monitored in time, and the changes cannot be known because the system will not further process the order data.
2) For the scene of EMD product following failure, the logic of automatic processing is missing to ensure the passenger ticket: the order data can monitor ticket information, can identify the following condition of the EMD product, and can further guarantee the following condition according to the actual following condition.
Therefore, in order to solve the problems of the prior art, the disclosure provides an order management method, an order management device, an electronic device and a storage medium. The guarantee functions of the orders include, but are not limited to, order update, automatic unsubscribe of the baggage product orders and exception handling, and by introducing the guarantee mechanism, the automatic process of the passenger orders is guaranteed, the probability of customer complaints due to system problems is reduced, and the cost of manual support is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a method flowchart of an order management method according to an embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the order management method includes the steps of:
s10, extracting baggage reservation record items from PNR, ET and EMD tickets of the passenger respectively.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, before the baggage reservation record item is extracted from the PNR, ET and EMD tickets of the passenger, the authenticity and the integrity of the data can be ensured by updating order data, on one hand, the latest PNR, ET and EMD tickets can be obtained by means of message notification, and on the other hand, the latest PNR, ET and EMD tickets can be obtained by actively initiating synchronization.
In a specific implementation process, the step S10 "extracting the baggage reservation record item from the PNR, ET and EMD tickets of the passenger respectively" may be the following steps:
receiving a message notification, wherein the message notification information is generated when a passenger ticket change operation of a passenger is monitored; extracting baggage claim entries from the PNR, ET and EMD tickets based on the messaging notification, respectively; or,
and responding to the order synchronization instruction of the passenger, and respectively extracting the baggage reservation record items from the PNR ticket, the ET ticket and the EMD ticket.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a message notification component may be provided, where the message notification component may output the change information of the ET ticket in an active notification or passive acquisition manner, and based on the message notification, may acquire the latest order data.
In some scenarios, the passenger changes the ticket, which can change the original ticket in any channel, the flight information, the ticket information and the baggage following condition are changed, and the PSS system optionally performs EMD ticket following, but may fail. If the baggage is successfully followed, the follow-up mark is A on the EMD ticket; if the baggage fails to follow, the EMD ticket is marked as disassociated.
After the passenger changes the passenger ticket, the latest flight information, passenger ticket information and luggage following condition trigger a message notification component, the message notification component outputs a message notification, records key fields and forms a data message for pushing.
Thus, in the embodiment of the disclosure, after receiving the message notification, the latest PNR, ET ticket and EMD ticket may be obtained from the data packet, and further the baggage reservation record item may be extracted therefrom, and the corresponding field in the baggage product order may be updated.
In other situations, the passenger actively initiates order synchronization, actively inquires PNR and ticket and baggage service information, i.e. when an order synchronization instruction of the passenger is obtained, the passenger can actively inquire the message notification component to obtain the latest order data.
After the passenger changes the ticket, the passenger flight information, the passenger information and the baggage following situation are changed, and the PSS system optionally carries out EMD ticket following, but may fail. If the baggage is successfully followed, the follow-up mark is A on the EMD ticket; if the baggage fails to follow, the EMD ticket is marked as disassociated.
Thus, in the embodiment of the disclosure, after the latest order number pushed by the message notification component in the data message is obtained, the latest PNR, ET ticket and EMD ticket can be obtained therefrom, further the baggage reservation record item is extracted therefrom, and the corresponding field in the baggage product order is updated.
Based on this, in the embodiment of the disclosure, the authenticity and integrity of the data can be ensured by updating the order data in a passive or active manner, so that the baggage following result is determined according to the extracted baggage reservation record item, and the EMD ticket following result of the PSS system is not relied on, so that different guarantee treatments are performed on the baggage product order of the passenger.
In addition, in the specific implementation process, step S10 "extract the baggage reservation record item from the PNR, ET and EMD tickets of the passenger respectively" may be the following steps, and the method flowchart is shown in fig. 2:
s101, determining the ET ticket number according to the ticket state.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the ticket state includes two states of a change-out state and a non-change-out state of the ticket. Under the condition that the ticket state is not changed, the ET ticket number can be obtained from the luggage product order; under the condition that the passenger ticket state is changed, because a new ET ticket exists, the ET ticket number needs to be acquired from a baggage product order, the acquired ET ticket number is an old ET ticket number, and further, the new ET ticket number of the new ET ticket is searched based on the old ET ticket number.
S102, extracting the baggage reservation record items from the PNR ticket, the ET ticket and the EMD ticket according to the ET ticket number.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the ticket status is not changed, the baggage reservation record item may be respectively extracted from the PNR, ET ticket and EMD ticket according to the acquired ET ticket number.
