1. by adopting the method, a plurality of report prompt areas are acquired from the first report according to the editing actions of report editors, so that the report edit areas with error editing risks in the first report are prompted; generating a sub-report to be confirmed from the multiple report prompting areas, sending the sub-report to editors of the report prompting areas, confirming and modifying contents in the multiple report prompting areas, and updating the first report; the report content is ensured to be accurate and reliable in the bidirectional feedback process of editing and transferring the report.
2. By adopting the method, the number of editors in any one first report area is obtained from the first report; when the number of editors is greater than or equal to the number of preset editors, the first report area is determined to be a report prompt area, and an area with error editing risk can be timely found in the editing process and processed, so that the editing quality and accuracy of a report are improved.
3. By adopting the method, when the number of editors is smaller than the number of preset editors, second report editors information of a second association area is acquired, wherein the second association area is a report area in the same row or column of the first report area; when the second report editor information is inconsistent with the first report editor information, the first report area is determined to be a report prompt area, and when the number of editors in the first report area is smaller than the number of preset editors, the first report area with the wrong editing risk can be found in time.

By adopting the method, the first sub report to be confirmed is sent to the second editing terminal, so that a multi-level confirmation and feedback mechanism can be realized, and the communication efficiency and quality are improved. The embodiment of the application provides a report processing device based on a formula engine, as shown in fig. 5. The device comprises a report acquisition unit 501, a risk acquisition unit 502, a report generation unit 503, a report transmission unit 504 and a report updating unit 505.
The report obtaining unit 501 is configured to obtain an editing result of the plurality of report editors on the initial report template, so as to obtain a first report.
The risk obtaining unit 502 is configured to obtain, according to an editing action of a report editor, a plurality of report prompt areas from the first report, where the report prompt areas are report editing areas where there is an error editing risk in the first report.
And the report generating unit 503 is configured to process the report prompting area to obtain a sub-report to be confirmed.
The report sending unit 504 is configured to process report editor information in the report prompt area by using a preset formula engine, so as to send the sub-report to be confirmed to the first editing terminal.
The report updating unit 505 is configured to update the first report according to the first confirmation result of the sub-report to be confirmed sent by the first editing terminal.
In one possible implementation manner, the risk obtaining unit 502 specifically includes a first data obtaining module and a first risk confirming module.
The first data acquisition module is used for acquiring the number of editors in any one first report area from the first report.
The first risk confirmation module is used for determining the first report area as a report prompt area when the number of editors is greater than or equal to the number of preset editors; and simultaneously, acquiring a first association area of the first report area, and determining the first association area as a report prompt area.
In one possible implementation, risk obtaining unit 502 further includes a second data obtaining module and a second risk confirmation module.
And the second data acquisition module is used for acquiring the first report editor information of the first report area from the first report.
The second risk confirmation module is used for acquiring second report editor information of a second association area when the number of editors is smaller than the preset number of editors, wherein the second association area is a report area in the same row or the same column of the first report area; and when the second report editor information does not accord with the first report editor information, determining the first report area as a report prompt area.
In one possible implementation manner, the report generating unit 503 is specifically configured to obtain header names of the report prompt areas respectively; and generating a plurality of sub-reports to be confirmed according to the names of the table heads of the report prompt areas, wherein the table head names of the report prompt areas in any one sub-report to be confirmed are the same.
In one possible implementation, the report sending unit 504 specifically includes a third data acquisition module, a data processing module, a first data comparison module, and a first report sending module,
The third data acquisition module is used for acquiring the editing frequency data of each report area in the first sub-report to be confirmed by a plurality of report editors, wherein the sub-report to be confirmed comprises any first sub-report to be confirmed.
And the data processing module is used for processing the editing frequency data to obtain the association degree of any report editor on the first sub-report to be confirmed.
And the first data comparison module is used for sequencing the relevancy of the report editors from large to small to obtain a first report editor corresponding to the relevancy of the first sequencing.
The first report sending module is used for sending the first sub report to be confirmed to the first editing terminal, and the first editing terminal is an editing terminal corresponding to the first report editor.
In one possible implementation, the report updating unit 505 specifically includes a content determining module and a content updating module.
And the content determining module is used for acquiring the updated sub-report sent by the first editing terminal when the first editing terminal confirms that the report content of the sub-report to be confirmed has errors.
And the content updating module is used for updating the corresponding content in the first report according to the updated sub-report.
In one possible implementation, the report sending unit 504 further includes a second data comparing module, a first report sending module, and a result verifying module.
The second data comparison module is used for acquiring second report editors with abnormal association degrees according to the association degrees of the plurality of report editors;
the report sending module is used for sending the first sub-report to be confirmed to a second editing terminal, wherein the second editing terminal is an editing terminal corresponding to a second report editor;
the result verification module is used for verifying the first confirmation result according to the second confirmation result of the second editing terminal; and when the second confirmation result is identical to the first confirmation result in verification, updating the first report according to the first confirmation result.