In addition, when the ticket state is a change, a new ET ticket exists, and the baggage reservation record items can be respectively extracted from the PNR, the new ET ticket and the EMD ticket according to the new ET ticket number.
It should be noted that the baggage item may include information about the flight, such as journey, flight number, cabin, date, etc.
S20, determining a baggage following result by comparing baggage preset record items of PNR, ET ticket and EMD ticket.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, comparing the baggage reservation record items of the PNR, ET ticket and EMD ticket, if the baggage reservation record items of the three are the same, determining that the baggage following result is successful, otherwise, if the baggage reservation record items of any two of the three are different, or the baggage reservation record items of the three are the same, determining that the baggage following result is failed.
S30, managing the baggage product order of the passenger according to the baggage following result.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the baggage product order of the passenger can be ensured and managed according to the baggage following result. Under the condition that the following result of the baggage is that the following fails, carrying out product unsubscribing on the baggage product order; in case the baggage following result is that the following is successful, the baggage reservation record item, the flight information and the ET ticket information in the baggage product order are updated.
To facilitate an understanding of the disclosed embodiments, a specific implementation of the disclosure is described below in three scenario embodiments.
Scene embodiment one: the passenger ticket is changed involuntarily (the passenger ticket is not changed), the prepaid baggage product is not successful, and the baggage product order is automatically contracted.
The precondition is that: passenger a subscribes to a 2023, 12 months, 13 days, south-to-Shenyang, airline X, Y cabin tickets, ET ticket order number 2023, 8, ET ticket number: 000*********7. After the ticket is issued, the passenger purchases a 5KG prepaid luggage product for the current flight, and EMD ticket number: 000 x 8 x, the order number of the baggage claim order 2023 x 0. Due to airline planning adjustments, the passenger's original flights are unprotected onto the new flight Z. The passenger ticket information is changed, and the PSS system triggers the EMD ticket to follow, but the EMD ticket is not successfully followed.
Step 1): due to the airline schedule adjustment, the original flight changes flights to the new flight Z. The message notification component pushes the changed ticket information (new flight number, ET ticket number).
Step 2): because the change is only the flight number change, the ticket is not changed, and the baggage cannot follow at the moment according to the PSS system bottom layer configuration. The PSS system disconnects the EMD ticket from the ET ticket without further processing.
Step 3): after receiving the changed ticket information notified by the message, according to the ET ticket number (ET ticket number: 000: 7) recorded in the baggage product order, extracting an ASVC item of the prepaid baggage product with the action code HI in the corresponding PNR, where the ASVC item is a baggage reservation record item, and the ASVC item is an SSR ASVC XX HI1 nkgshhe X15 DEC 23C/0 AA/PDBG/1PC CNY260BT001A/a/P1, and correspondingly, a baggage reservation record item in an ET ticket and an EMD ticket may also be extracted.
Step 4): comparing whether the baggage claim entries in the leg, flight number, flight date, flight position and ET ticket (ET ticket number: 000: 7) and the EMD ticket (EMD ticket number: 000: 8) on the ASVC entry are identical.
Step 5): comparison results: the leg information on the ET ticket is a new flight Z, the leg information in the ASVC item in the EMD ticket and the PNR is an original flight X, and the comparison results are inconsistent. Therefore, the PSS system is judged to automatically change the baggage to be unsuccessful, and the baggage following result is a following failure.
Step 6): and (3) guaranteeing: the latest EMD ticket status (EMD ticket number: 000: 8) is obtained as OPNE FOR USE (i.e., in an undeveloped, refundable state). Since the EMD ticket cannot be normally used on the new flight after the change, the automatic refund process is performed on the baggage product order with the order number 2023 and 0, which guarantees the rights and interests of the passengers.
Scene embodiment two: the passenger ticket is changed involuntarily (the passenger ticket is not changed), the prepaid baggage product is successfully followed, and the baggage product order is automatically updated.
The precondition is that: passenger a subscribes to a 2023, 12 months, 13 days, south Beijing-Shenyang, airline flights X, Y cabin tickets, ET ticket order numbers 2023, 8, ET ticket numbers: 000*********7. The passenger ticket information is changed, and the PSS system triggers the EMD ticket to follow and the follow is successful.
Step 1): due to the airline schedule adjustment, the original flight changes flights to the new flight Z. The message notification component pushes the changed ticket information (new flight number, ET ticket number).
Step 2): because the change is only the flight number change, the ticket is not changed, and the baggage can be followed at the moment according to the configuration of the PSS system bottom layer. The PSS system will automatically alter PNR and EMD ticket information (following success).