It should be noted that: in the device provided in the above embodiment, when implementing the functions thereof, only the division of the above functional modules is used as an example, in practical application, the above functional allocation may be implemented by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the device is divided into different functional modules, so as to implement all or part of the functions described above. In addition, the embodiments of the apparatus and the method provided in the foregoing embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes of the embodiments of the method are detailed in the method embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device is provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 600 may include: at least one processor 601, at least one network interface 604, a user interface 603, a memory 605, at least one communication bus 602.
Wherein the communication bus 602 is used to enable connected communications between these components.
The user interface 603 may include a Display screen (Display), a Camera (Camera), and the optional user interface 603 may further include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface.
The network interface 604 may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface), among others.
Wherein the processor 601 may include one or more processing cores. The processor 601 connects various portions of the overall server using various interfaces and lines, performs various functions of the server and processes data by executing or executing instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets stored in the memory 605, and invoking data stored in the memory 605. The Memory 605 may include a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or a Read-Only Memory (Read-Only Memory). Optionally, the memory 605 includes a non-transitory computer readable medium (non-transitory computer-readable storage medium). Memory 605 may be used to store instructions, programs, code, sets of codes, or sets of instructions. The memory 605 may include a stored program area and a stored data area, wherein the stored program area may store instructions for implementing an operating system, instructions for at least one function (such as a touch function, a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), instructions for implementing the various method embodiments described above, etc.; the storage data area may store data or the like involved in the above respective method embodiments. The memory 605 may also optionally be at least one storage device located remotely from the processor 601. As shown in FIG. 6, an operating system, network communication modules, user interface modules, and applications for enterprise report processing may be included in memory 605, which is a type of computer storage medium.
In the electronic device 600 shown in fig. 6, the user interface 603 is mainly used for providing an input interface for a user, and acquiring data input by the user; and processor 601 may be configured to invoke applications stored in memory 605 for enterprise report processing that, when executed by one or more processors, cause electronic device 600 to perform the methods described in one or more of the embodiments above.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the foregoing method embodiments are all expressed as a series of action combinations, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited by the order of actions described, as some steps may be performed in other order or simultaneously in accordance with the present application. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are all preferred embodiments, and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A report processing method based on a formula engine, the method comprising:
acquiring editing results of a plurality of report editors on an initial report template to obtain a first report;
according to the editing actions of report editors, a plurality of report prompt areas are obtained from the first report, wherein the report prompt areas are report editing areas with error editing risks in the first report;
processing the report prompt area to obtain a sub-report to be confirmed;
processing report editor information of the report prompt area by adopting a preset formula engine so as to send the sub-report to be confirmed to a first editing terminal;
And updating the first report according to a first confirmation result of the sub-report to be confirmed, which is sent by the first editing terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining a plurality of report prompt areas from the first report according to the editing actions of the report editor specifically includes:
acquiring the number of editors in any one first report area from the first report;
when the number of editors is greater than or equal to the number of preset editors, determining the first report area as the report prompting area; and simultaneously, acquiring a first association area of the first report area, and determining the first association area as the report prompting area.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the obtaining a plurality of report prompt areas from the first report according to the editing actions of the report editor further comprises:
acquiring first report editor information of the first report area from the first report;
when the number of editors is smaller than the number of preset editors, acquiring second report editors information of a second association area, wherein the second association area is a report area in the same row or the same column of the first report area;
And when the second report editor information does not accord with the first report editor information, determining the first report area as the report prompt area.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the processing the report prompt area to obtain the sub-report to be confirmed specifically includes:
respectively obtaining the header names of a plurality of report prompt areas;
and generating a plurality of sub-reports to be confirmed according to the header names of the report prompt areas, wherein the header names of the report prompt areas in any one of the sub-reports to be confirmed are the same.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the processing the report editor information in the report prompt area by using a preset formula engine to send the sub-report to be confirmed to a first editing terminal specifically includes:
the sub-report to be confirmed comprises any one first sub-report to be confirmed, and editing frequency data of each report area in the first sub-report to be confirmed, which are edited by a plurality of report editors, is obtained;
processing the editing frequency data to obtain the association degree of any report editor with respect to the first sub-report to be confirmed;
Sorting the association degrees of a plurality of report editors from large to small to obtain a first report editor corresponding to the first association degree of the sorting;
and sending the first sub-report to be confirmed to the first editing terminal, wherein the first editing terminal is an editing terminal corresponding to the first report editor.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein updating the first report according to the first confirmation result of the sub-report to be confirmed sent by the first editing terminal specifically includes:
when the first editing terminal confirms that the report content of the sub-report to be confirmed has errors, acquiring an updated sub-report sent by the first editing terminal;
and updating the corresponding content in the first report according to the updated sub-report.
7. The method of claim 5, further comprising;
acquiring a second report editor with abnormal association according to the association of a plurality of report editors;
the first sub-report to be confirmed is sent to a second editing terminal, and the second editing terminal is an editing terminal corresponding to the second report editing personnel;
Verifying the first confirmation result according to the second confirmation result of the second editing terminal;
and when the second confirmation result is identical to the first confirmation result in verification, updating the first report according to the first confirmation result.