Step 3): after receiving the changed ticket information notified by the message, according to the ET ticket number (ET ticket number: 000: 7) recorded in the baggage product order, extracting an ASVC item of the prepaid baggage product with the action code HI in the corresponding PNR, where the ASVC item is a baggage reservation record item, and the ASVC is an SSRASVC XX HI1 nkgshhe Z M15DEC 23C/0 AA/PDBG/1PC CNY260BT001A/a/P1, and correspondingly, a baggage reservation record item in an ET ticket and an EMD ticket may also be extracted.
Step 4): comparing whether the baggage claim entries in the leg, flight number, flight date, flight position and ET ticket (ET ticket number: 000: 7) and the EMD ticket (EMD ticket number: 000: 8) on the ASVC entry are identical.
Step 5): comparison result: is completely consistent. The PSS system automatically alters the baggage success, i.e., row Li Gensui success.
Step 6): and (3) guaranteeing: update the following information in the baggage product order (order number 2023:
a) The ASVC content corresponding to the luggage which is successfully followed is recorded in the order and updated to SSR ASVC XX HI1 NKGHE Z W15DEC 23C/0 AA/PDBG/1PC CNY260 BT001A/A/P1.
b) The flight information associated with the product recorded in the order:
recording navigation section related information of a rider: PNR code, flight number (new flight Z), departure date (2023, 12, 13), arrival date (2023, 12, 13), origin airport (NKG), arrival airport (SHE), market party (XX), carrier (XX), bunk (M), etc.
The ticket number of the ET ticket associated with the product and the Coupon state of the ET ticket are recorded.
Scene embodiment three: the passenger ticket is changed voluntarily (the passenger ticket is changed), the prepaid baggage product is not successful, and the baggage product order is automatically contracted.
The precondition is that: passenger a subscribes to a 2023, 12 months, 13 days, south Beijing-Shenyang, airline flights X, Y cabin tickets, ET ticket order numbers 2023, 8, ET ticket numbers: 000*********7. After the ticket is issued, the passenger purchases a 5KG prepaid luggage product for the current flight, and EMD ticket number: 000 x 8 x, order number 2023 x 0 of the baggage claim order. The passenger personal reasons, voluntarily compensating the price and upgrading to C cabin, so that the operation of changing and opening the passenger ticket is carried out on the website, the original passenger ticket leg is changed to OPEN, a new PNR is generated, and the new passenger ticket of the C cabin is re-issued, and the number of the new ET ticket is as follows: 000*********9. The passenger ticket information is changed, and the PSS system triggers the EMD ticket to follow, but the EMD ticket is not successfully followed.
Step 1): and changing the passenger ticket due to the passenger, and lifting the travel of the original M cabin to be C cabin. The message notification component pushes the changed ticket information (new flight number, new ET ticket number, original ET ticket number).
Step 2): the passenger ticket is exchanged due to the cabin lifting operation of the passenger, a new ET ticket is generated, and the luggage cannot follow at the moment according to the PSS system bottom layer configuration. The PSS system disconnects the EMD ticket from the ET ticket without further processing.
Step 3): after receiving the changed ticket information notified by the message,
as passenger ticket is switched out due to passenger ticket lifting operation, a new ET ticket is generated, the new ET ticket number is required to be searched according to the ET ticket number (ET ticket number: 000: 7) recorded in the baggage product order, and an ASVC item of prepaid baggage with an action code of HI in the corresponding PNR is searched according to the new ET ticket number (new ET ticket number: 000: 9), wherein the ASVC item is a baggage reservation record item, and the ASVC item is ssrasc XX HI1 NKGSHE Z W15DEC 23C/0 AA/PDBG/1PC CNY260BT001A/a/P1, and accordingly, the baggage reservation record items in the ET ticket and the EMD ticket can also be extracted.
Step 4): comparing whether the baggage claim entries in the leg, flight number, flight date, flight position and new ET ticket (ET ticket number: 000: 7) and the EMD ticket (EMD ticket number: 000: 8) on the ASVC entry are identical.
Step 5): comparison results: the bunk (W-bin) in the ASVC entry is not consistent with the bunk (C-bin) on the new ET face. Therefore, the PSS is judged to automatically change the baggage not to succeed, and the baggage following result is a following failure.
Step 6): and (3) guaranteeing: the latest EMD face status (EMD ticket number: 000: 8) is obtained as OPNE FOR USE. Since the EMD ticket cannot be normally used on the new flight after the change, the automatic refund process is performed on the baggage product order with the order number 2023 and 0, which guarantees the rights and interests of the passengers.
Through the description, the order management method provided by the disclosure can change the guarantee problem of the prepaid luggage product by the passenger ticket, improve the guarantee rate and reduce the risk of missing the prepaid luggage order. On one hand, the method ensures the timely update of order data after passenger ticket change, on the other hand, improves the unsubscribing conversion rate of prepaid baggage products, reduces the waste of prepaid baggage products, and on the other hand, automatically updates and unsubscribes baggage product orders.
